Charl Anne Humphrey, 63, of West Richland died Sunday at Kadlec Medical Center. She was born in La Grande, Ore., and moved to Hermiston in 1953 and to West Richland in 1962. She worked at Trust Worthy Hardware in Richland for 15 years and then went to work as a security clerk at Hanford, retiring in 1996. Burns Mortuary of Hermiston is in charge of arrangements.
