Eric was wonderful with children and hoped to be a role model to his niece, Ashley, and his nephews, Ayden and A.J. They were very important to him and he always put a smile on their faces whenever he walked into the room or talked to them on the phone.
Eric also deeply touched the life of his cousin/brother, Ben Chapman. They grew up together always being best friends, roommates and confidants. They will continue to have a bond that will never be broken or forgotten.
Eric was such a special and unique person. He touched the lives of so many people, and made everyone laugh. It seemed his unspoken goal in life was to put a smile on your face.
