She was born March 11, 1908, in Iconium, Iowa.
Fowler had been a homemaker and worked as a supermarket cashier. She was affiliated with the Golden Prairie Church in Burns.
She is survived by two sons, Kenneth Mason of Punta Gorda, Florida, and William MD Mason of Saltville, Virginia; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Menther (Pat) Mason, her second husband, Joseph S Fowler; two brothers; and two sisters.

Raymond Kirk September 9, 1939, in Lee, Massachusetts.
Kirk had been a homemaker.
She is survived by a son, Thomas Raymond Kirk of Stafford, Virginia; a daughter, Carolyn Joan Slaght of Cheyenne; and a brother, Roy H Halsdork of Delmar, New York.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and two brothers.

Steele had been a machinist at Frontier Refinery. He is affiliated with the Catholic church.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Steele of Cheyenne; a sister, Mariam Martinec of Cheyenne; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.

Helen Daily on August 23, 1933, in Lusk.
Kingham was the executive director of the Wyoming Association of Municipalities until his retirement in 1978. He was a coach for 14 years in Casper; a former teacher in Casper, Basin and Riverton; administrative assistant to Senator Milward Simpson in Washington, DC; a former mayor of Casper; former Trustee for Casper College;and former legislator for representing Natrona County.
He is survived by his wife, Helen Kingham of Cheyenne; one son, Tom Kingham of Cheyenne; two daughters, Sally Squair of Dallas, Texas, and Mary Kay Wright of Greenbrae, California; one brother, Herb Kingham of Cheyenne; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Irene Rock.

Aurora, Colorado - Graveside services for W Robert Thomas, 43, will be at 1:30 pm Wednesday at Lakeview Cemetery with the Reverend Richard Gilbert officiating. He died Wednesday in Aurora, Colorado.
He was born July 14, 1954, in Denver, Colorado. After residing in Falls Church, Virgnia he moved to Cheyenne in 1956.
Thomas graduated from Cheyenne East High School and attended the University of Wyoming. He was an electrical engineer and was employed by TCI Cablevision's Media Service Center. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, the Musician's Union, Old Trains Museum in Golden, Colorado, and the Botanic Gardens in Denver, Colorado.
He is survived by his mother, Enola Thomas of Cheyenne.
He was preceded in death by his father, W E Thomas; and his grandmother, Leah Bain.

Cheyenne - Services for Rosemary Terry, 80, will be at held at 11:00 am Tuesday at the Schrader Chapel with Dr Darrel Cory officiating. Interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery in Rochester, New York. She died Wednesday in Cheyenne.
She was born December 24, 1916, in Cheyenne.
Terry had been an editorial assistant for Kodak Medical Magazine for 35 years. She served in the US Navy during World War II. She was a member of Trinity Emmanuel Presbyterian Church in Rochester, New York, and had been a volunteer tutor there.
She is survived by her nieces, Patricia Seiler and Margaret Sewell, both of Cheyenne, Carol Moyes of Salt Lake City, Utah and Rosemary Aller of Idaho Falls, Idaho; and her sister-in-law, Lorraine Seiler of Salt Lake City, Utah.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Walter Seiler.
Honorary pallbearers will be Dick Gaylord, Bob Gaylord, Lennie Windhauser, Jim Windhauser, Gordon Droz, Mac McClements, David Foster, Andy Dutcher, Dennis Lewis and Steve Aller.

Kalber had been a railroad engineer employed by Union Pacific Railroad. He was affiliated with First United Methodist Church and was a member of Cheyenne Lodge #1, Wyoming Consistory, Shrine Korein Temple, Kiwanis Golden K Club and Korein Clowns.
He is survived by his wife, Doris Kalber of Cheyenne; two sons, Richard A Kalber of Marbleton, Wyoming and Jerry Kalber of Orlando, Florida; two daughters, Joyce Gould of Meeteetse, Wyoming and Connie L Kallback of Pompton Plains, New Jersey; eight granchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Christine Kalber; a sister, Henrietta Mecomber; a brother, Robert Kalber; and a granddaughter, Cheryl Ann Kalber.
Honorary pallbearers will be all of his friends, neighbors and members of Scottish Rite Bodies.

He was born July 25, 1920 in Lamar, Colorado. He married

Patricia Darlow on October 15, 1945 in Bedford, England.
McKenney served in the 8th Army Air Corps during World War II. After graduating from Denver University in 1951 with a degree in engineering, he worked for IBM as an electrical engineer for 34 years. He was a volunteer for Cheyenne Frontier Days Old West Museum and was a member of the Elks.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Darlow McKenney of Cheyenne; two sons, Colin McKenney and Philip McKenney, both of Denver, Colorado; two daughters, Pam Reiman and Vickie Peth, both of Cheyenne; two brothers, Donald McKenney of Lafayette, Colorado and Jimmie McKenney of Arvada, Colorado; two sisters, Betty Eavenson of Alamosa, Colorado and Joann Hartung of Lincoln, Nebraska; and eight grandchildren.

Cheyenne - Visitation for Howard H Hembrey, 90, will be held from 1:00 to 8:00 pm February 6 at Schrader Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am February 9 at Shrine of Remembrance America the Beautiful Chapel of Roses in Colorado Springs, Colorado with Pastor Bernie Bernstein officiating. Interment will be at the Shrine of Remembrance Mausoleum. He died February 4 at United Medical Center-West.
He was born June 18, 1907 in Danville, Illinois.
Hembrey had been an assistant vice president for Mountain Bell. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Lions, Masonic Lodge-Silver State 95 in Puelbo, Colorado, Scottish Rite, Shrine, Jesters and was on the Board of Directors for the Salvation Army.
He is survived by two daughters, Carolyn Moddox of El Paso, Texas and Beverly Book of Colorado Springs, Colorado; a brother, J Raymond Hembrey of Canon City, Colorado; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Naoma Hembrey.
