BEULAH P.``BOO BOO" LARKIN
PAW PAW, W.Va. - Beulah P. ``Boo Boo" Larkin, 96, of Paw Paw, W.Va., went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 22, 1999, at the Hampshire Health Care Center in Romney, W.Va.
Mrs. Larkin was born on March 30, 1903, in Allegany County, Md., a daughter of the late Olaf B. and Nellie Hiett Gulbronson. She was a life member of the Woodrow Union Church (Disciples of Christ), near Paw Paw, W.Va. She was a Gold Star Mother, a pianist and a lover of music.
Mrs. Larkin was married
to Ray K. Larkin. Mr. Larkin died on Nov. 15, 1973.
Surviving are two daughters, Carolyn Price of Portland, Ohio, and Lois Goede and her husband Herman of Paw Paw, W.Va.; nine grandchildren, Sam Price, Larry Price, Bev Brougher, Byron Goede, Bonnie Noel, Janice Ireland, Brenda Bagley and Peggy Harris; and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Joseph B. Larkin and Ray ``Mike" Larkin.
A funeral service will be conducted Monday, May 24, 1999, at 1 p.m. at the Woodrow Union Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Herman Goede. Interment will be in the Camp Hill cemetery in Paw Paw, W.Va.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 23, 1999, at the Fraley-Kimble Funeral Home in Paw Paw, W.Va., from 6 to 9 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Sam Price, Larry Price, Byron Goede, Todd Goede, Bob Noel, Garry Noel and Tim Goede.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Woodrow Union Church, c/o Herman Goede, P.O. Box 174, Paw Paw, WV 25434.

RUTH M. INSKEEP
MOOREFIELD, W.Va. - Ruth Mae Inskeep, 86, of Moorefield, died Friday, July 23, 1999, at the Martha Jefferson Hospital, Charlottesville, Va.
Mrs. Inskeep was born the daughter of the late William and Mary Belle (Fitzwater) Ratliff, Nov. 15, 1912, in Moorefield.
She married
Philip W. Inskeep, was a homemaker, antique dealer, a member of the Emmanuel Episcopal Church, a 55-year member of the Old Fields Farm Women's Club, a Historical Society member, and a Moorefield Senior Center board member.
Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were her husband, Philip W. Inskeep, on Feb. 1, 1980; two sisters; and three brothers.
Surviving are three daughters, Phyllis Sirk of Moorefield, Lea Gregory of Woodbury, N.J., and Linda Shears of Gordonsville, Va.; one son, Philip Inskeep of Petersburg; one sister, Ethel Cullers of Moorefield; one brother, James Ratliff of Moorefield; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at the Elmore-Chambers Funeral Home in Moorefield on Monday, July 26, 1999, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Frank Coe officiating.
Burial will follow in the Olivet cemetery in Moorefield.

LEONA T. LECHLITER
GREAT CACAPON, W.Va. - Leona T. Lechliter, 62, of Great Cacapon, formerly of Cumberland, Md., died Thursday, Nov. 18, 1999, at the Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, Va.
Born June 5, 1937, in Fort Ashby, she was the daughter of the late Dorothy Reel.
Mrs. Lechliter was a homemaker.
Surviving are her husband, Phillip R. Lechliter; one daughter, Faith L. Grove and husband Michael R., Inwood; one stepson, Phillip T. Lechliter, Coloma, Mich.; two sisters, Rose Fauver, Winchester, and Donna Jean Fauver, Romney; and one brother, Charles Reel, Augusta.
Graveside services will be conducted at the Lechliter cemetery, Short Gap, on Saturday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Joseph Metzeler officiating.
The Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., Cumberland, is in charge of arrangements.
ROBERT F. LEWIS
ROMNEY, W.Va. - Robert Franklin Lewis, 75, of Romney, died July 31, 1999, at his residence in Romney.
He was born May 27, 1924, in Hampshire County, the son of Nita Mae (Everett) Lewis of Romney, and the late George Lewis. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth (Wolford) Lewis; and one daughter, Betty Jean Lewis.
Mr. Lewis owned and operated Hampshire Refuge Collection for more than 20 years until the time of his retirement.
He served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II.
In addition to his mother he is survived by his close companion, Betty Willis; two sons, James F. Lewis and wife Susie, and Ralph A. Lewis, all of Romney; one daughter, Bonnie L. Pownell, Keyser; a daughter-in-law, Phyl Lewis, Romney; one sister, Mrs. Evelyn Saville and husband Vic, Romney; seven grandchildren, Sherri Jewell, Christi Combs and husband Terry, Bobby Simmons, Michael Simmons, Sabrina Lewis, Clinton Simmons and Josh Lewis; and four great-grandchildren, Stephanie Jewell, Jackie Jewell, Justin Combs and Tyler Combs.
Mr. Lewis was cremated. A memorial service will be held Sunday, Aug. 8, at 3 p.m. at the Ebenezer United Methodist Church, Romney. Flowers will be omitted.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Shaffer Funeral Home, Romney.
ZAIDA V. KUYKENDALL
KEYSER, W.Va. - Zaida V. Kuykendall, 81, of Route 4, Stoney Run Road, Keyser, died Wednesday, Feb. 24, 1999, at the Potomac Valley Hospital, Keyser.
Born April 27, 1917, at Keyser, she was a daughter of the late Charles S. and Virginia Martha (Fleek) Troutman. She also was preceded in death by one brother, Elmer G. "Bud" Troutman; and two sisters, Ethel Troutman and Edith Sears.
Mrs. Kuykendall was a homemaker. She was a member of the Mineral Baptist Church and was a former Sunday School teacher for many years.
Surviving are her husband, Samuel Dent Kuykendall; three sons, Eugene D. Kuykendall and Ronald D. Kuykendall, both of Keyser, and Galen L. "Butch" Kuykendall, Stephens City, Va.; one sister, Lena G. Stewart, Keyser; 13 grandchildren, Eugene D. Kuykendall II, Jeffrey L. Kuykendall, Jill E. Holler, Charles L. Kuykendall, William R. Kuykendall, Joshua S. Kuykendall, Shawn R. Brooks, Christine Fish, Cynthia Kirchner, Ronald D. Kuykendall and David W. Kuykendall; and 23 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Rotruck-Smith Funeral Home, Keyser, on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home chapel on Saturday at 11 a.m.
WILMA R. LAMBERT
TERRA ALTA, W.Va. - Wilma Rae Lambert, 91, of Terra Alta, died Friday, Sept. 3, 1999, at Garrett County Memorial Hospital, Oakland.
Born June 17, 1908, in Terra Alta, she was a daughter of the late Guy A. Bell and Della (Hebb) Bell. She also was preceded in death by her husband, George J. Lambert, in 1972; and two sons, Franklin Lambert and Clifford Lambert.
She is survived by two daughters, Evelyn Hise, Oakland, and Gladys Shaffer, Corinth, W.Va.; one brother, Paul V. Bell, Cumberland; one sister, Rosaline Shell, Marshalltown, Iowa; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Durst Funeral Home, Oakland, on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11 a.m. with Vicar Doug Knupp officiating.
Interment will be in Garrett County Memorial Gardens.
