Florice I. Gerber
1928-2004
Florice I. Gerber, 76, of Cheyenne died June 19 at the Lifecare Center.
She was born April 25, 1928, in Moorcroft. She was married
to Roy L. Gerber on May 3, 1946, in Rapid City, S.D.
She was a homemaker and seamstress.
She was a member of Seventh Day Adventist Church.
She is survived by four sons, Dan Gerber of Littleton, Colo., Ron Gerber of Billings, Mont., Don Gerber of Tulsa, Okla., and Tom Gerber of Spokane, Wash.; three daughters, Adel Duran of Alliance, Neb., Joyce Blue of Cheyenne and Peggy Brown of Phoenix.; 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy L. Gerber on April 4, 2004; and a daughter, Marie Ramos.
Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Schrader Chapel with the Rev. Wayne Nazarenas officiating.
Cremation has taken place at Schrader's Sunset Park Crematory.

Ida M. Andrews
1913-2004
Ida Mildred Andrews, 91, of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Hawk Springs died June 16 at Scottsdale Memorial Hospital in Scottsdale.
Mrs. Andrews was born June 6, 1913, in Harrisburg, Neb., to Emil and Annie (Olsen) Johnson.
She married
Saron P. Andrews on June 2, 1935, and they lived in Kimball until 1960, when they bought the Mountain View Farm in Hawk Springs. She farmed and ranched and was an active member of the Hawk Springs Extension Club and the local church for 43 years before moving to Scottsdale on Jan. 1, 2003.
She is survived by a daughter, Emily Joy Twist of Paradise Valley, Ariz.; a son, Saron Andrews of Kimball; two sisters Lavina Miller of Security, Colo., and Inez Hayes of Chillicothe, Ill.; a brother, Virgil Johnson of Redondo Beach, Calif; 13 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Andrews was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Saron; two daughters, Sara West and Idabell Christensen; four sisters; and five brothers.
Funeral Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at the Oak Street Baptist Church in Kimball. Pastors Don Mathis and Sean Eddy will officiate. Interment will be in the Kimball cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Friends may contribute to a charity of the donor's choice. Cantrell Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
James L. Garcia
1932-2004
James L. "Jim" Garcia, 71, of Cheyenne died June 20 at United Medical Center-West.
He was born June 22, 1932, in Mora, N.M., and had lived here since 1951.
Mr. Garcia served in the Army from 1953 to 1955 in Korea.
He retired from the store department of the Union Pacific Railroad after 42 years of service.
Mr. Garcia was a charter member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and a member of VFW No. 1881 and American Legion Post No. 6.
He is survived by his wife, Susie R. Garcia of Cheyenne, whom he married
Feb. 25, 1952; three sons, Jimmy Garcia of Las Cruces, N.M., and Lloyd Garcia and Lawrence Garcia, both of Cheyenne; three brothers, Joe Garcia of Santa Clara, Calif., and Fred Cisneros and Johnny Cisneros, both of Cheyenne; two sisters, Susie Rosser of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Ella Cisneros of Fort Collins, Colo.; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alejandro and Manuelita Garcia; and a brother, Joe Cisneros Jr.
Vigil for the Deceased will be 7 p.m. Thursday at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes.
Funeral Liturgy will be 9 a.m. Friday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with the Rev. Thomas Cronkleton as the celebrant.
Interment will be in Olivet cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Lloyd Daniel Garcia, Timmy Cisneros, Ernest Trujillo, Julien Garcia, Jimmy Cisneros and Robert Trujillo.
John P. Yoder
1918-2004
John Pershing "Jack" Yoder, 85, of Cheyenne died June 19 at United Medical Center-West.
He was born Nov. 8, 1918, in Cheyenne into the pioneer family of B.F. and Myrtle Kreitz Yoder. He lived here most of his life.
Mr. Yoder graduated from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, Neb., with a degree in animal husbandry.
He ranched and owned the Hat Ranch near Fort Laramie from 1952-1956 and ranched at the family ranches near Torrington. He was an agronomist for American Crystal Sugar Company for 11 years.
Mr. Yoder served in the Army during World War II.
He was a member of First Presbyterian Church and Phi Delta Theta Fraternity.
Mr. Yoder is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Marion Jane Yoder and Terry Roker of Cheyenne; three stepgrandchildren; four great-stepgrandchildren; and three great-great-stepgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Goins Yoder in 1974; two sons, Bruce G. Yoder on Dec. 29, 2000, and John Allan Yoder on Nov. 19, 1947; his parents, Benjamin Franklin and Myrtle Kreitz Yoder; two brothers, Oscar Teasdale Yoder and Franklin D. Yoder; and a sister, Marion Sorensen.
Services will be 10 a.m. today at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes with the Rev. Robert Garrard officiating.
Interment will be in Beth El cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Terry Roker, Allen Johnson, Ron Thornton and Mary Guthrie.
Robert W. Musil
1930-2004
The Rev. Dr. Robert W. Musil, 74, a retired United Methodist pastor, died June 12 in Denver as a result of a fall. He was born May 24, 1930.
He served as an associate pastor of the First United Methodist Church in Cheyenne from 1988-1990.
While in Cheyenne, he was president of the United Methodist Wyoming Board of Higher Education and served on the Board of the Wyoming Church Coalition.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy of Denver; three daughters, Rebecca Thompson of Salida, Colo., Karen Christensen of Denver and Sarah Burris of Durango, Colo.; three grandchildren; and a sister, Grace Swanson of Durango.
A graveside service with interment of ashes will be 3 p.m. Friday in the Evans, Colo., cemetery.
The memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the University Park United Methodist Church in Denver.

