MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Florence Elizabeth Leighton Staubs, 87, of Martinsburg, died Wednesday, May 12, 1999, at her home.
Born July 6, 1911, in Titusville, Va., she was the daughter of the late Frank Leighton and Blanche Keyton Jenkins.
Her husband, Lewis W. Staubs Sr., preceded her in death.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of Winchester Avenue Christian Church.
She is survived by one daughter, M. Estelle Staubs of Martinsburg; four grandchildren, Bonnie Artrip of York, Pa., John Aikens of Martinsburg, Lewis W. Staubs III of Martinsburg, and Diane Snow of Richmond, Va.; four great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Rosedale Funeral Chapel in Martinsburg. The Rev. Doug Holliday will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m.
Louis A. Tito Sr.
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Louis Anthony Tito Sr., 91, of Route 6, Box 87, died Wednesday, May 12, 1999, at Williamsport Nursing Home.
Born Nov. 11, 1907, in New York City, he was the son of the late Antonio and Maria Rago Tito.
His wife, Margaret Mary Mulhall Tito, died in 1980.
He was employed by Consolidated-Edison Power Co. in New York City.
He was of the Catholic faith.
He is survived by one daughter, Dr. Eleanore M. Hill of Martinsburg; two sons, Louis Anthony Tito Jr. of New York City, and William Thomas Tito of Clearwater, Fla.; two sisters, Angie of Wisconsin and Mary of Brooklyn, N.Y.; one brother, Joseph Tito of New York City; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Teresa Sciacca.
The family will receive friends at Osborne Funeral Home, 425 S. Conococheague St., Williamsport, today from 9 a.m. to noon. Graveside services will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park in Williamsport.

Audrey L. Duke
CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. - Audrey L. Duke, 90, of Charles Town, and formerly of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Wednesday, May 12, 1999, at her home.
Born Feb. 17, 1909, in Berkeley County, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late George and Grace Amelia Chambers Duke.
She was a 1926 graduate of Martinsburg High School.
She was a retired secretary for the U.S. government on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church.
She is survived by one nephew, James Duke and his wife, Nancy, with whom she lived; and two nieces.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Bernard Duke and Edward A. Duke; and one sister, Mary Brownie Duke.
Graveside services will be Friday at 3 p.m. in Green Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Al Clipp will officiate.

Daisy E. Frame
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Daisy Elizabeth Frame, 74, of Martinsburg, died Wednesday, May 12, 1999, at City Hospital.
Born Oct. 2, 1924, in Hedgesville, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Edgar and Mable Faulkwell Richard.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Osborn Ralph Frame, on May 6, 1999.
She was a member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Sharron L. Lamp and Tina M. Frame, both of Martinsburg; four sons, Gary L. Frame, Larry E. Frame and Douglas E. Frame, all of Martinsburg, and Ricky L. Frame of Inwood, W.Va.; seven grandchildren; and one nephew.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Eugene Richard; and by her stepmother, Ida Mae Richard.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St., Martinsburg. The Rev. Arlene R. Carr will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.

Ray S. Keckley
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Ray Stanley Keckley, 70, of Martinsburg, died Tuesday, May 11, 1999, at City Hospital in Martinsburg.
Born Oct. 22, 1928, in Martinsburg, he was the son of the late Lester Dudley and Emma Scott Bennett Keckley.
He was employed for 37 years at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center as a baker and cook. He also was a television repairman.
He was a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Navy.
He was a member of St. Lukes United Brethren Church.
He is survived by his wife, Connie Folk Keckley; a daughter, Jennifer Lee Unger of Belleview, Ill.; two sisters, Goldie Frith Ranson and Helen Clemons, both of Martinsburg; two grandsons; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Elouise Albright; and two brothers, Thomas Wingfield and Lester D. Keckley.
A memorial service will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Rosedale Funeral Chapel. Pastor Raymond Martin will officiate.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Mary Belle Secrist, 76, of Martinsburg, died Monday, May 10, 1999, at her home.
Born Feb. 23, 1923, in Martinsburg, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Lucy Light Barrett.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur A. Secrist.
She attended St. John's Lutheran Church.
She is survived by three daughters, Joanna Yingling of York, Pa., Mary E. Kitchen and Sharon Armel, both of Martinsburg; two sons, Wilbur E. Secrist of York and David W. Secrist of Martinsburg; a sister, Patricia Newbraugh of Hagerstown; a brother, Marvin Barrett of Martinsburg; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Katherine Rogers; and two brothers, Grantham Barrett and William Barrett.
Services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St., Martinsburg. The Rev. James D. Riley Jr. will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
