Robinson, Lahoma, 80, of New Martinsville died Monday, February 16, 2009 at Wetzel County Hospital.
Lahoma was born October 6, 1928 in Seth, WV the daughter of the late Berry and Bessie Epling Adkins.
She was a homemaker and member of Paden City Christian Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Howard McKinney; her second husband the love of her life, John W Robinson; son, Paul Robinson; daughter, Mary McKinney; son-in-law, Phillip Scott, one brother and two sisters.
Surviving are two sons, Eugene “Cub” McKinney and his wife, Diana of New Martinsville, WV, Bill Robinson and his wife, Evie of Illinois; four daughters, Linda Harris and her husband, Doug of Paden City, WV, Barbara Palmer and her husband, Keith of New Martinsville, WV, Brenda Scott of Wauseon, OH and Susan Tew and her husband, Howard of Morenci, Mich.; one brother Junior Adkins of Racine, WV, fifteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Friends received 2-4 and 7-9 Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at Jarvis Funeral Home, 1224 S. Bridge St., New Martinsville, WV where services will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday.
Interment in Greenlawn Memorial Park, New Martinsville, WV.

Richmond, R. Wayne, 88, of Paden City, WV died Wednesday-February 11, 2009 in New Martinsville Health Care Center.
Wayne was born August 2, 1920 in Moundsville, WV the son of the late Harley F. and Erma Wayne Richmond.
He was a retired bricklayer for Bricklayers Local #1; a member of American Legion Post 86 of Paden City; Charter Member of Wetzel County Ambulance Paden City Unit; Magnolia Athletic Hall of Fame; a little league coach; a community volunteer; a WWII Navy Veteran; and a member of Mater Delorosa Catholic Church, Paden City.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Timothy R. Richmond; grandson, Matthew J. Richmond and sister, Faye McClelland.
Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Verna Mae Koerber Richmond, sons, Greg W. (Nancy) Richmond of New Martinsville and Mark A. (Lisa) Richmond of Middlebourne; daughter, Jill A. (Terry) Williams of Manassas, VA; brother, Howard F. (Jane) Richmond of Circleville, OH; nine grandchildren: Megan Richmond of Nanticoke, PA, Jennifer Richmond of New Martinsville, Erin Richmond of Middlebourne; Jess & Alyssa Pennell of Middlebourne, Betsey (John) Scovil of Wheeling; Timothy Richmond of Charleston, Matthew & Kayla Williams of Manassas, VA,; two great-grandchildren, Caleb Richmond of Moundsville, Logan Richmond of Nanticoke, Pa; daughter-in-law, Susan Seders of Clarksburg.
Friends received 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. Friday-February 13, 2009 at the Jarvis Funeral Home, Paden City. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Saturday-February 14, 2009 at Mater Delorosa Catholic Church, Paden City with Father James McCafferty as celebrant.
Rosary Services Friday at 6:45 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
Blue Blazers of Paden City, New Martinsville and Sistersville will conduct full military services at graveside.

Wilson, Marjorie Lee, 77, of Paden City died Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at Wetzel County Hospital.
Marjorie was born December 7, 1931 in Cincinnati, OH the daughter of the late Henry and Blanche Wilford Chapman.
She was a homemaker, retired employee of Greif Brothers and member of First Christian Church, Paden City.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepparents, Atwood and Margaret Chapman Brown; brother, Julian Chapman and an infant sister.
Surviving are two sons, Mark Wilson and his wife, Beverly of Wheeling, WV and Michael Wilson of New Martinsville, WV; two daughters, Deborah Weigel and her husband, Dale of Darlington, PA and Carol Pefferman and her husband, Bill of New Martinsville, WV; eleven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Friends received 2-4 and 7-9 Saturday, February 14, 2009 at Jarvis Funeral Home, Paden City where services will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, February 15, 2009 with Ron Crowe officiating.