Waunetta F. Teichert
1906-2004
Waunetta F. Teichert, 97, of Cheyenne died June 12 at Lifecare Center.
She was born Oct. 22, 1906, in Pauline, Neb.
She was an office manager at AAA Auto Club.
Waunetta married
Herman H. Teichert on Feb. 23, 1925, in Holyoak, Colo.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Altrussa, Woman's Club GFWC PP, Woman's Relief Corp PP, Royal Neighbors of America PP, American Legion Auxiliary PP, National Secretaries, XJWC, Mizpah No. 36 Order of the Eastern Star and Rebeccas Past Knoble Grand.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Herman and Melba Teichert of Laramie; a daughter and son-in-law, Darlene and Ernie Evans of Cheyenne; 10 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and 23 great-great grandchildren.
Mrs. Teichert was preceded in death by her husband, Herman H. Teichert; a daughter, Beverly Aldridge; her parents, Frank and Grace Sherman; five brothers, Frank W. Sherman, Marvin Sherman, Harold Sherman, R. Dale Sherman and James A. Sherman; two sisters, Neoma Hood and Beulha Sherman; and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Schrader Chapel with the Rev. Nadine Korhonen.
Burial will be in Memorial Gardens.
Honorary pallbearers will be Shane Harris, Kale Harris, Cody Teichert, Glen Knobel, Rhett Evans and Dusty Evans.

Anna M. Morgan
1915-2004
Anna Mae Morgan, 88, of Cheyenne died June 23 at Life Care Center of Cheyenne.
She was born Sept. 30, 1915, in Douglas.
She was a sales clerk.
Mrs. Morgan was a member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Bonnie S. Blake of Sun Lakes, Ariz., and Betty L. Campbell of Cheyenne; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Walter C. Adams; her second husband, Joe E. Morgan; her parents, Guy V. and Edith P. deCastro; three brothers; four sisters; and a grandson.
A family memorial will be held.

Carl L. Vosler
1917-2004
Carl Lewis Vosler, 86, of Cheyenne died June 19 in Cheyenne.
He was born Nov. 27, 1917, in Cheyenne and had lived here all of his life.
Mr. Vosler was a carpenter.
He served in the Navy during World War II.
Mr. Vosler was a member of First Congregational Church.
He is survived by his wife, Sylvia L. Vosler of Cheyenne, whom he married
June 19, 1963, in Laramie; five sons, Leroy Vosler of Cheyenne, Dennis Coulson of Quebec, Canada, Dallon Coulson of Cheyenne, Kenneth Coulson of Hampford, Calif., and Karl Coulson of Cheyenne; five daughters, Elaine Fox, Evelyn Abbott, Lynda McKee, Teresa Stinner and Tracy Zink, all of Cheyenne; five brothers, Robert Vosler of Utah, Dale Vosler, Richard Vosler and Glen Vosler, all of Cheyenne, and Chris Vosler of Montana; five sisters, Margaret Perry of Norwood, Colo., Norma Cooper, Virginia Baird and Ruthe Wyatt, all of Thermopolis, and Betty Stoner of Cheyenne; and 34 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two sons, Willard Vosler and Lyle Hinsdale; his parents, Floyd and Valborg Vosler; two brothers, Lester Vosler and Albert Vosler; two sisters, Edna Humphrey and Mildred Foltz; and a granddaughter.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Middle Creek Ranch with the Rev. Harold Hampton officiating.
Pallbearers will be Dallon Coulson, Kenneth Coulson, Karl Coulson, Dustin Abbott, Kit Fox and Brian Bohlmann.

Mary Snyder
1908-2004
Mary Snyder, 95, died June 20 in Cheyenne.
She was born Dec. 27, 1908, in Germany, the daughter of George and Mary Urich.
She was married
to John W. Snyder, who was an engineer for the Union Pacific Railroad.
At one time, she owned several rental properties and owned and lived in the late Sen. Carey's mansion. She owned Snyder Furniture until she retired.
She is survived by two grandsons, David Kalams and John Kalams; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son, George Kalams; three brothers; and three sisters.
No funeral service is planned.
