MONA V. HOTT
SHANKS, W.Va. - Mona Victoria Hott, 95, of Shanks, passed away peacefully at her home after a short illness, with family at her side, on Saturday, Feb. 21, 1998.
Born Oct. 27, 1902, in Augusta, she was the daughter of the late Albert Lee and Lurena Jane (Swisher) Haines. She also was preceded in death by her husband, Ira Clifton Hott, in 1947; two sisters; and one brother.
Mrs. Hott was a homemaker and devoted her life to love of her family. She was a member of Zoar Baptist Church, Augusta.
Surviving are one son, Carl A. Hott, Winchester, Va.; one daughter, Veiva P. (Hott) Hott, Shanks; one sister, Gracie Hott, Shanks; 13 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and 23 great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the Shaffer Funeral Home, Romney, on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted at the Zoar Baptist Church, Augusta, on Tuesday, Feb. 24, at 1 p.m. with Pastor R. Daniel Biser officiating. The body will be taken to the church at noon to lie in state one hour prior to the service.

INA M. KITZMILLER
GORMANIA, W.Va. - Ina M. Kitzmiller, 80, of Gormania, died Friday, Sept. 4, 1998, at the Garrett County Memorial Hospital, Oakland.
Born Nov. 24, 1917, at Elk Garden, she was the daughter of the late Austin H. and Ozella (Head) Kitzmiller Sr. She also was preceded in death by two brothers, Austin H. Kitzmiller Jr. and Clarence H. Kitzmiller.
She was a member of the Mount Storm Presbyterian Church. A graduate of the Bluefield X-ray Technician's School, she worked as an X-ray technician for the Washington, D.C., Veteran Hospital. She was a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary, Abraham Lincoln Post 6735 VFW, Mount Storm.
Surviving are one sister, Dorothy Streets, Elk Garden; two brothers, Richard Kitzmiller, Buckhannon, and Cecil Kitzmiller, Parkersburg; one sister-in-law, Lila M. (Butler) Kitzmiller, Gormania; two nieces, Carolyn Hanlin and Esther Evans, both of Elk Garden; two nephews, Richard M. Kitzmiller Jr., Buckhannon, and Dana R. Kitzmiller, Delaware; three great-nieces; and three great-nephews.
Friends will be received at the Stewart Funeral Home, Oakland, Md., Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be held at the funeral home on Monday, Sept. 7, 1998, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. John Walker officiating.
WARREN D. HULL SR.
KEYSER, W.Va. - Warren D. Hull Sr., 77, a resident of the Shalom Nursing Home, Mount Vernon, N.Y., formerly of Keyser, died Tuesday, Aug. 25, 1998, at the nursing home.
Born Jan. 11, 1921, in Keyser, he was the son of the late Jesse U. and Zenna L. (Duling) Hull. He also was preceded in death by a sister, Virginia M. Hull.
Mr. Hull was a chemist for the Celanese Corp. He was a 1938 graduate of Keyser High School, and a graduate of Potomac State College and West Virginia with a BS degree in chemistry.
He was a United Methodist by faith. He was a member of the American Chemical Society Toastmasters, Council President of Canadian Boy Scout Troop, and a World War II veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in Italy and Japan.
Surviving are his wife, Elaine Joy (Kalbaugh) Hull, Mamaroneck, N.Y.; two sons, Warren D. Hull Jr., Voorheesville, N.Y., and Richard Hull, Boulder, Colo.; one daughter, Susan Simmons, Mamaroneck; two brothers, Virgil U. Hull, Keyser, and Robert Lee Hull, Hagerstown; and three grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the Markwood Funeral Home, Keyser, on Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 1 to 2 p.m.
Services will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, Aug. 30, 1998, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Samuel E. Starling Jr. officiating.

THELMA M. HAGGERTY
ELK GARDEN, W.Va. - Thelma Marie Haggerty, 53, of Pinnacle Road, Elk Garden, died Wednesday, June 24, 1998, at Potomac Valley Hospital, Keyser.
Born Sept. 22, 1944, at Mill Run, Md., she was the daughter of the late Joseph M. and Hazel A. (Rounds) Baker. She also was preceded in death by two sisters, Mildred Wilt and Carolyn Sue Baker.
Mrs. Haggerty was a homemaker. She was Protestant by faith.
Surviving are her husband, Paul Haggerty; three sons, Paul Haggerty, New Creek, Donald Haggerty, Baltimore, and Dwayne Scott Haggerty, Elk Garden; one daughter, Cathy Haggerty, New Creek; five brothers, Eddie Baker, Fountain Head, Chuck Baker, Fort Ashby, Jim Baker, Westernport, Md., Paul Baker, Keyser, and Buster Baker, Pinnacle Road; three sisters, Rena Grady, Piedmont, Bonnie Baker, Richmond, Va., and Jeannie Eversole, New Creek; and three grandchildren, Donald Ray Haggerty Jr., Brandon Paul Haggerty and Jefferson Henry VanMeter Jr.
The family will receive friends at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, on Friday, June 26, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted there on Saturday, June 27, at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Tom Brackett officiating.
Interment will be in Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser.

MARGARET E. HAINES
AUGUSTA, W.Va. - Margaret Ester Haines, 99, of Augusta, died Wednesday, Sept. 23, 1998, at the Long Term Care Unit of Hampshire Memorial Hospital, Romney.
Born June 27, 1899, in Okonoko, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Jefferson and Ella (Moreland) Saville. She also was preceded in death by her husband, Charles L. Haines, on Dec. 12, 1978; one son, Charles L. Haines Jr.; two daughters, Rosetta Haines and Wilda Tyree; one brother, Harry Saville; and four sisters, Hattie Belsford, Bessie Day, Ethel Lewis and Violet Householder.
Mrs. Haines was a homemaker. She was a member of Branch Mountain United Methodist Church, Three Churches.
Surviving are one son, Clayton Haines, Cabin John, Md.; two daughters, Hilda V. Wolford, Augusta, and June Carder, Romney; one brother, Wilson Saville, Oldtown, Md.; 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 28 great-great-grandchildren; and two great-great-great-grandchildren.

JACK B. KING
KEYSER, W.Va. - Jack B. King, 75, of 1015 Georgia Ave., Keyser, died Wednesday, Feb. 4, 1998, at the Potomac Valley Hospital, Keyser.
Born April 13, 1922, at Gorman, Md., he was a son of the late Oliver Guy and Bertha V. (Jenkins) King. He also was preceded in death by one grandson, Robert L. King Jr.
Mr. King retired from the Westvaco Corp. as a mechanic in the scale and hoist shop. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Keyser; and Nancy Hanks Post 3518 VFW, Keyser.
Surviving are his wife, Ada L. (Miller) King; two sons, Jack O. King and wife Diane, San Antonio, Texas, and Robert L. King and wife Linda, Keyser; one sister, Donna Staggs, Keyser; three grandchildren, Christopher M. King, California, Jeffrey R. King, Philadelphia, and Derek N. King, Keyser; and two step-grandchildren, Michael O'Brien and Bill O'Brien, both of Keyser.
Friends will be received at the Rotruck-Smith Funeral Home, Keyser, on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted in the funeral home chapel on Saturday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Donald Nelson officiating.
Interment will be in the Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser.
