Tim was born in Hartford, Conn., Feb 17, 1951, grew up in East Hartford, and later moved to Pittsburgh. He was the son of the late Judge Henry W. Willson Sr. and the late Alice Hazen Willson, and brother of the late Richard Hazen Willson.
Tim had deep roots in Vermont on his mothers side and settled here after earning a B.S. in education at UVM. At the Country School and Elementary School in Richford, and at CVU High School in Hinesburg, Tim gently helped students minds and spirits unfold. His career as a bicycle tour leader with V.B.T. and P.O.M.G. let him combine his gift as an educator with his passion for adventure as he led tours from coast-to-coast and in New Zealand. A man of diverse talents, Tim was a competitive tri-athlete, skier, basketball player, and builder. He was also a fervent and gifted Celtic musician who played fiddle, penny whistle, flute, and bodhran, and who relished creating music with and for others. Most important, Tim Willson, humbly and without fanfare, nourished all of those whose lives he touched.

Jr. of Bridgeville, Penn., Peggy W. and Paul Milkovich of Canfield, Ohio; Judi W. Amick and Fred Lehman of Mt. Lebanon, Penn; and Diane W. Moskal of South Park, Penn.
