Vicki Cheryl Houge, of Port Orchard, died on Dec. 26, 2006, at home. She was 60.
She was born on May 11, 1946, in Spokane to Robert and Audrey Warren.
She married
Monte Houge on July 4, 1964, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
She graduated from Canby (Ore.) High School in 1964 and was a homemaker.
She was a member of Abundant Life Four Square Church in Bremerton and enjoyed gardening, swimming and her church prayer group.
She is survived by husband Monte Houge of Port Orchard; son Erik (and wife Wanda) Houge of Port Orchard; brothers Bob (and wife Carol) Warren of Canby, Ore., Keith (and wife Carol) Warren of Canby, Ore, ; Daniel McMullen of Moldna, Ore., Gary McMullen of Oregon City, Ore., and Mike McMullen of Spokane; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by son Brian Houge in 1977.
A memorial service is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Dec. 30 at Abundant Life Four Square Church in Bremerton, followed by inurnment at Sunset Lane cemetery in Port Orchard.
Remembrances can be made to Hospice of Kitsap County.
Ehrman, Hilda Tuesday, 26 Dec 2006
Hilda Pauline Burgan Ehrman, of Port Orchard, died on Dec. 26, 2005, at Tacoma General Hospital.
She was 91.
She was born on Feb. 2, 1914, in New London, Ohio, to Jay and Roberta (Roorback) Burgan.
She married
George Edward Ehrman on July 27, 1934, in Lorain, Ohio.
She graduated from Elyria (Ohio) High School.
She worked for 20 years as a brush buncher at Callison’s Evergreens.
She was a Methodist and enjoyed gardening, cooking, embroidery and reading.
She is survived by son Robert (and wife Magdalene) Ehrman of Fort Wayne, Ind.; daughter Patricia (and husband Billy) Urie of Port Orchard; and seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great, great-grandchild.
At her request, no services are planned.

Fargo, Zola Monday, 25 Dec 2006
Zola Rose Fargo, of Port Orchard, died on Dec. 25, 2006, at Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton. She was 87.
She was born on Jan. 1, 1919, in Hoag, Neb., to Frank and Blanch (Garman) Milbourne.
She married
James Fargo on May 28, 1944, in Vallejo, Calif.
She graduated from high school in Corning, Calif., in 1936 and attended Pasadena Community College, then Northwest Nazarene College in Nampa, Idaho, earning her nursing degree in 1941.
She served in the U.S. Navy Nurse Corps during World War II, then worked at various hospitals and nursing homes in Indiana, California, Oregon and Washington.
She was a member of the Nazarene Church and she attended Grace Bible Church in Port Orchard.
She is survived by sons James K. (and wife Stephanie) Fargo and J. Steven (and wife Linda) Fargo and six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be held at Grace Bible Church in Port Orchard at 11 a.m. on Dec. 30, followed by inurnment at Sunset Lane Memorial Park in Port Orchard.
Fallstrom, Harold Monday, 25 Dec 2006
Harold Earl Fallstrom, of Port Orchard, died on Dec. 25, 2005, at home.
He was 80.
He was born on Jan. 6, 1925, in Roy, to George and Olive (Thompson) Fallstrom.
He married
Miriam Callow on May 29, 1965.
He graduated from Roy High School in 1943.
He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II as a tank crewman and operator, earning numerous decorations, including the Purple Heart.
He spent 30 years as a missile handler and rigger at the Mount Rainier Ordnance Depot and Subase Bangor.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing, clam digging and traveling.
He is survived by sons Arthur (and wife Arlene) Berry, of Port Orchard, Richard Fallstrom of Bremerton, David Berry and Dori Shobert, of Port Orchard, Dan (and wife Glenda) Fallstrom of Port Orchard, and Briant (and wife Crystal) Berry of Port Orchard; daughter Elizabeth (and husband Todd) Knutson of Graham; and 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Miriam Fallstrom, in 2003.
A memorial service is planned for Jan. 28 at 1 p.m. at Rill Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard.

