She was born August 19, 1912 in Cheyenne. She married

Reynold Seaverson on August 16, 1939 in Cheyenne.
Seaverson had been a legal secretary. She was affiliated with First United Methodist Church ans was a member of Oakleaf Chapter No 6 Order of Eastern Star, PEO Chapter C, Daughters of the Nile and Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.
She is survived by two nephews, Thomas Cowley and William Cowley, both of Cheyenne; a niece, Patricia Smith of Cheyenne; a sister Ada Pickett of Cheyenne; a sister-in-law, Dorothy Cowley of Cheyenne; numerous great-nephews and great-nieces and great-great-nephews and great-great-nieces.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Reynold Seaverson; a brother, T Cecil Cowley; and two sisters, Connie Swisher and Eleanor Knudson.

Cheyenne - A memorial service for James H Jenkins, 39, will be held at 2:00 pm February 3 at Schrader Chapel with the Reverend Linda Norris officiating. Cremation has been conducted by Schrader's Sunset Park Crematory. He died January 29.
He was born March 18, 1958 in California.
Jenkins was employed by the Clown's Den as a bartender.
He is survived by his parents, James and Gerry Jenkins of LaMirada, California; and one brother, Roc R Jenkins of Woodier, California.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Sharon Lea Jenkins and Shelley D Jenkins.

She was born August 13, 1922 in Cheyenne.
Cook had been a homemaker. She was member of Trinity Lutheran Church and was an RSVP at Cheyenne Botanic Gardens.
She is survived by one son, Thomas Altwine of Longmont; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two nieces; and two nephews.
Pallbearers will be Rory Wilson, Cory Ciaranello, Chuck Gibbs and John Gomez.

Martin had been a homemaker. She was a member of the Burns Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by one son, Sydney Martin of Mesa, Arizona; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Martin on December 16, 1986.
Pallbearers will be Paul O'Brien, Owen Goertz, Sydney Martin, Thomas Martin, James Ogle and Max True.

Cheyenne - Rosary and Funeral Liturgy for Margaret Schmitt will be held at 9:00 am January 24 at St. Mary's Cathedral with Father Carl Beavers as celebrant. Interment will be in Olivet Cemetery. She died January 19 at United Medical Center-West.
She was born July 25, 1918, in Mankato, Minnesota.
Schmitt was co-owner of Schmitt Jewelry Shop from 1951-1971. She was a member of St. Mary's Cathedral, St. Mary's Cathedral Guild, Ave Maria Study Club, Legion of Mary, and was a volunteer at Needs, Inc.
She is survived by one cousin, Sister Mary Boylan of Mankato, Minnesota; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar P Schmitt on March 21, 1971.

He was born February 26, 1929 in Greeley, Colorado.
Rodriguez served in the US Army Air Corps during World War II. He had been employed by North American Moving and Storage.
He is survived by two sons, Robert Rodriquez of Bellview, Washington, and Thomas L Rodriquez of Cheyenne; five daughters, Lila O'Dell, Chris Krug and Carmen Culotta, all of Cheyenne, Delores Perkins of Pryor, Oklahoma, and Mickey Lambert of Hopkington, Iowa; seven grandchildren; and one uncle.
He was preceded in death by one son, Federico Rodriquez; one daughter, Isabella Rodriquez; and his mother, Miguela Rodriquez.

She was born August 5, 1899, in Buffalo Park, Kansas.
Hill was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and Pythian Sisters.
She is survived by one son, Earl Parsons of LaGrange; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James L Hill; and two brothers, William F Kennedy and George Kennedy.

Schafer had been employed by Union Pacific Railroad as an electrician for over 34 years. He was affiliated with St. Joseph's Catholic Church and was a member of Retired Railroad Employees Cheyenne Chapter 1, Union Pacific Oldtimers Club No. 1, and belonged to several bowling leagues in Cheyenne.
He is survived by a son, Michael Schafer of Hermosa Beach, California; three daughters, Mary Schafer of Denver, Colorado, Theresa Hamilton of Papillion, Nebraska and Cecelia LeMaster of Phoenix, Arizona; a brother, Albert Schafer of Fort Calhoun, Nebraska; two sisters, Margaret Pleiss and Marie Noah, both of Omaha; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel Schafer July 6, 1980; and his parents, Albert and Mary Schafer.
Pallbearers will be Bob Hale, Alfred Wendling, Bartlett C Hamilton III, Matthew Schafer, John Urban and Charlie LeMaster. Honorary pallbearers will be John L Burns, Oscar Moenchand Silver Fresquez.

William Kobelin on July 21, 1940, in Newton, Iowa.
Kobelin had been a teacher and was affiliated with the First Congregational Church. She was a member of Chapter AJ, PEO, Retired Teachers, Circle 3 First Congregational Church and Chi Omega Sorority.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Anderson of Hereford, Texas; her brother, Orlo Karsten of San Diego, California; two step-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Kobelin in 1987; and her son, John Kobelin in 1969.
Pallbearers will be Chuck Standage, Frank Morrow, Leonard Treber, Loyd Smith, Martin Ferguson and Maurice Oestereich.