Ballard, Darrel Anglo, 62, of Paden City, WV died Friday, April 3, 2009
as the result of a motorcycle accident.
Darrel was born October 2, 1946 in Wileyville, WV the son of Anglo and Virginia Taylor Ballard.
He was a retired school teacher for the Wetzel County School System, a County Technology Coordinator, President of Solid Waste Authority, a graduate of Glenville State College and West Virginia University, member of the One Room School Reunion, a loving husband, father and friend to many. He had a wide variety of hobbies including computers and motorcycles.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife of 29 years, Christine Andrews Ballard; sons, Mark and Andrew Ballard; daughter, Mya Cher Ballard of St. Albans.
Friends received 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, April 5, 2009 at the Jarvis Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville, WV where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 6, 2009 with Deacon Rod Fagert officiating.

Al-Janaby, Alia Oma, of Friendly, WV infant daughter of Abdul-Kahar and Elizabeth Duke Al-Janaby died April 1, 2009 at Wheeling Medical Park, Wheeling, WV.
Alia is named after her maternal great-grandmother Oma Park.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by two brothers, Saleh and Zayd Al-Janaby; maternal grandparents, Charles Duke of Paden City, WV and Cheryl Duke of Charleston, WV; paternal grandparents, Abdul-Wahab Al-Janaby and Kater Al-Nada Al-Khafagy both of Baghdad, Iraq and several family members and friends.
Friends received 1 p.m. until time of services at 3 p.m., Saturday, April 4, 2009, Jarvis Funeral Home, Paden City, WV with Pastor David Snyder officiating.
Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.

Hizer, Charles “Lee”, 70, of Paden City, WV died Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at Wheeling Medical Park.
Lee was born April 3, 1938 in Sistersville, WV son of the late Charles Edward and Maxine Heintzman Hizer.
He was a retired electrician from Conalco after 33 years, member of the Union Local 5760 Retirees club, loved to travel abroad, served our country in the Army Reserve, a Minister of Eucharist and member of Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church.
In addition to his parents, Lee was preceded in death by son, “Chuckie” Hizer; sister, Jeanette Yoho and brother, Jerry Hizer.
Surviving are his wife, of fifty years, Veronica Blatt Hizer; four sons, Timothy Hizer and his wife, Carolyn of Paden City, WV, Randall Hizer and his wife, Julie of Charleston, WV, Rodney Hizer and his wife, Susan of St. Albans, WV, Robert Hizer and his wife, Kimberly of Paden City, WV; daughter, Angi McDonald and her husband, Carlton of New Martinsville, WV; sister, Lynn Lawrence and her husband, Bill of New Martinsville, WV; eleven grandchildren, Ryan Hizer, Rachelle Hizer, Haley Hizer, Andrew Hizer, Amanda Hizer, Tyler Hizer, Holly McDonald, Hallie McDonald, Kayla Hizer, Hayden Hizer, Brandon Hizer; six step grandchildren, Joey, Britt, Seth, Summer, Justin and Amy; and three step great grandchildren, Kirsten, Jake and Bailey.

Howell, Jr., Billy G.,48,of New Martinsville, WV died Thursday, March 19, 2009.
Billy was born September 8, 1960 in New Martinsville, WV the son of Bill and Carolyn Wright Howell.
Billy was a welder for Ormet, Corp and a protestant by faith.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Orville Wright and paternal grandparents, Winfred and Hazel Howell.
In addition to his parents, surviving are his wife, Kim Howell; two sons, Levi and Isaac Howell both at home; brother, John Howell and his wife, Susie and sister, Kristi Giesek and her husband, Jeff all of New Martinsville, WV; Grandmother, Dorthy Wright of New Martinsville, WV; three nieces, Liza Snyder, Lacy Knight and Cassie Neff; nephew, Wyatt Howell; two step-nieces, Danielle and Anna Grimes; two great nieces Rylee Knight and Sidney Knight, several aunts and uncles and cousins.
Friends received Noon – 3 and 6-8 Sunday, March 22, 2009 at Jarvis Funeral Home, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville, WV where funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Monday, March 23, 2009 with Pastor Bob Brooks officiating.
