MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Flo Elizabeth Weller, 86, of Martinsburg, died Wednesday, Feb. 17, 1999, at City Hospital, Martinsburg.
Born July 29, 1912, in Berkeley County, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Warren and Mary Ripple Nesmith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J. William Weller.
She retired from Corning Glass in Martinsburg.
She was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church, where she was a camp counselor and Girl Scout leader.
She is survived by two daughters, Marsha D. Spickler of Martinsburg and Dana F. Weller of Falls Church, Va.; a sister, Bertha Smith of Martinsburg; two grandsons; two great-granddaughters; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Lillian Hutzler, Anna Boltz and Nellie Castleman; and three brothers, Raymond Nesmith, Walter Nesmith and Clifford Nesmith.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St., Martinsburg. The Rev. William E. Merki will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale cemetery.
The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Miriam L. Pitzer
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Miriam L. Pitzer, 82, of Martinsburg, died Wednesday, Feb. 17, 1999, at City Hospital, Martinsburg.
Born Sept. 25, 1916, in Jones Spring, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late John William and Cora May Sharff Beall.
She was a 1934 graduate of Hedgesville High School.
She was a member of Hedgesville United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, J. Delbert Pitzer; a daughter, Cora Sue Martin of Point Marion, Pa.; a sister, Hilda Beall Kinkead of Lansdale, Pa.; a brother, J. Wilton Beall of Martinsburg; a grandson; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Odette Kilmer; and a brother, R. Hugh Beall.
Services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St., Martinsburg. The Rev. Terri S. Cofiell will officiate. Burial will be in Central Chapel cemetery.

Alice M. Ford
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Alice M. Ford, 87, of Martinsburg, died Monday, Feb. 15, 1999, at her home.
Born May 7, 1911, in Howard County, Md., she was the daughter of the late Wilbur and Hattie Meldrom Rineheart.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Ford.
She was a member of Stevenson (Md.) United Methodist Church.
She is survived by two sons, John L. Ford of Martinsburg and Roy L. Ford of Enterprise, Ala.; two sisters, Clara Ford of Baltimore and Mary Hoover of Pikesville, Md.; a brother, Vernon Rineheart of Baltimore; and five grandchildren.
Services will be Friday at 11:30 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St., Martinsburg. The Rev. Douglas J. Hollida will officiate. Burial will be in Green Hill cemetery.

BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. - Carrie B. Lopp, 60, of Berkeley Springs, died Wednesday, Feb. 17, 1999, in Baltimore.
Born April 20, 1938, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Edwin V. and Carrie Danz Miller.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger M. Lopp.
She was a waitress at Southern Bell Restaurant in Berkeley Springs.
She was a member of Word of Deliverance in Berkeley Springs.
She is survived by three sisters, Betty Dipictrantonio of Baltimore, Cora Conroy of Abingdon, Md., and Mary Westerfield of Westminster, Md.; five brothers, William Miller of Norrisville, Md., Harry Miller of Aberdeen, Md., Edward Miller of Perry Hall, Md., Richard Miller of Tennessee and Robert Miller of Edgewood, Md.; nieces and nephews.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Hunter-Anderson Funeral Home, 106 S. Mercer St., Berkeley Springs. The Rev. Robert Files will officiate. Burial will be in Brownsville Heights Church of the Brethren cemetery, Brownsville, Md.
Visitation will be today from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home, which will be open Friday from 9 a.m.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Annie Ramona "Mom" Stec, 70, of Martinsburg, died Tuesday, Feb. 16, 1999, at City Hospital, Martinsburg.
Born Sept. 4, 1928, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Frances Bowen Grimes.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin A. Stec.
She was employed by Tony's Auto Service.
She was a member of Martinsburg Chapter 738 Women of the Moose.
She is survived by a daughter, Barbara Jean Pannuty of Martinsburg; a son, John Stanley Stec of Martinsburg; four sisters; a brother, four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St., Martinsburg. Burial will be in Harmony cemetery.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - James A. Everhart Sr., 85, of Martinsburg, died Tuesday, Feb. 16, 1999, at his home.
Born Nov. 16, 1913, in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., he was the son of the late Arthur James and Evelyn Hull Everhart.
He retired from Martin Marietta after 40 years.
He was a member of Bedington United Methodist Church.
He was a member of Equality Lodge 44 AF & AM.
He is survived by a daughter, Sharon R. Henry of Martinsburg; two sons, James A. Everhart Jr. and Charles W. Everhart, both of Martinsburg; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Wray M. Tedrick; a sister, Evelyn M. Everhart; and two brothers, Clinton H. Everhart and Virgil W. Everhart.
Services will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St., Martinsburg. The Rev. Robert W. Barnes will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
