Anastasia Kay Richards, infant daughter of Jeff and Renee Noland Richards, died August 1, 2005 at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her paternal grandparents, William and Cheryl Richards; maternal grandfather, Gary Noland all of Parkersburg, WV; aunts and uncles, Marc Noland of Parkersburg, WV, Christopher Noland of Columbus, Ohio, Bethany Myers and her husband Mark of Walker, WV, and William Richards II and his wife Keri of Titusville, Florida; cousins, Sidney and Logan Noland, Alecia and Tony Myers and Chad, Miranda and Katherine Richards.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Paula K. Noland.
Services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 4, 2005 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 400 Green St. Parkersburg, WV with Pastor Joe Busch and Pastor Gary Noland officiating. The family will receive friends and family from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Thursday. Burial will follow at Evergreen North Cemetery.
Carman R. Ryan
Carman R. Ryan, 81, of Rockport, WV, passed away Sunday, July 31, 2005, at Eagle Pointe.
He was born January 5, 1924, in Wood County, WV, a son of the late Charles and Lois Ryan. He retired from Johns-Manville and was a World War II veteran of the Army Air Corps. He played and built banjos and loved bluegrass music and the Cincinnati Reds.
Carman is survived by two stepdaughters, Betty Walker and her husband, Larry of Belpre, Ohio and Mary Casto and her husband, Carles, of Mineral Wells, WV; one stepson, Dave Perkins and his wife, Susie, of Parkersburg, WV; one brother, Earl Ryan and his wife, Liddie, of Rockport, WV; nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Clara Dupke of Parkersburg, WV.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Maggie White Perkins Ryan; one sister, Lea Stuckey; one stepson, Richard Perkins; and a half-brother, Clement Brand.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday August 2, 2005 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home 2333 Pike St. south Parkersburg, WV, with Dr. Larry Hooper officiating. Burial will be in the Big Tygart Rockport Cemetery with full military honors conducted by the American Legion Post 15 of Parkersburg, WV. Jimmie D. Martin
Jimmie Darrel Martin, 67, of Parkersburg, WV, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2005, at St., Joseph's Hospital.
He was born July 24, 1938, in Ritchie County, a son of the late Samuel and Reva Martin. He was a great dad, a wonderful brother and uncle. Jimmie will be greatly missed.
He is survived by one daughter, Elizabeth Ann Martin of Parkersburg, WV; one brother, Dawson Martin of Parkersburg, WV; several nieces and nephews; one sister-in-law; one brother-in-law; and two special caregivers who he loved dearly, Darlene Walker and Tammy.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Denzil and Dale Martin; and two sisters, Hester Wharton and Wanda Blosser.
Jimmie was a long-time member of the Broadway Baptist Church. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 2, 2005 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St. south Parkersburg, WV, with Pastor Dwane Porter officiating. Maxine D. Fontenot
Maxine Delores Fontenot, 77, formerly of Parkersburg, WV, passed from this life to the next July 28, 2005 after a short illness.
She was born December 15, 1927 in Perry, Oklahoma a daughter of the late John Jack and Dovie Shea Weber. She was a wife, sister, mother and grandmother. She lived in several areas of the country; Washington, DC, Arkansas, Alaska, Houston, Texas, Perry, Oklahoma, Biloxi, Mississippi, Elton, Louisiana and Parkersburg, WV with her husband who was an Air Force Sergeant. She worked outside of the home most of her life as a waitress, store clerk and meat cutter.
She is survived by daughter, Charla Fontenot Marks of Belpre, Ohio; grandson, Daniel Marks of Parkersburg; WV, son, Charles Jeffrey Fontenot and family of Wiggins, Mississippi; daughter Brenda Spillman and family of Perry, Oklahoma; daughter, Jana Lubber and family of Sherman, Texas; son, James Michael Bullard of Houston, Texas; daughter, Rae Ann Medina and husband Carl of Grant, New Mexico. She is also survived by her sister-in-laws, Wanda Rousell and husband Will of Dahlgren, Va., and Carrie Fines of Fredericksburg, Va.; brother-in-law, Bill Fontenot and wife Sara of Friendswood, Texas; sister, Rex Ann Ware of San Diego, California; brother, Gary Weber of West George, Texas; and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father and her beloved husband, Charlie J. Fontenot in December 2000.
May she find peace in a better place and be reunited with all the loved ones who passed before her.

Ella Mae Brewer
Ella Mae Brewer, age 80, a former resident of Belpre, Ohio passed away September 8, 2005 at the Arbors of Marietta.
