Mildred 'Lanell' Meacham

Mildred "Lanell" Meacham, 73, of Mabton died Thursday at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Meacham was born in Cane Hill, Ark. She worked at several lower valley fruit warehouses as a packer until retiring from Perham Fruit in 1993.
Survivors include her husband, Lamar Meacham of Mabton; two daughters, Juanita Brown of Sunnyside and Myrna Powers of Phoenix, Ariz.; one son, Trenton Lacock of Arizona; two sisters, Anita Davis of Hoquiam, Wash., and Wilma Bender of Anchorage, Alaska; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Keith and Keith Funeral Home. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Terrace Heights Memorial Park.

Daniel Brooks, 79, of Yakima died Thursday.
Mr. Brooks was born in Colville, Wash., and lived in Yakima since 1960. He served in the Army during World War II. He owned and operated Dans Meats in Yakima.
Survivors include two sons, Dan Brooks of Yakima and Stephen Brooks of Colville, Wash.; a daughter, Linda Northern of Newport, Wash.; three brothers, Wilbur, Chester and Bob Brooks; three sisters, Jean Tinlin, Louise Fry and Betty Grimstad; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Memorial service is pending.

Lonny Lawrence Johnson (Gilstrap), 54, of Selah died Wednesday.
Mr. Johnson was born in Coulee City, Wash. He was an independent truck driver.
Survivors include his companion, Tawyne Beckstead of Selah; his father, Larry Gilstrap; two sisters, Kathy Leifer and Vicky Nyman and one brother, Dan Gilstrap.
Memorial service will be Sunday at 1 p.m. at Langevin-Mussetter Funeral Home.

Mary 'Etta' Binion

Mary "Etta" Binion, 92, of Prosser died Wednesday at Prosser Memorial Long Term Care.
Mrs. Binion was born in Goliad, Texas. She and her husband lived in Pampa, Texas, before moving to Long Beach, Calif. She worked for many years at the Garden Grove School District in California. She moved to Prosser from Ontario, Calif. in 1990.
Survivors include one son, Jim Binion of Prosser; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Private family graveside service will be Monday at the Prosser Cemetery.

James Oliver Tolson Sr.

James Oliver Tolson Sr., 68, of Yakima died Monday.
Mr. Tolson was born in Seattle. He worked in real estate.

Mr. Cutlip was born in Olympia. He was employed by the Washington State Lottery System.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Cutlip of Yakima; one son, Nicolas Cutlip of Yakima; one brother, Stacy Cutlip of Olympia; one sister, Debra Yohan of Lakeview Terrace, Calif., and his step-mother, Janet Cutlip of Edmonds, Wash.
Memorial service will be Monday at 7 p.m. at Westside Baptist Church, Yakima.

Clarence A. Thirtyacre, 85, of Yakima died Friday.
Mr. Thirtyacre was born in Alerado, Okla. He worked for the Milwaukie Railroad as a section foreman. He spent much of his life farming.
Survivors include his wife, Vera Thirtyacre of Yakima; one son, Teddy Roy Thirtyacre of Everett, Wash.; two daughters, Bonnie Jean Stenblock of Yakima and Mary Ann Townsend of Pacific, Wash.; two brothers, Dale Thirtyacre of Florida and Gale Thirtyacre of Iowa; a sister, Lela Molie of Iowa; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be today at 2 p.m. at Spirit Alive Wesleyan Church, Terrace Heights.

Mr. Goucher worked in construction.
Survivors include a sister, Celeste Rios of Canton, Ohio; and a brother, Mike Goucher of Tacoma.
Recitation of the rosary will be at 6 p.m. today at Merritt Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church, Wapato. Dinner will be immediately follow the service. Burial will be Monday at Cushman Cemetery in Puyallup, Wash.

Dale L. Herbst, 62, of Yakima died Wednesday at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Herbst was born in Redmond, Ore., and moved to Grandview at an early age. He later moved to Yakima and worked as a counselor at Yakima Valley School in Selah for 24 years, retiring in 1991.
Survivors include four sons, Shawn Herbst, Carl Herbst, Nicholas Herbst and Shane Herbst of Selah; two daughters, Stephanie Foster of Selah and Deborah Herbst of Salem, Ore.; his parents, Carl and Inez Herbst of Yakima; two brothers, Chuck Barnes of Tucson, Ariz., and Greg Herbst of Yakima; and six grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Keith and Keith Terrace Heights Chapel. Burial will follow at Terrace Heights Memorial Park.

Clyde A. Marsh, 87, of Yakima died Wednesday at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Marsh was born in Genoa, Minn., and served in the Army Air Corps during World War II. He lived in Spokane for 47 years until moving to Yakima in 2001. He worked as an automotive technician for 37 years in Spokane.
Survivors include his wife, Selma Marsh of Yakima; a daughter, Twila Leadon of Wapato; two sisters, Jeanette Marsh of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and Joanne Eder of Auburn, Wash.; and a granddaughter.
The funeral service will be at 4 p.m. today at Langevin-Mussetter Funeral Home. Further services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Hazen and Jaeger Funeral Home, 1306 N. Monroe, in Spokane. Interment will follow in the Greenwood Memorial Terrace, Spokane.

Besides his parents, he is survived by his grandparents, Christine Justus and Ron Madison of Yakima, and Laura Molina and Dave Molina of Vancouver.

Gladys Ione Neece, 81, of Carson, Wash., died Wednesday in Hood River, Ore.
Mrs. Neece was born in Turtle Lake, N.D. She lived in Seattle before moving in 1974 to Wapato. She opened the Broadmoor Beauty Salon in Yakima.
Survivors include her son, Wayne Neece of Carson; a brother, Martin Jesser of Phoenix; three sisters, Elsie Baughman of Vancouver, Wash., Mildred "Dolly" Farmer of Phoenix and Janet McMahan of Wapato; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Reservation Community Memorial Park, Wapato. Those wishing to attend may meet at Merritt Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m. Monday.

Mrs. Reynolds was born in Payson, Utah, and moved to the Yakima area in 1974. She was a schoolteacher.
Survivors include her husband, Robert J. Reynolds of Selah; three sons, Seth M. Reynolds of Provo, Utah, J. Scott Reynolds of New York and David E. Reynolds of Selah; four daughters, Amy Billings of Tucson, Ariz., Katherine Cottrell of Draper, Utah, and Kristen Armstrong and Emily Reynolds of Provo, Utah; a sister, Janine Thorne of Draper, Utah; and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday at Keith and Keith Ninth Avenue Chapel. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Selah LDS Church, 702 N. First St., Selah.
