SAN ANTONIO, Texas - Marjorie Barker Richardson, 81, of San Antonio, and formerly of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Monday, Dec. 7, 1998, in San Antonio.
Born July 25, 1917, in Great Cacapon, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Charles Walter and Catherine Eackles Barker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Richardson.
She attended Independent Bible Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Kathryn Nichols of San Antonio; and three grandchildren.
Private services and burial will be at Great Cacapon cemetery.
Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg.
Robert F. Bishop
BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. - Robert Franklin Bishop, 49, of Berkeley Springs, died Wednesday, Dec. 9, 1998, at War Memorial Hospital in Berkeley Springs.
Born Oct. 4, 1949, in Hancock, he was the son of Jessie Leona Divelbliss Bishop Gallion of Hancock and the late John Russell Bishop.
He attended Hancock High School and earned his GED.
He was retired on physical disability.
He served with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was awarded the Purple Heart, Republic Vietnam Campaign Medal with Device 1960, Vietnam Service Medal, and Marksman (M-6 Rifle), among others.
He was of the Protestant faith.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 29 years, Nancy Lee Sharon Bishop; a daughter, Susan Rae Teter of Berkeley Springs; two sons, Robert Franklin Bishop Jr. of Elkton, Md., and Michael Todd Bishop of Berkeley Springs; four sisters, Anna Peck of Warfordsburg, Pa., Marie Shaw of Hancock, Mary Jane Younker and Donna Mae Johnson, both of Hagerstown; two brothers, William Bishop of Berkeley Springs and Charles Bishop of Lusby, Md.; a stepsister, Debbie Hughes of Pensacola, Fla.; two stepbrothers, Barry Gallion of Berkeley Springs and Randy Gallion of Hancock; three grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Gilbert Earl "Bud" Gallion; a sister, Irma Rose Waugh; and two brothers, Harry Lee Bishop and Russell Neil Bishop.
Services will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home, 306 Union St., Berkeley Springs. The Rev. Philip Unger will officiate. Burial with military graveside honors will be in Rocky Gap Veterans cemetery, Flintstone, Md.
The family will receive friends today from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home, 306 Union St., Berkeley Springs. The funeral home will be open from noon.
Emily A. Neely
BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. - Emily Agnes Neely, 92, of Berkeley Springs, died Thursday, Dec. 10, 1998, at Morgan County War Memorial Hospital in Berkeley Springs.
Born Nov. 15, 1906, in Morgan County, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Charles Edward and Eliza Yost Fleece.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Francis Neely Sr., in 1970.
She attended Whisner School and Waterview School, both in Morgan County, W.Va.
She worked seasonally at Walter Neely's Canning Factory in Morgan County. She was a homemaker.
She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Berkeley Springs, and the Sodality.
She was a member of AARP; Women of the Moose Chapter 1311; Ladies Auxiliary of Berkeley Springs Volunteer Fire Co.; and was active with Morgan County Senior Life Center.
She is survived by five daughters, Helen M. Dodson, Donna J. Faith, Shirley D. Weber and Carolyn Faith, all of Berkeley Springs, and Wilma L. Meyers of Hagerstown; two sons, Walter F. Neely Jr. of Macungie, Pa., and Dennis W. Neely of Berkeley Springs; 28 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Sallie R. Neely, Mary Frederick and Della Mae Miller; two brothers, Floyd Fleece and Woodrow Fleece; and two granddaughters.
A funeral liturgy will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 116 S. Washington St., Berkeley Springs. The Rev. John S. Leford will be celebrant. Burial will be in Greenway cemetery, Berkeley Springs.
The family will receive friends today from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home, 306 Union St., Berkeley Springs, with a vigil at 7:30 p.m. The funeral home will be open today from 10 a.m.
William E. Reid
KEARNEYSVILLE, W.Va. - William Eugene Reid, 56, of Kearneysville, died Wednesday, Dec. 9, 1998, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Ranson, W.Va.
Born Aug. 21, 1942, in Round Hill, Va., he was the son of the late Stanley Maxwell and Marie Etta Washington Reid.
He was employed aa a farm manager by Belmont Farm.
He was a member of Mount Zion United Methodist Church.
He was a member of Panhandle Alliance Therapeutic Horsemanship.
He is survived by a sister, Mary Harrington of Odenton, Md.; three brothers, Samuel Reid and Donald Reid, both of Fairfax, Va., and Charles Reid of New York; an aunt; and close friend, Kathleen Tycz.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Garnett Cook and Eunice Reid; and three brothers, James Reid, Robert Reid and Ralph Reid.

HEDGESVILLE, W.Va. - Charles William Miller, 35, of Hedgesville, died Wednesday, Dec. 9, 1998, at City Hospital, Martinsburg, W.Va.
Born Jan. 23, 1963, in Berkeley County, W.Va., he was the son of the late Raymond Benjamin and Frances Horner Miller.
He is survived by two sisters, Ellen M. Miller of Martinsburg and Frances E. Miller of Hedgesville; two brothers, Raymond W. Miller and Douglas Ray Miller, both of Hedgesville; and a niece.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Carol S. Miller.
Services will be today at 1 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St., Martinsburg. The Rev. L. Jack Rudy will officiate. Burial will be in Tomahawk cemetery.
Timothy T. Fouch
BUNKER HILL, W.Va. - Timothy T. Fouch, 37, of Bunker Hill, died Tuesday, Dec. 8, 1998, at his home.
Born Nov. 26, 1961, in Winchester, Va., he was the son of Hyland Lee and Gloria Clem Fouch of Inwood, W.Va.
He was a 1980 graduate of Musselman High School.
He was a carpenter.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He was a member of Inwood United Methodist Church.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Cynthia Graham of Inwood; two brothers, Charles Lee Fouch of Bunker Hill and David Lynn Fouch of Inwood; and his fiancee, Laureen Rogers of Bunker Hill.
Services will be today at 2:30 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St., Martinsburg. The Rev. John E. Wright will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
