MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - W. Victor Albright, 75, of Martinsburg, died Thursday, May 25, 2000, at City Hospital in Martinsburg.
Born July 15, 1924, in Berkeley County, W.Va., he was the son of the late Roy and Lexic Butts Albright.
He was a 1942 graduate of Hedgesville High School.
He retired from Martin Marietta.
He was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church, and the adult choir.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, F. Marie Kearns Albright; two daughters, Carolyn Long of Lewis Center, Ohio and Brenda Parker of Martinsburg; three sisters, Frances L. Abner of Alexandria, Va., Eileen M. Walsh of Martinsburg and Irene F. Hervatine of Winter Haven, Fla.; a brother, Frank Albright of Summerville, Fla.; three granddaughters; a grandson; and five great-grandsons.
He was preceded in death by three infant brothers.
Services will be Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St. in Martinsburg. The Revs. William E. Merki and John R. Yost will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Paul O. Schwartz
CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. - Paul O. Schwartz, 82, of Charles Town, died Saturday, May 20, 2000, at Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Martinsburg, W.Va.
Born Dec. 13, 1917, in Wisconsin, he was the son of the late Benjamin and Frieda Schwartz.
He was a graduate of Stout State College.
He was a teacher for 28 years at schools in Annandale, Va.
He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II, holding the rank of lieutenant.
He was a member of the Lions Club, DAV Commanders' Club, VAMC Stroke Club, Moose Lodge, American Legion and Fraternal Order of Eagles.
He is survived by two brothers, James Schwartz of Sun Prairie, Wis., and Donald Schwartz of Elkhart, Ind.
He was preceded in death by a sister and four brothers.
Graveside services will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg.
Terrance M. Delaney
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Terrance M. Delaney, 37, of Martinsburg, died Saturday, May 27, 2000, at Winchester (Va.) Medical Center.
Born July 16, 1962, in Kingsland, Texas, he was the son of Beverly Blanke Delaney of Kingsland and the late George Delaney.
He was the project manager for Master Built Commercial Construction.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Colleen McCauley Delaney; his grandmother, Elizabeth Blanke of Kingsland; two stepdaughters, Tracy Smith and Tammy Hendricks, both of Martinsburg; a stepson, Michael Hendricks of Martinsburg; and six step-grandchildren.
Services will be Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St. in Martinsburg. The Rev. Glen Dumire will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale cemetery.
The family will receive friends Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Ruthie M. Haynos
KEARNEYSVILLE, W.Va. - Ruthie Mae Haynos, 54, of Kearneysville, died Thursday, May 25, 2000, at INOVA Alexandria Hospital in Alexandria, Va.
Born March 3, 1946, in Beckley, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late James R. and Theda Maddy Redden.
She retired from Arlington County Schools.
She was a member of Maplewood Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Edward C. Haynos; a son, Roger E. Haynos of Annandale, Va.; two sisters; and six brothers.
She was preceded in death by a sister and six brothers.
Graveside services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Gerrardstown Presbyterian cemetery. The Rev. Carroll Williams will officiate.

Charles R. Cole Sr.
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Charles R. Cole Sr., 75, of Martinsburg, died Friday, May 26, 2000, at his home.
Born Feb. 3, 1925, in Martinsburg, he was the son of the late William N. and Katie Crawford Cole.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Elizabeth Gaither Cole.
He was former owner and operator of Charlie's Sunoco and 76 Service Stations. He recently retired from Tri-County Rental.
He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by two daughters, Katie Elizabeth Palmer and Sylvia E. Beverlin, both of Martinsburg; two sons, Charles R. Cole Jr. and Granville E. Cole, both of Martinsburg; a sister, Dora Malatt of Martinsburg; two brothers, James Cole and Granville Cole, both of Martinsburg; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Martha Spitler and Gladys Miller; and nine brothers, John Cole, Elwood Cole, Lewis Cole, Melvin Cole, Golden Cole, Isaac Cole, George Cole, Robert Cole and William Cole.
Services will be Monday at 1:30 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St. in Martinsburg. Pastor Jack Rudy will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale cemetery with military graveside services conducted by members of Veterans Combined Honor Guard of Martinsburg.
The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Lee L. Smith
FALLING WATERS, W.Va. - Lee Lawrence Smith, 53, of Windy Lane, died Thursday, May 25, 2000, at his home.
Born Feb. 21, 1947, in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late Abraham L. and Neva Coffman Smith.
He was self-employed in the drywall business.
He is survived by four daughters, Chininnia Devor of Falling Waters, Samantha Smith of Baltimore, Gretchen Deloso of Hagerstown and Neva Kim Casto of Gassaway, W.Va.; a sister, Judy Breeden of Hagerstown; a brother, Wayne Morris of Sun Lake, Ariz.; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Jack O. Morris.
Memorial services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Funkstown Park. The Rev. Donald Draper will officiate.
There will be no viewing.
