He had been a superintendent for the Department of Interior. He was a Protestant, past master of the Guernsey Masonic Lodge, a member of the National Rifle Association and a life member of the Frontier Rifle Club.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Ann Williams of Cheyenne; two sons
, Roger D Williams and Fred R Williams, both of Cheyenne; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was proceeded in death by three brothers
and one sister.
Pallbearers will be Paul Mavrakis, Mike Yates, Scott Williams, Perry Williams, Craig Williams and Mitch Graves.

Cheyenne - Graveside services for Christie Follman, 74, will be held at 11:00 am Saturday at Mountain View Memorial Park Cemetary. Dr. Clyde Kauffman will officiate. Visitation will be from 8:00 Friday morning to 8:00 tonight at Schrader Funeral Home. He died Wednesday, September 10th, at United Medical Center - West.
He was born May 6, 1923, in Clayton County, Iowa. He had worked as a janitor for Christ's Janitorial Service and served during WWII in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by friends Joseph Zemba of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Mary Ann Zemba Graham of Munhill, Pennsylvania.
He was proceeded in death by his mother

Military honors will be provided by the American Legion Honor Guard.

Russell was a self-employed owner/operator in trucking. He was a member of Moose Lodge 257 and Eagles Lodge.
He is survived by his daughters
, Pat Garver of Fort Morgan, Thelma Kapp of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Lorraine Best of Cedarburg, Wisconsin; 17 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marilla Russell, in 1996; his daughter Sharon Russell Franek in 1977; and his granddaughter, Glenda Carver, in 1966.
Pallbearers will be Roy Stewart Sr, Jim Butler, Denny Bassett, John Willett, Lyle Wakefield and V George Downing. Honorary pallbearers will be members of Moose Lodge 257 and Eagles Lodge.

Cheyenne - Private family services for Lewis F Kirkpatrick Jr, 73, will be held at a later date. Cremation will be conducted at Schrader Sunset Park Crematory. He died Thursday at his home.
He was born August 18, 1924, in Dodge City, Kansas, to Lewis Fred Kirkpatrick Sr and Ida ruth Gardenshire Eiserman. Kirkpatrick had been a truck driver for the Laramie County Road Department. He also had owned his own trucking company and had worked for the Union Pacific Railroad. He served in the US Navy during World War II. He was a member of Grace Church of the Nazarene.
He is survived by six daughters

He was a member of the Catholic Church, former member of the VFW and American Legion, and a former member of the Elks. He retired from the Teamsters Union in 1988 after being a member since 1945, working in Portland, OR. He bowled and was a member of the ABA and WIBC.
He is survived by his wife; two sons
