MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Daisy Bell Timmons, 88, of Martinsburg, died Friday, May 21, 1999, at the home of her granddaughter, Kim Shafer.
Born Sept. 7, 1910, in Mount Jackson, Va., she was the daughter of the late James and Annie Rodgers Spitler.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter David Timmons.
She was a member of Shenandoah Bible Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Betty Jane Allen of Winchester, Va., and Peggy Lillian Wise of Martinsburg; two sons, Charles Timmons of North Carolina and John Timmons of Martinsburg; 24 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two daughters, Mary Ellen Marsh and Shelby Timmons; a son, David Walter Timmons; a sister, Mary Ellen Lucas; and three brothers, Saylor Spitler, Arthur Spitler and Jesse Spitler.
Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St., Martinsburg. The Rev. Don B. Smith will officiate. Burial will be in Butler's Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
John McCusker
GERRARDSTOWN, W.Va. - John McCusker, 83, of Gerrardstown, died Wednesday, May 19, 1999, at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Martinsburg, W.Va.
Born Dec. 30, 1915, in Fulton County, Pa., he was the son of the late George and Arena Bell McCusker.
He retired from the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Martinsburg.
A veteran of World War II, he served in the U.S. Army.
He was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Hancock.
He is survived by his wife, Leona A. Eddy McCusker of Martinsburg; two sisters, Catherine Hull of Kearneysville, W.Va., and Mary Plessinger of Achilles, Va.; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Louis William McCusker and George McCusker.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at noon at St. Peter's Catholic Church, East High Street, Hancock. The Rev. George W. Glick will be celebrant. Burial will be in the church cemetery, with military services by Tri-State Honor Guard.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 141 W. Main St., Hancock, where a rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. The funeral home will be open Sunday from 2 to 8 p.m.
John McCukser
GERRARDSTOWN, W.Va. - John McCusker, 83, of Gerrardstown, died Wednesday, May 19, 1999, at the Veteran's Affairs Medical Center, Martinsburg, W.Va.

Wallace C. Kuhn
SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. - Wallace Calvin Kuhn, 54, of Shepherdstown, died Thursday, May 20, 1999, at City Hospital in Martinsburg, W.Va.
Born Nov. 5, 1944, in Hagerstown, he was the son of Nancy Brown Kuhn of Perrysburg, Ohio, and the late Walter K. Kuhn.
He served two tours of duty in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
He was a member of Childs Road Church of God, Middleway, W.Va.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his fiancee, Donna J. Simmons; a daughter, Theresa Weary of Marion, Ohio; a stepdaughter, Peggy Butler; three sisters, Helen Greenwalt and Gloria Bowley, both of Harpers Ferry, W.Va., and Yvette Poulson of Perrysburg; his twin brother, Walter Kuhn of Harpers Ferry; three grandchildren; and a stepgranddaughter.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Bill Huffman.
Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home in Charles Town. The Rev. Robert E. Wilbourne will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens, Martinsburg.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

RANSON, W.Va. - Bobby G. Broadway, 57, of Ranson, died Thursday, May 20, 1999, at the Veteran's Affairs Medical Center in Martinsburg, W.Va.
Born Dec. 15, 1941, in Charles Town, W.Va., he was the son of the late Dolores Virginia Everts Crim.
He was a self-employed carpenter.
He served in the U.S. Air Force.
He was a Protestant.
He was a member of Jackson-Perks American Legion Post No. 71, Charles Town; and Veterans of Foreign Wars Memorial Post No. 3522, Charles Town.
He was preceded in death by a brother, John Mack Broadway.
A graveside service will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at Edge Hill Cemetery, Charles Town. The Rev. Richard E. Neal will officiate.
There will be no visitation.

INWOOD, W.Va. - Dallas Lynn Willis, 2-day-old daughter of Michael Wayne and Deanna Toup Willis of Inwood, died Saturday, May 8, 1999, at UVA Hospital, in Charlottesville, Va.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her triplet sister, Delilah Brooke Willis at home; maternal grandmother, Connie Toup of Martinsburg, W.Va.; maternal grandfather, Dave Toup of Martinsburg; and paternal grandparents, Gary and Gloria Willis of Inwood.
She was preceded in death by her triplet sister, Destiny Marie Willis.
Private family graveside services will be held at Rosedale Cemetery at a later date.

Gordon W. Milburn
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Gordon Wayne Milburn, 81, of Martinsburg, died Wednesday, May 19, 1999, at his home.
Born Oct. 12, 1917, in Flint, Mich., he was the son of the late Fred and Mina McAlpine Milburn.
A veteran of World War II, he served in the U.S. Army.
He was a member of Martinsburg Lodge No. 120 Loyal Order of the Moose; and Masonic Alpine Lodge No. 1412 AF & AM, Houston.
He is survived by his wife, Frances Boulter Milburn; two daughters, Sally Green of Portland, Ore., and Nancy Eaves of Martinsburg; a sister, Hazel Abdella of Colton, Calif.; two brothers, Keith Milburn of Niles, Mich., and Ted Davis of Friendswood, Texas; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Albert G. Milburn.
