Mildred E. Goodrich, 88, of Moxee died Sunday at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Goodrich was born in Spokane. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Goodrich of Baker City, Ore., and Gerald Goodrich of Moxee; a daughter, Carolyn Clark of Moxee; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at Valley Hills Funeral Home of Yakima. A graveside service will follow at 2 p.m. in Terrace Heights Memorial Park.
Ethal E. Still

Ethal E. Still, 83, of Grandview died Friday. He was born in Freck, Ark., served in the Navy and was an iron worker.

Beatrice J. McCullough, 90, lifelong Ellensburg resident, died Sunday at Kittitas Valley Community Hospital. She worked in various local offices, including Kittitas County Title Company, from which she retired.
Survivors include two sons, David McCullough of Randle, Wash., and Larry McCullough of San Antonio, Texas; two brothers, Truman Winegar of Ellensburg and Don Winegar of Pocatello, Idaho; a sister, Hazel Fisk of Spokane; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The memorial observance will be private. Arrangements are by Affordable Funeral Care of Ellensburg.
Ronald L. Allemand

Ronald L. Allemand, 62, of Thorp died Thursday at home. Mr. Allemand was born and raised in Ellensburg. He was a mechanic at Twin City Foods.
Survivors include his wife, Sharron Allemand of Thorp; four children, Jody Justice of Kittitas, Denny Lefleur of Chicago, Cathy Bray of Seattle and Michael Anthony of Ellensburg; five brothers, Jim, Vern, Rex, Ed and Randy Allemand; six sisters, Maxine VonEssen, Joan Weyand, Patsy Carlson, Mary Johnston, Alice McDonald and Gay Hink; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandson.
A celebration of life will be a potluck gathering for friends and family at 1 p.m. Saturday at the home of Rod and Jody Justice, 13551 Vantage Highway. Inurnment will be in High Valley Cemetery. Arrangements are by Affordable Funeral Care of Ellensburg.
Amos O. Demmert

Amos Oscar Demmert, 36, of Lynnwood, Wash., died July 31 at Meadowdale Adult Family Home. Mr. Demmert was born in Seattle and raised in the Yakima Valley.
Survivors include two brothers, Clifford Demmert and Donald Demmert, both of Seattle.
The funeral will be at 6 a.m. today in the 1910 Shaker Church. Burial to follow. Arrangements are by Merritt Funeral Home.

Terry "Mikey" Lang, 33, of Yakima died Thursday. Mr. Lang was born in Shiprock, N.M. He worked as a laborer in the construction industry.
Survivors include his mother, Barbara Lang of Shelby, N.C.; his father, Al Lang of Florida; three daughters, Haley Mae Lang, Jada Lang and Shelby Mykel Lang, all of Yakima; and two brothers, Joshua McCaw and Michael Lanier, both of Shelby.
No local services will be held. Arrangements are by Valley Hills Funeral Home and Crematory of Yakima.
Fay R. Sams

Fay R. Sams, 89, of Othello died Monday. Mr. Sams was born in Berwyn, Neb., and raised in Weisert, Neb. He farmed with his father and then in 1956 he moved to Selah, where he worked as a custodian for the Selah School District. He retired to Othello.
Survivors include three sons, Dennis Sams of Boise, Idaho, Clint Sams of Othello and Larry Sams of Bakersfield, Calif.; three daughters, Nancy Wesche of Minneapolis, Mo., Vicky St. Mary of Ephrata and Della Brazel of Newport, Ore.; 24 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Nazarene Church of Othello. Arrangements by Stevens Funeral Chapel of Othello.
Glen D. Taylor

Glen Dale Taylor, 80, of Selah died Sunday at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital. Mr. Taylor was born in Yakima and served in the Air Force. He worked as a mechanic and parts man. He also worked for Meals on Wheels in the kitchen.
Survivors include his wife, Billie Taylor of Selah; a son, Michael Wayne Taylor; and a daughter, Vickie Ilene Taylor.
Memorial services are pending. Arrangements are by Valley Hills Funeral Home and Crematory of Yakima.
Emma P. Jordan

Emma Phoebe Jordan, 97, of Yakima died Sunday at Heritage Grove. Mrs. Jordan was born in Okanogan County, Wash. She was a chartered nurse at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital and later worked in home health care.
Survivors include a daughter, Patricia Ogden of Yakima; two grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 4 p.m. Aug. 29 at the Fairview Seventh-day Adventist Church, 1010 S. Fair Ave., Yakima. Arrangements are by Shaw and Sons Funeral Directors.

