He had been a superintendent for the Department of Interior. He was a Protestant, past master of the Guernsey Masonic Lodge, a member of the National Rifle Association and a life member of the Frontier Rifle Club.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Ann Williams of Cheyenne; two sons
, Roger D Williams and Fred R Williams, both of Cheyenne; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was proceeded in death by three brothers and one sister.
Pallbearers will be Paul Mavrakis, Mike Yates, Scott Williams, Perry Williams, Craig Williams and Mitch Graves.

Cheyenne - Graveside services for Christie Follman, 74, will be held at 11:00 am Saturday at Mountain View Memorial Park Cemetary. Dr. Clyde Kauffman will officiate. Visitation will be from 8:00 Friday morning to 8:00 tonight at Schrader Funeral Home. He died Wednesday, September 10th, at United Medical Center - West.
He was born May 6, 1923, in Clayton County, Iowa. He had worked as a janitor for Christ's Janitorial Service and served during WWII in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by friends Joseph Zemba of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Mary Ann Zemba Graham of Munhill, Pennsylvania.
He was proceeded in death by his mother, Rosey M Follman.
Military honors will be provided by the American Legion Honor Guard.

Fort Morgan - Services for Pete A Russell, 88, will be held September 8 at Schrader Chapel with Dr Clyde Kauffman officiating. A Moose Lodge Memorial Service will be conducted by members of Lodge 257. Internment will be in Lakeview Cemetery. He died Saturday in Fort Morgan, Colorado.

Marilla Dorman September 6, 1938, in Ironwood, Michigan.
Russell was a self-employed owner/operator in trucking. He was a member of Moose Lodge 257 and Eagles Lodge.
He is survived by his daughters, Pat Garver of Fort Morgan, Thelma Kapp of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Lorraine Best of Cedarburg, Wisconsin; 17 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marilla Russell, in 1996; his daughter Sharon Russell Franek in 1977; and his granddaughter, Glenda Carver, in 1966.
Pallbearers will be Roy Stewart Sr, Jim Butler, Denny Bassett, John Willett, Lyle Wakefield and V George Downing. Honorary pallbearers will be members of Moose Lodge 257 and Eagles Lodge.

Cheyenne - Private family services for Lewis F Kirkpatrick Jr, 73, will be held at a later date. Cremation will be conducted at Schrader Sunset Park Crematory. He died Thursday at his home.
He was born August 18, 1924, in Dodge City, Kansas, to Lewis Fred Kirkpatrick Sr and Ida ruth Gardenshire Eiserman. Kirkpatrick had been a truck driver for the Laramie County Road Department. He also had owned his own trucking company and had worked for the Union Pacific Railroad. He served in the US Navy during World War II. He was a member of Grace Church of the Nazarene.
He is survived by six daughters, Ruth Ann Kirkpatrick of Lead, South Dakota, Cheryl Eyster of Clovis, New Mexico, Judy Frank of Billings, Montana, Carole Rees of Bountiful, Utah, Kathy Pierce of Phoenix, Arizona, Betty Lou Zavala of Security, Colorado; his mother, Ida Ruth Eiserman of Cheyenne; four brothers; three sisters; 16 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one great-grandson, Trevor Julian.
Friends may contribute to the Cheyenne Animal Shelter.

Salt Lake City - A memorial service for Scott Vigen, 34, will be held at 10:00 am Saturday at Highlands Presbyterian Church. The Reverend Linda Morris will officiate. He died Monday, September 1, 1997 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
He was born October 24, 1962 in Loveland, Colorado, the son of Roger and Beverly Vigen of Cheyenne.
He is survived by a daughter, Crystal Vigen of Delta, Colorado; his parents; his grandparents, Lloyd and Gladys Vigen of Fort Collins, Colorado; and Earl Matthews of Loveland, Colorado; three brothers, Mark Vigen of Morrell, Nebraska, Douglas Vigen of Kansas City, Missouri, and Brian Vigen of Cheyenne; a sister, Kimberly Vigen or Kansas City, Missouri.
He is preceded in death by a sister, Cynthia Lynne Lemons.