She was born June 13, 1925 in Washington County, Ohio, a daughter of the late Charles and Lula Ward Brewer of Belpre.
Ella Mae was a homemaker and a member of the Calvary Community Church.
She is survived by her sister, Eloise Anderson of Belpre, Ohio; her nephew, David Anderson of Belpre, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Jerry Brewer; three sisters and four brothers.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 13, 2005 at Tatman Funeral Home, Belpre, Ohio with Pastor Ken Fullerton officiating. Interment will follow at the Rockland Cemetery, Belpre, Ohio. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until time of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the family to help with final expenses.
Florence E. Bunner
Florence Evelyn McNemar Bunner, 84, of Elizabeth, WV, formerly of Valley Mills Road, Parkersburg, WV, went to be with her Lord September 7, 2005, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Ritchie County, WV, a daughter of the late Joseph and Laura Hardin McNemar. She was a homemaker and a member of the Oil Ridge Community Church.
Survivors include three sons, William G. Bunner and his wife, Charlotte, of Elizabeth, WV and Robert Bunner and his wife, Ann, and Donald Bunner and his wife, Margaret, both of Parkersburg, WV; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Bunner in 1994; a daughter, Patsy Rhyne; a son, Edward B. Bunner; seven brothers; and five sisters.
Services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 10, 2005 at the Oil Ridge Community Church, Ritchie County, WV with Pastor Tim Bell officiating. Burial will be in the Oil Ridge Community Cemetery in Ritchie County, WV. Thomas M. Tibbs
Thomas Marion 'TNT' Tibbs, 83, of Parkersburg, WV passed away September 7, 2005, at his residence following an extended illness.
He was born in Wood County, a son of the late Toney G. and Mary Caveney Tibbs. He was retired as a foreman with Corning Glass after 55 years of service; served with the U.S. Navy aboard the ABSD-1 during World War II; and was a member of American Legion Post 15, DAV, VFW, AMVETS and Fraternal Order of Eagles.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Margaret Ann 'Peggy' Reynolds Tibbs; a son, Toney M. Tibbs of Parkersburg, WV; two daughters, Wilma Ahart of Washington, WV, and Donnetta Riel of Parkersburg, WV; a sister, Dorothy Enoch of Belpre, Ohio; 12 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother. Services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 10, 2005 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St. south Parkersburg, WV, with Pastor Ronald Walker officiating. Angela Dawn Greathouse
Angela Dawn Patterson Greathouse, 27, of Waverly, WV, died September 4, 2005 at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital. She was born at Waverly, WV a daughter of Victor and Karen Sparks Patterson of Waverly.
She was employed by Hardee's Restaurant, was assistant scoutmaster with B.S.A. Troop 124 and was a member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church at Deerwalk, WV.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Carl L. Greathouse; an infant son Hunter Marcus Greathouse; a sister, Vicki Patterson of Parkersburg, WV; a brother, Anthony 'Tony' Patterson of Walker, WV; maternal-grandmother, Bernice Sparks of Waverly, WV; a niece; a nephew; and several aunts and uncles.
She is now at rest with her Lord and her beloved uncle 'Buckie'.
Services will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday, September 10, 2005 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 400 Green St. Parkersburg, WV with Rev. Ed Lowe and Rev. Doug Guinn officiating. William E. Tabor
William Edward Tabor, 79, of Parkersburg, WV passed away Monday, September 5, 2005, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
He was born January 10, 1926, in Vivian, WV, a son of the late Oliver and Bertha Tilley Tabor. Mr. Tabor retired from Martin-Marietta where he was a tow boat pilot. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, was a member of the Jefferson Baptist Temple and sang in the Temple Gates Gospel Quartet.
Mr. Tabor is survived by his wife, Blanche Conley Tabor; two daughters, Sharon Hinton and husband, Bob, of Belpre, Ohio and Mary Ann Tabor of Mineral Wells, WV; three sons, Roger Tabor and wife, Judy, of Davisville, WV, Ray Tabor of Leesburg, Florida, and Ron Tabor of Mineral Wells, WV; two stepdaughters, Janet Wilt and husband, Frank of Davisville, WV and Debbie Duncan Forrest of Parkersburg, WV; three stepsons, Jesse Duncan Jr. and wife, Gwen, of Jacksonville, Florida, Jim Duncan and wife, Brenda, of Mineral Wells, WV and Clint Duncan of Phoenix, Arizona; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and one aunt, Macie Jarrell of Danville, WV.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his first wife, Geraldine Tabor.

Wilma C. Hall
Wilma 'Carolyn' Hall, 76, of Parkersburg, WV passed away Friday, September 2, 2005 at her residence.
