She loved jigsaw puzzles and card games, especially solitaire. She was a champion of the less fortunate, volunteering at St. Francis House. She was unfailingly fair, charitable and tolerant. Pat loved the ocean and was happiest at her beach house in Gearhart, Oregon. She delighted in digging clams, finding treasures brought by the tide, predicting the weather, and walking for miles daily on the sand.
She now is reunited in Heaven with her husband of 42 years, Judson Page Todd, after the 20 year separation caused by his death.
She is survived by her eight children and 16 grandchildren. Her children include Anne Sharar (Mike), Jud Todd (Kathy), Mary Beth Mead (David), Gerald Todd (Toni), Tim Todd (Cindy), Margaret White (Gary), Stephen Todd, and Daniel Todd (Jennifer). The family thanks Elda Schulz and the wonderful staff for the excellent and loving care they provided to our mother, respecting her strong spirit of independence in meeting all her needs.
