GERRARDSTOWN, W.Va. - Donald Lee Rogers, 71, of Gerrardstown, died Friday, Jan. 8, 1999, at his home.
He was the son of the late William Elsworth and Anna Mary Rutherford Rogers.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Carper Rogers.
He was a foreman for Clover Ridge Orchard.
He is survived by three daughters, Mary Kolb of Gerrardstown, Ginger Poland of Capon Springs, W.Va., and Linda Breeden of Martinsburg, W.Va.; two sisters, Anna Marie Rogers Swope of Shepherdstown, W.Va., and Ruby Elizabeth Rogers Snyder of Bunker Hill, W.Va.; two brothers, James Randolph Rogers of Bunker Hill and William Eugene Allen Rogers of Winchester, Va.; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Rosedale Funeral Chapel, 2060 Rosedale Road, Martinsburg. The Rev. Don Preston will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
Ronald L. Horton
ORRSTOWN, W.Va. - Ronald L. Horton, 53, of 13344 Cumberland Highway, died Thursday, Jan. 7, 1999, at Chambersburg Hospital, Chambersburg, Pa.
Born April 4, 1945, in Bedford County, Pa., he was the son of the late James W. and Hazel V. Hughes Horton.
He was employed by Grove Worldwide in Shady Grove, Pa., for 25 years.
He served in the National Guard.
He was of the Protestant faith.
He was a member of Durff-Kuhn Post 6168 VFW in Shippensburg, Minnequa Club in Shippensburg, Pa., and Detrich-Brechbill Post 612 American Legion, St. Thomas, Pa.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn L. Kimple Horton, whom he married
July 24, 1965; one daughter, Sherry L. Woodring of Waynesboro, Pa., one son, Randy L. Horton of Chambersburg; and two granddaughters.
Services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg. The Rev. Michael E. Allwein will officiate. Burial will be in Parklawns Memorial Gardens, Chambersburg.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home Sunday one hour prior to the service.
Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
David F. Catrow
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - David Franklin Catrow, 86, of Poor House Road, died Thursday, Jan. 7, 1999, at his home.
Born Dec. 23, 1912, in Berkeley County, he was the son of the late Charles David and Nellie Cushwa Catrow.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Ollie P. Foltz, in 1979. They were married
June 22, 1935.
He was an orchardist and farmer.
He was a member of Tuscarora Presbyterian Church, where he served as a deacon, elder and trustee.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Booton Catrow; two daughters, Sylvia D. Hunt of New Market, Va., and Linda D. New of Martinsburg; three sisters, Elsie S. Catrow of Martinsburg, Katherine C. Miller of Williamsport and Laura E. Bailey of Bunker Hill, W.Va.; a granddaughter, two great-grandchildren; two stepdaughters, Michelle Ewing of Charleston, W.Va., and Terry Brining of Martinsburg; three stepgrandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Carloyn Lee Catrow.
Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Tuscarora Presbyterian Church. Dr. Bruce McClendon and lay minister John W. Cushwa will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m. at Rosedale Funeral Chapel, 2060 Rosedale Road, Martinsburg.

William W. Ott
HARPERS FERRY, W.Va. - William W. Ott, 65, of Route 4, died Thursday, Jan. 7, 1999, at City Hospital, Martinsburg, W.Va.
Born Jan. 4, 1934, in Jefferson County, W.Va., he was the son of the late George W. and Martha Ellen Wood Ott.
He was employed by Northern Virginia Electric Co-op.
He was a member of Martinsburg Church of God.
He also was a member of AARP, NRA and Harper Ridge Hunt Club.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during the Korean conflict.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Long Ott; three daughters, Kimberly Stanley of Inwood, W.Va., Terry Lynn Valencia of Charles Town, W.Va., and Violet Marie Newcomb of Harpers Ferry; one son, Harry Vanorsdale of Inwood; three sisters, Delores Reid, Velma Penwell and Sissy Ott, all of Harpers Ferry; three brothers, Thomas H. Ott and Terry Lee Ott, both of Harpers Ferry, and John E. Ott of Charles Town; four grandchildren; one great-grandson; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Donald Ott; and his stepfather, Wilbert Wilbur Ott.
Services will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg. The Rev. Harold O. Snyder will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale cemetery with military graveside services conducted by Newton D. Baker Post 896 VFW and Berkeley Post 14 American Legion.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m.
Brandon A. Wisowaty
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Brandon Alexander Wisowaty, infant son of Robert W. and Charity Joy Gregory Wisowaty of Martinsburg, died Monday, Jan. 4, 1999, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Stephanie Elizabeth Wisowaty and Emily Marie Wisowaty; a brother, Robert Melvin Wisowaty; maternal grandmother, Joan Gregory Dayton; maternal grandfather, James Stiles; paternal grandmother, Wyonia Wisowaty; and great-grandmother, Catherine Dayton, all of Martinsburg.
Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg.
Teresa M. Ottinger
Teresa M. Ottinger, 79, of 19601 Granada Lane, died Tuesday, Jan. 5, 1999, at Washington County Hospital, Hagerstown.
Born Jan. 7, 1919, in Richmond Hill, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Patrick and Margaret Horan.
She was a graduate of Richmond Hill High School.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Warren E. Ottinger; three sons, Kurt Ottinger of Atlanta, Lee Ottinger of Towson, Md., and Donald Ottinger of Grantsboro, N.C.; two sisters, Marie Byrnes and Rita Cauley, both of Long Island, N.Y.; and five grandchildren.
Graveside services will be Friday at 9:30 a.m. at Rest Haven cemetery. The Rev. George A. Limmer will officiate.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, 1331 Eastern Blvd. North. Prayers will be offered at 8:30 p.m.
