INWOOD, W.Va. - A Memorial Service for Mildred Solenberger Miller, 94, of Inwood, who died Wednesday, June 30, 1999, will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Gerrardstown Presbyterian Church. The Rev. William C. Starr will officiate.

Betty L. Tritapoe
BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. - Betty Lou Dailey Tritapoe, 74, of Berkeley Springs, died Wednesday, July 14, 1999, at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, Va.
Born March 11, 1925, in Morgan County, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late William Thomas and Flora Mae Stotler Dailey.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, William Tritapoe; two daughters, Peggy D. Love of Bristol, Va., and Carolyn J. Tritapoe of Berkeley Springs; two sisters, Pearl Johnson and Jane Bohrer, both of Berkeley Springs; a brother, Junior Dailey of Omaha, Neb.; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Aue Ellen Elizabeth Tritapoe; two sisters, Sara B. Bryan and Hilda Linaweaver; and two brothers, Obey Dailey and William Dailey.

Harry L. Andrews
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Harry L. Andrews, 81, of Martinsburg, died Wednesday, July 14, 1999, at Washington County Hospital.
Born July 17, 1917, in Washington County, he was the son of the late Frederick and Mary Bowers Andrews.
He retired from Hesse Oil Co.
A veteran of World War II, he served in the U.S. Army.
He was a member of Bedington United Methodist Church, was president of the trustees and United Methodist Men of the church.
He was a life member of Bedington Volunteer Fire Department; and Cumberland Valley Volunteer Firemens Association.
He is survived by his wife, Hilda Butts Andrews; a daughter, Dawn R. Zimmerman of Bedington, W.Va.; a son, Kevin P. Andrews of Martinsburg; a sister, Violet Hays of Hagerstown; a brother, Paul Andrews of Hagerstown; four grandchildren; a great-grandson; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Miller; and two brothers, William Andrews and Frank Andrews.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Bedington United Methodist Church. The Rev. Robert W. Barnes will officiate. Burial will be in Falling Waters Presbyterian Church Cemetery at Spring Mills.

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Carol B. Spiker Barbour, 82, of Martinsburg, died Monday, July 12, 1999, at Heartland of Martinsburg.
Born Oct. 31, 1916, in Martinsburg, she was the daughter of the late Guy and Blanche Sibole Racey.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Delmont M. Spiker.
She retired from Perfection Garment Co. after 47 years.
She was a Protestant.
She was a member of American Legion Auxiliary.
She is survived by three sisters, Jaundry A. Batterson of Westlake Village, Calif., Nema Brown and Neta Racey, both of Martinsburg; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Vista Roberts and Wana Weidman; and two brothers, Kenzel Racey and Kayman Racey.
Graveside services will be Thursday at 11:30 a.m. at Gerrardstown Presbyterian Cemetery. The Rev. William C. Starr will officiate.

Keller F. Moler
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Keller F. Moler, 85, of Martinsburg, died Monday, July 12, 1999, at his home.
Born June 5, 1914, in Jefferson County, W.Va., he was the son of the late Frederick Flanagan and Mary Engle Moler.
He retired in 1983 from General Motors. He formerly was employed for 35 years with Standard Lime in Millville, W.Va.
He was a member of First Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Louise Collins Moler; three sisters, Myra Zoll of Ojai, Calif., Peggy Tutwiler of Clarksburg, W.Va., and Betty Moler of Quincy, Pa.; two brothers, William Moler of Martinsburg and Scott Moler of New Castle, Va.; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Calvin Moler and George Moler; and a sister, Louise Orndorff.
Services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St., Martinsburg. The Revs. Christopher D. Fowler and Edward E. Rogers will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery.

James E. Shatto
BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. - James Edward Shatto, 41, of Berkeley Springs, died Saturday, July 10, 1999, at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, Va.
Born Aug. 10, 1957, in Williamsport, Pa., he was the son of Charles Shatto of Texas and Sherry Lynn Mull Shatto Monroe of Mount Rainier, Md.
He attended Northwestern High School in Bladensburg, Md.
He was a self-employed carpenter.
He was of the Presbyterian faith.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by three daughters, Misty D. Shatto, Bonnie L. Shatto and Kelly J. Shatto, all of Spotsylvania, Va.; three sisters, Kathy Monroe and Teresa Curtis, both of Laurel, Md., and Patricia Vermillion of Martinsburg, Va.; two brothers, Donald Monroe Jr. and Paul Monroe, both of Mount Rainier; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Donald Monroe Sr.
Services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at Berkeley Springs Presbyterian Church, 206 S. Mercer St., Berkeley Springs. The Rev. Robert Osborne will officiate. Burial will be private.