She was born June 7, 1929 in Cairo, WV, a daughter of the late Alvin Bruce and Florence Faye Gay Swisher. Carolyn was retired from Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital after 25 years of service as a switchboard operator.
Surviving are her husband, John W. Hall, Jr.; her daughter, Tamara 'Tami' Rhodes, and a grandson, Brian Andrew Nichols, of Vienna, WV; her son, Anthony K. 'Tony' Rhodes, and his wife, Brenda M., of Vienna, WV; four grandchildren, Gregory Allan Rhodes of St. Marys, WV, Brandon Michael Rhodes in the U.S. Army at Columbia, SC, Alyssa Kay Rhodes of Vienna, WV and Jeremy Keith Rhodes of Vienna, WV; and one great-granddaughter. Carolyn is also survived by her two sisters, Garnetta Dotson of Parkersburg, WV and Annalee Scadden of Orange Park, FL.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one infant sister, Virginia Swisher; five brothers, Leland Gail, Larry Wayne, Alvin Eugene, James Clifford and an infant, Bobby Francis Swisher.

Cindy Sue Elliott, 36, of Parkersburg, WV, died August 29, 2005, at her residence.
She was born March 9, 1969 in Nicholas County, WV. She was a graduate of Richwood High School, worked as a cashier at Save-A-Lot, umpired softball and was a state registered sports official. She was a certified nurses' aide and a member of the Women's Auxiliary of the Order of Eagles.
Cindy is survived by three daughters, Jesalyn, Kaitlyn and Emily McClung; a sister, Laura Short; and other family members and friends. Services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 3, 2005 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St. Parkersburg, WV, with Jim Lynch officiating. Burial will be in the Cedar Grove Cemetery. Anna M. Treharne
Anna 'Ann' Margaret Mandry Treharne, 84, of Vienna, WV passed away September 1, 2005, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.
She was born December 12, 1920, at Martins Ferry, Ohio, a daughter of the late David Evan and Margaret Jones Mandry.
Ann was a founding member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church; was a former president of Camden-Clark Hospital Auxiliary from 1998-2000; and a representative to Camden-Clark Hospital Foundation. She was a member of the PEO and along with her husband, Jack Treharne, received the Apollo Award from Alderson Broaddus College.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, John W. 'Jack' Treharne, M.D., and Mary Bridget Treharne of Winter Park, Florida; her two daughters and sons-in-law, Patricia C. Treharne, M.D., and Michael G. Sims of Phoenix, Arizona, and Judith Treharne Sandford and John L. Sandford, M..D. of Worthington, Ohio; four grandchildren, Adam Treharne (Ania) Garratt of Chicago, Illinois, John P. (Jill) Garratt of Upper Arlington, Ohio, Daniel Evan Treharne of Kings Mt., N.C., and Kathryn Treharne of Houston, Texas; her brother and sister-in-law, David L. Mandry, M.D., and Joan Owen Mandry of Lisbon, Ohio; her sister-in-law, Barbara Mandry of West Lake, Ohio; a nephew and niece, David (Judy) Treharne of Vienna, WV and Mary Jean (Walter) Wagner of Carson City, Nevada; cousins, Beverly (Ronnie) Pickens of St. Clairsville, Ohio, Lenore Campbell of Wheeling, WV, Bill Johns of Kentwood, Michigan, Bill Mandry of Dayton, Ohio, Margaret 'Maggie' Owens of New York City, Marian Rees and son, Keith Rees of Llanelli, South Wales; additional cousins living in South Wales; and good friends and neighbors, Scott and Julie Carpenter and children, Kelsey, Ryan, Kyle and Brady of Vienna, WV.

Basil A. Wildman
Basil A. Wildman, 80 of Parkersburg, WV passed away Sunday, August 28, 2005, at his residence.
He was born October 20, 1924, in McGraw, NY, a son of the late Lloyd J. and Marguerite Short Wildman. Basil was a World War II U.S. Army veteran and retired from Cambridge Filters in Syracuse, NY.
He is survived by two sons, Kelvin Wildman and his wife, Donna, of Honeyoye, Falls, NY, and Kenneth Wildman and his wife, Lynda, of Greece, NY; two daughters, Lynne Curtis and her husband, Gary of Parkersburg, WV and Lauraine Newman and her husband, Willis, of Cortland, NY; one sister, Virginia Owens of Blodgett Mills, NY; and seven grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Karlton Phelps.
Funeral services will be held at a later date at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home in Cortland, NY. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 400 Green St. Parkersburg, WV, is assisting the family with local arrangements.