Elwood M. (Jake) Borck, 92, of Yakima died Tuesday at home. Mr. Borck was born in Rockland, Wash. He was a teacher and coach in the Naches School District for approximately 30 years.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Borck; a son, Terry Borck; a daughter, Barbara Dobie, all of Yakima; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Lambertus W. Grimmius

Lambertus "Bert" W. Grimmius, 80, of Sunnyside died Monday. Mr. Grimmius was born in Winsum, Holland. He moved to the Outlook area in 1953 and owned and operated a dairy for several years. He then worked as a full-time milker for local dairymen, retiring in 1991.
Survivors include his wife, Annie Grimmius of Sunnyside; three daughters, Jean of Granger, Paula of Robins, Iowa, and Linda of Kingsley, Iowa; two sons, Don of Visalia, Calif., and Larry of Belfair, Wash.; a sister, Marjorie Sytsma; two brothers, John and Tom; 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Chapel of Smith Funeral Home in Sunnyside. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the Sunnyside Christian Reformed Church. Burial will be in Lower Valley Memorial Gardens.

Kenneth F. Groth, 79, of Yakima died Tuesday at Good Samaritan Health Care Center. Mr. Groth was born in New Ulm, Minn. He retired as deputy chief of the Yakima Fire Department after 29 years of service.

Groth of Yakima; four daughters, Katie Tait and Pauline Groth of Yakima, Trish Harris of Friday Harbor, Wash., and Sherry Harris of Santa Monica, Calif.; four sons, Marty Groth of Yreka, Calif., Alan Harris of Vancouver, Wash., Curtis Harris of Yakima and Vincent Harris of Los Angeles; a brother, Don Groth of Portland; a sister, Ruth Piske of Yakima; and six grandsons.

Christopher John Benoit, 55, of Yakima died Monday at home. Mr. Benoit was born in Indianapolis, Ind., and moved to Yakima at the age of 7. He worked in several Washington communities and returned to Yakima to make his home.
Survivors include his mother, Frances Covey of Seattle; four sisters, Susan Hahn of El Dorado Hills, Calif., Shelly Rosenoff of Lacey, Wash., Molly Berger of Yakima and Joani Benoit of Seattle; and a brother, Paul Benoit of Redmond, Wash.

Robert Bradford

Robert "Bob" Bradford, 77, of Yakima died Aug. 7 at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital. Mr. Bradford was born in Everett, Wash., and served in the Army during the Korean War. He was a teacher at Bothell High School, retiring in 1997, at which time he moved to Yakima.
Survivors include his wife, Faye Bradford of Yakima; a daughter, Heidi Bradford of Kirkland, Wash.; a son, Scott Bradford of Maple Valley, Wash.; three stepchildren, Chuck Schneider of Everett, Ken Schneider of Maple Valley and Charlene Johnston of Yakima; a brother, Wayne Bradford of La Conner, Wash.; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Mr. Johnson was born in Cherokee, Iowa, and served in the Navy. He was an auto body repairman for most of his life.
Survivors include his wife, Phylliss Johnson of Selah; a son, David Johnson of Harrah; a daughter, Donna Cunningham of Selah; a sister, Ella Johnson of Storm Lake, Iowa; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Keith and Keith Funeral Home. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Keith and Keith Ninth Avenue Chapel. Burial will follow in West Hills Memorial Park.

Ronald Wayne Lake, 72, of Vancouver, Wash., died Thursday at Discover Nursing and Rehab Center. Mr. Lake was born in Yakima. He was a draftsman engineer for many years and also worked for Goodwill.
Survivors include a daughter, Margeen Lake of Vancouver; a sister, Darlene Olson of Bothell, Wash.; and two grandchildren.

Armand D. Doucette, 83, of Yakima died Wednesday at Yakima Regional Medical and Cardiac Center. Mr. Doucette was born in Westbrook, Maine, and served in the Navy. He moved to Yakima in 1970 and was the merchandise manager for Sears, Roebuck and Co. for 31 years.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Doucette; a son, Armand A. Doucette of Yakima; and three grandchildren.

Erwin K. Bennett, 91, a lifetime Ellensburg resident, died Wednesday at home. Mr. Bennett was born in Ellensburg, and was a truck driver and buttermaker for Kittitas County Dairies Association, which later became Darigold.
Survivors include two sons, Harold Bennett of Sammamish, Wash., and Kenneth Bennett of Independence, Mo.; two daughters, Beverly Banks of Carmel, Ind., and Marilyn Funk of Bellevue, Wash.; a brother, Paul Bennett of Ellensburg; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