Survivors include a son, Robert Lew of Cheyenne; three daughters, Barbara Palmer of Hillsdale, Joyce Sauter of Portland, OR and Nina Pike of Cheyenne; three brothers, Walter Lew, Mike Lew and Stanley Lew, all of WI; a sister, Helen Smith of WI; ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Frank Lew and Henry Lew.

November 19, 1977 in Vancouver, WA. He was a WWII veteran who served in the US Navy Air Corp. He was a member of the Catholic Church, former member of the VFW and American Legion, and a former member of the Elks. He retired from the Teamsters Union in 1988 after being a member since 1945, working in Portland, OR. He bowled and was a member of the ABA and WIBC.
He is survived by his wife; two sons, Norman C Gouveia, Jr. of Aulmsville, OR and Neil W Gouveia of Los Angeles, CA; a stepson, Ed Lister of Portland, OR; two daughters, Stephanie Gouveia of New York and Cecilia Gouveia of Salem, OR; a sister, Alma Castellanos Rohnert Park, CA; 14 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Fannie Ballestreros and Patsy Wagner.

Mr. Ross died August 24, 1997, at Mountain Towers.He was born February 21, 1929, at Cheyenne, the son of Russell and Grace Ross.
He is survived by his grandparent, Jennie Ross of Grundy Center, IA; his parents; and a brother, Michael Ray Ross of Ft. Collins.

Cheyenne - Funeral Liturgy for Emilio R Gomez Jr will be held at 10:30 am December 31 at St. Mary's Cathedral with Father Michael Carr as celebrant. Interment will be in Olivet Cemetery. He died December 26 at United Medical Center-West.
Gomez had served in the US Air Force and had been employed in civil service at FE Warren Air Force Base. He was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and American Legion Post 6.
He is survived by three sons, Michael Angel Gomez of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Thomas Leandro Gomez of Cheyenne and Emilio "Juju" Gomez of Eveansville, Indiana; two daughters, Debra Beatrice Gomez of California and Justina "Tina" Gomez of Cheyenne; one brother, Guadaulupe Gomez of San Diego, California; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Viola Gomez; his parents, Emilio Ralph Gomez Sr and Justina Gomez.
Pallbearers will be Thomas Leandro Gomez, Michael Angel Gomez, Emilio "Juju" Gomez, Aaron Adrain Gomez, Lester Winebarger and Howard Westbrook.

Alice Brown on April 7, 1935, in Cimmaron, Kansas.
Shaw had been a maintenance worker employed by Rio Grande County, Colorado. He was affiliated with the Jehovah's Witnesses.
He is survived by his sons, Robert L Shaw of Cheyenne, Anthony Shaw Jr of Pueblo, Colorado, Arthur Shaw of Monte Vista, Colorado, David Shaw of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Larry Shaw and Jim Shaw; 21 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Shaw; his parents, Anthony and Jennie Shaw; and his brothers, Robert Shaw and Harold Shaw.

Funeral services will be held at 9:00 am December 29 at Schrader Chapel with Father Dean Talagan and Father Peter Harrison officiating. Interment will be in Beth El Cemetery. She died December 25 at Cheyenne Healthcare Center.
She was born December 23, 1930, in Cheyenne.
Hatanelas had worked in the dietary department at Memorial Hospital and as Clerk of District Court... She was a member of the Greek Orthodox Church of Sts. Constantine and Helen, Philoptochos and United Medical Center Auxiliary.
She is survived by two brothers, Danny Hatanelas of Colorado Springs, Colorado and John Hatanelas of Cheyenne; two sisters, Irene Panos of Cheyenne and Doris Diakakis of St George, Utah; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Gust Hatanelas, Danny Rhea Hatanelas, Nick Kamboris, Nick Kalokathis, Mark Slizeski and Sam Contos.
Friends may contribute to the Greek Orthodox Church of Sts. Constantine and Helen.
