CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. - Richard Allen Everhart, of West Ridge Hills, died Saturday, June 5, 1999, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Ranson, W.Va.
He was the son of Beatrice Everhart and the late Walter Cecil Everhart.
Visitations will be today and Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Eackles-Spencer Funeral Home in Harpers Ferry, W.Va.
Barbara E. "Bobbie" Kesecker
BERELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. - Barbara E. "Bobbie" Kesecker, 93, of Berkeley Springs, died Friday, June 4, 1999, at Heartland of Martinsburg in Martinsburg, W.Va.
Born July 25, 1905, in Upshur County, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Elizabeth Wetherhult Boggs.
She was a member of Michaels Chapel United Methodist Church.
She is survived by two stepdaughters, Hazel Drake of Selbyville, Del., and Ethel Young of Osprey, Fla.; two nieces, June Solakian of Orlando, Fla., and Olean Roboin of Arlington, Va.; a nephew, Fred Lane of Falls Church, Va.; and two stepgrandsons.
She was preceded in death by a nephew, Otha Boggs Cartwright.
Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home, 306 Union St., Berkeley Springs. The Rev. Hennis Fox will officiate. Burial will be in Snyders Church Cemetery.
Friends will be received Monday one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
Evelyn Lorraine Keesecker
MARTINNSBURG, W.Va. - Evelyn Lorraine Keesecker, 79, of Martinsburg, died Saturday, June 5, 1999, at Outlook Pointe of Martinsburg.
Born Jan. 24, 1920, in Berkeley County, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late W. Trone and Ethel L. Weber McDaniel.
She was retired from The Jewel Box, where she had worked as a sales associate.
She was a member of Winchester Avenue Christian Church.
She was a member of City Hospital Auxiliary Volunteers.
She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Feltner VanMetre of Martinsburg and Judith C. Maucione of Urbana, Md.; a sister, Betty F. Geesaman of Rouzerville, Pa.; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Lola E. Dick; and a brother, Donald W. McDaniel.
Services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St., Martinsburg. The Rev. Doug Hollida will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens, Martinsburg. City Hospital Auxiliary will meet half an hour prior to services at the funeral home.
The family will receive friends Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Stanley C. Llewellyn
GREAT CACAPON, W.Va. - Stanley C. Llewellyn, 81, of Great Cacapon, died Thursday, June 3, 1999, at Veteran's Medical Center, Washington, D.C.
Born Nov. 17, 1917, in Cumberland, Md., he was the son of the late Stanley C. and Lillian Wilkinson Llewellyn.
He was retired. He was employed by Celanese Corp., formerly of Cumberland. He also worked as a barber in Silver Spring, Md.
He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army. He was a surgical technician.
He is survived by two sisters-in-law, Mary Llewellyn and Margaret Llewellyn, both of Cumberland; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by four sisters, Ethel Barrett, Edith Pfeiffer, Marion Llewellyn and Henrietta Llewellyn; and three brothers, Virgil Llewellyn, John Llewellyn and Robert Llewellyn.
Graveside services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Rocky Gap Veterans Cemetery, Cumberland.
Arrangements are by Hunter-Anderson Funeral Home, Berkeley Springs.
Dorothy K. Eichelberger
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Dorothy K. Eichelberger, 78, formerly of Martinsburg, died Thursday, June 3, 1999, at Valley View Nursing Home in Berkeley Springs, W.Va.
Born Feb. 23, 1921, in Martinsburg, she was the daughter of the late Amos and Blanche Wilson Musser.
Her husband, Charles Alvin "Ike" Eichelberger, preceded her in death.
She was a 1940 graduate of Martinsburg High School.
She was former owner and operator of Dottie's Beauty Salon.
She was a member of First Baptist Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Melody A. Crowder of Falling Waters, W.Va.; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Monday at 2:30 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg. The Rev. Christopher D. Fowler will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m.
Ethel V. Ruckman
ROMNEY, W.Va. - Ethel V. "Chippy" Ruckman, 75, of Romney, died Thursday, June 3, 1999, at her home.
Born Oct. 6, 1923, in Romney, she was the daughter of the late Harry Cleveland and Anna Myrtle Sirbaugh Davis.
She was a cook at Romney Elementary School and later retired as a cook from West Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind.
She was of the Protestant faith.
She is survived by one sister, Elizabeth D. Everett of Romney; one brother, Harry E. Davis of Kearneysville, W.Va.; and two grandchildren, Elunda Ross and Travis E. Ruckman, both of Winchester, W.Va.
She was preceded in death by one son, Gary Wayne Ruckman.
Services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Shaffer Funeral Home, Romney. The Rev. Joseph Mercer will officiate. Burial will be in Ebenezer Cemetery in Romney.