Olsen, Raymond Sunday, 24 Dec 2006
Raymond W. Olsen, of Port Orchard, died on Dec. 24, 2006, at the Washington State Veterans Home at Retsil. He was 89.
He was born on Nov. 22, 1917, in Brooklyn, N.Y., from Frank and Christina (Hellmuth) Olsen.
He married
Eleanor Jurica on Nov. 23, 1947, in Newark, N.J.
He graduated from high school in 1936, and attended Orange Coast Community College in California.
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II in the South Pacific, earning the rank of boatswains mate first class.
He worked as an elevator construction superintendent for 32 years before retiring in 1983.
He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church in California.
He is survived by wife Eleanor Olsen of Port Orchard; daughters Judith (and husband Bill) Shellenberger of Pomeroy; and five grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by brothers Henry and Alfred Olsen and great-granddaughter Angel Eggen in 1989.
Manning, Edward Saturday, 23 Dec 2006
Edward Eugene Manning, of Port Orchard, died Dec. 23, 2006 after a long battle with cancer.
He was 72.
He was born the youngest of eight siblings on Jan 12, 1934 in Norma, N.D., to Jay and Nellie Manning.
The family moved to the Port Orchard area when he was six.
He graduated from South Kitsap High School in 1952 and joined the U.S. Army in 1953. He was stationed in Germany for much of the ensuing two years. He left the Army in 1955 as a corporal.
He married
Janet (Lillehei) Manning, of Port Orchard, on July 16, 1963, in Lewiston, Idaho.
He was a self-employed mechanic. He retired in 1996.
He is survived by his spouse, Janet Manning, of Port Orchard; sister Mary Anderson, of Des Moines; sons Jeff (and wife Michelle) Manning, of Beaverton, Ore., Jay (and wife Lorraine) Manning, of Olympia, and Brett (and wife Sandi) Manning, of Olympia; and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded by brothers Jim, Bob and Rich; and sisters Dorothy, Lois and June.
A memorial service was held Dec. 29.
Boscola, Doris Friday, 22 Dec 2006
Doris P. Boscola, of Poulsbo, died on Dec. 22, 2006, at Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton.
She was 71.
She was born on Oct. 18, 1935, in Portland, Ore., to James and Sarah (Cacicia) Amato.
She married
Robert Boscola on Jan. 29, 1955, in Portland, Ore.
She graduated from Cleveland High School in Portland and was a homemaker.
She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi and the Port Orchard Chapter of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and served as a member of the Port Orchard City Council.
She is survived by mother Sarah Amato of Portland, Ore.; sons Robert (and wife Heidi) Boscola Jr. of Brownfield, Colo., James Boscola of Bremerton and Ronald (and wife Debi) Boscola of Renton; daughters Susan (and husband Raymond) Sumin, of Poulsbo, and Patti Cagle of Poulsbo; sisters Diane (and husband Lee) Partain of Washougal, and Karen Pelster of Meridian, Idaho; and nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husband Robert Boscola in 2005.
A funeral was held at Rill Life Tribute Center in Port Orchard on Dec. 28, followed by burial at Sunset Lane Memorial Park.
Greseth, Oleah Friday, 22 Dec 2006
Oleah B. Greseth, of Port Orchard, died on Dec. 22, 2005, at Ridgemont Terrace.
She was 87.
She was born on June 13, 1918, in Olympia, to Evert and Sadie Dole.
She married
Glen O. Greseth on June 12, 1938.
She graduated from Olympia High School in 1936.
She was the co-owner and bookkeeper with the Port Orchard Nursery, which she founded with her husband in 1949.
She also worked for the Department of Agriculture during World War II.
She was a member of Soroptimist International and a past member of the Children’s Orthopedic Guild.
She loved hunting and fishing and working at the nursery.
She is survived by husband Glen Greseth, of Port Orchard; son Waldo (Kay) Greseth, daughter-in-law Sandy Greseth and nine grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and one great, great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by son Glen Greseth and brothers Lyle and Henry Dole.
A memorial service is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Jan. 8 at Rill Life Tribute Center.
