RANSON, W.Va. - Flora Emma Seabolt, 72, of Ranson, died Wednesday, Dec. 24, 1997, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital, Ranson.
Born June 4, 1925, in Ewing, Va., she was the daughter of the late Harrison and Lora Carmony Bledsoe.
She was a homemaker.
She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Green Seabolt; three daughters, Margie Atwell of Braddock Heights, Md., Brenda Grady of Westminster, Md., and Margaret Higgins of Frederick, Md.; one son, John K. Seabolt, at home; two sisters, Bonnie Taylor of Ijamsville, Md., and Bobbie Yontz of Virginia; 11 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Elizabeth Strong.
Services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home, Charles Town. The Rev. Lester Horton and the Rev. Russell Wright will officiate. Burial will be in Salem cemetery, Brookeville, Md.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m.
Danielle A. Reynard-Walsh
RANSON, W.Va. - Danielle Ann Reynard-Walsh, infant daughter of William Scott Reynard and Jessica Lynn Walsh of Ranson, died Monday, Dec. 22, 1997, at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, Va.
She was of the Methodist faith.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by one sister, Virginia Julianna Reynard, at home; paternal grandparents, William Charles Reynard Jr. and Carolyn Perry Frye of Harpers Ferry, W.Va.; maternal grandfather, James Robert Walsh of Ranson; and maternal great-grandmother, Edith Walsh of Ranson.
Services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Jefferson Chapel Funeral Home in Ranson. James Williams will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Hope cemetery in Martinsburg.
Elinor Friend
SOUTH MOUNTAIN, Pa. - Elinor Friend, 90, of South Mountain Restoration Center, and formerly of Norristown, Pa., died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 1997, at the center.
Born Dec. 27, 1906, in New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Henry P. and Estelle K. Friend.
She attended college for two years.
She is survived by one brother, Henry Friend of Englewood, N.J.
Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at South Mountain Restoration Center auditorium, 10058 South Mountain Road, South Mountain. The Rev. Stuart Troutman will officiate. Burial will be Tuesday at Riverside cemetery, Norristown.

Robert F. Cecce
KEARNEYSVILLE, W.Va. - Robert F. Cecce, 72, of Route 1, died Monday, Dec. 22, 1997, at his home.
Born Feb. 13, 1925, in Chicago, he was the son of the late Joseph A. Cecce Sr. and Anna Frick Cecce.
A U.S. Army veteran, he served during World War II.
He is survived by his wife, Katherine Newsome Cecce; one daughter, Lori Banshbach of Laurel, Md.; four sons, Paul Cecce, Jonathan Cecce of Hagerstown, Joseph R. Cecce, at home, and Kevin Sawyer of Fort Hood, Texas; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Joseph A. Cecce Jr.
Services will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Martinsburg. The Rev. James Chambly Jr. will officiate. Burial will be private.

Kenneth M. Rutherford Sr.
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Kenneth M. Rutherford Sr., 73, of Martinsburg, died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 1997, at City Hospital, Martinsburg.
Born Nov. 14, 1924, in Berkeley County, W.Va., he was the son of the late Thomas Rutherford and Lenora Thompson Luzier.
He was a retired licensed practical nurse.
A U.S. Army veteran, he served during World War II.
He is survived by his wife, Anne Coffinberger Rutherford; three daughters, Laura Files, Lisa Weatherholtz and Mary Jane Watson, all of Martinsburg; two sons, Kenneth W. Rutherford Jr. and Thomas C. Rutherford, both of Martinsburg; one brother, William Rutherford of Martinsburg; 13 grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Priscilla Rutherford; and one brother, Thomas Rutherford.
The family will receive friends at Brown Funeral Home in Martinsburg, today from 3 to 5 p.m.
Curtis L. Shade
INWOOD, W.Va. - Curtis L. Shade, 82, of Route 2, died Sunday, Dec. 21, 1997, at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, Va.
Born May 13, 1915, in Glengary, W.Va., he was the son of the late Martin V. and Bertie Masters Shade.
He was a dairy farmer.
He was a member of Cedar Grove Christian Church.
He is survived by his wife, Frances J. Williams Shade; one daughter, Barbara Miller of Inwood; four sons, Carroll Shade, Thomas Shade, Glenville Shade and Kenneth Shade, all of Inwood; two brothers, Elmer Shade of Inwood and Lester Shade of Kearneysville, W.Va.; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by three sisters, Eva Brown, Anna Potts and Lena LeDane; and one brother, William Shade.
Services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Martinsburg, W.Va. The Rev. Harry R. Yoder will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Christian Church cemetery.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Bradley Clayton Boarman Jr., infant son of Bradley Clayton Boarman Sr. and Serena Gue Boarman of Martinsburg, died Saturday, Dec. 20, 1997, at City Hospital.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Bernie and Cynthia Fravel of Bunker Hill, W.Va.; paternal grandparents, Deena Brown of Hedgesville, W.Va., and Vincent A. Boarman of Falling Waters, W.Va.; and great-grandparents, Kenneth and Norma Cushwa and Vincent and Marlene Boarman, both of Hedgesville.
Graveside services will be held today at 2 p.m. at Pleasant View Memory Gardens in Martinsburg. The Rev. Robert S. Hill Jr. will officiate.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Mary S. Wilt, 84, of Martinsburg, died Monday, Dec. 22, 1997, at City Hospital.
Born March 25, 1913, in Berkeley County, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late John Parkinson and Myra Eversole Parkinson.
Her husband, Millard W. Wilt, preceded her in death.
She is survived by one daughter, Mildred M. Kenney, of Martinsburg, with whom she resided; one brother, Roger Parkinson of Kearneysville, W.Va.; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Paul Parkinson and Lee Parkinson.
Services will be held today at 3 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Martinsburg. The Rev. R. Shawn Edwards will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home today one hour prior to the service.
Erma E. Meyers
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Erma Emily "Grandmother" Meyers, 84, of Martinsburg, died Friday, Dec. 19, 1997, at City Hospital.
Born Nov. 28, 1913, in Winona, Minn., she was the daughter of the late Herman Norman and Erma Emily Felstow Meyers.
She was employed by Northwestern Upholstery as a certified public accountant.
She was a member of St. Thomas Lutheran Church in Charles Town, W.Va.
She also was a member of Berkeley Senior Center.
She enjoyed reading and typing.
She is survived by one daughter, Marilyn Alice Carlson of Martinsburg; two sons, James Jerome Meyers and Robert Norman Meyers, both of Los Angeles; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be Tuesday, Dec. 30 at 4 p.m. at St. Thomas Lutheran Church, corner of Washington and West Seminary streets in Charles Town. The Rev. Richard E. Neal will officiate. Burial will be private.
