Hazel Livingston
BRAINTREE — Hazel Ethel Livingston, 70, died Tuesday, June 12, at Mobile Acres in Braintree.
She was born in Tyson, Vt., July 4, 1930, the daughter of Carroll and Edna (Blanchard) Wade. She was educated in Tyson schools.
She married
Ira John Martin in 1948, and George Livingston in 1951.
She was a member of the Green Mountain Gospel Chapel in Randolph. She enjoyed bingo, dancing, family outings and caring for others in need.
She was a waitress at Percy's Atlantic Diner in Royalton for 30 years.
Survivors include two sons, John Martin, Jr. of Rochester and Charles Livingston Sr. of Sharon; two daughters, Dianne Poole of Braintree and Patricia Quillia of White River Jct.; three sisters, Etna McIntyre of Ludlow, Blanche Durkee of Rutland and Rosella Pecor of Saxtons River; six brothers, Ernest Wade of Randolph, Ira Wade of Bridgewater, Carroll Wade Jr. of Weston, Harley Wade of Reading, George Wade of Ludlow and Charles Wade of Proctorsville; eight grandchildren: Donald Huntley, Robert McIntyre, Charles, George, Shannon and Shawn Livingston, April Porter, Jody Martin and Tammy Kimball; and one great-granddaughter, Tierra Huntley.
She was pre-deceased by two granddaughters.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 15, at 11 a.m. at the Day Funeral Home in Randolph, with Rev. Ronald Rilling officiating. Calling hours will be Thursday evening from 7-8 p.m.
Burial will be in the Fairview cemetery in Bethel.
Adeline Maddaloni
ARLINGTON, MASS. — Adeline D. Maddaloni died June 10, 2001 at her home in Arlington. She was born in Rochester, Vt., the daughter of Pasquale and Marianna DeSantis.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by a son, Michael P. Maddaloni of Waltham, Mass.; a daughter, Maria E. Maddaloni of Arlington; a soon-to-be daughter-in-law, Tracy J. Osero of Newton, Mass.; three brothers: Mariano DeSantis and Pasquale "Pat" DeSantis, both of Rochester, and Dominic S. DeSantis of Jamesville, N.Y.; two sisters: Carmela A. DeSantis, of Ware, Mass. and Ann C. DeSantis Arlington, Mass; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, June 13 at St. Jerome’s Church in Arlington. Burial will be in Woodlawn cemetery in Rochester, Thursday, June 14 at 1 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the American Liver Foundation, New England Chapter, 88 Winchester St., Newton, Mass. 02461.
Arrangements were under the care of the Keefe Funeral Home, Arlington, Mass.
Duane C. Hutchinson
BRAINTREE — Duane C. Hutchinson, 79, died Saturday June 9, 2001 at his home on Braintree Hill.
He was born July 3, 1921 in Brookfield, the son of Lucian and Ruth (Allen) Hutchinson.
He attended Brookfield schools and Vermont Agricultural School (now Vermont Technical College) in Randolph Center. Following his education, he had a milk route in Brookfield. He married
Ola Wright Sept. 5, 1942 in Bethel. She died in 1993.
He served with the U.S. Army during WW II and was stationed in England and Germany with the Engineering Corps. After the war, he returned home and worked with Don Rogers logging. He later worked as a carpenter for Larry Brigham and also did carpentry on his own.
The Hutchinsons moved to Braintree Hill, into the home he built, in 1968.
He was a member of the Randolph V.F.W. and a former member of the Randolph Fish and Game Club. He was an avid hunter. He also enjoyed trapping and woodworking.
He is survived by two sons: Gordon Hutchinson of Willis, Vir. and David Hutchinson of Randolph; two daughters; Jeanne Sargent of Randolph and Ruth Tucker of Randolph Center; a brother Lucian Hutchinson of Speculator, N.Y; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held Thursday, June 14, 1:30 p.m. at the Vermont Veterans Memorial cemetery, Randolph Center, with Chuck Anthony officiating. There are no calling hours.

Edward C. Perkett
JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Edward Charles Perkett, 61, died May 7, 2001 of a heart attack in Jacksonville.
Born April 8, 1940, the son of Joseph E. and Florence E. Wrisley Perkett, he graduated from Pittsfield High School in Massachusetts and attended Pasadena City College and Norwich University.
He lived in Stockbridge for more than 20 years before retiring to Jacksonville Jan. 22. He owned and operated the Tontine Restaurant on Route 100 in Stockbridge for five years, owned and operated Ed’s Upholstery for 10 years, and drove a school bus for Stockbridge and Pittsfield, until his retirement this year.
He enjoyed traveling, fishing, boating, driving, and working on projects using his multiple talents, but most of all, he loved and supported his family.
Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Diana Joan Perkett, of Jacksonville, Fla.; two sons: Brandon Joseph-Robert Perkett, of Alexandria, Va. and Jeffrey Lee Perkett of Tujunga, Calif.; three daughters: Allison Courtney Perkett of Jeffersonville, Melissa Jo Perkett of Jeffersonville, and Terri Jean Perkett of Seal Beach Calif.; a brother, Frederick Robert Perkett, of Pittsfield, Mass., and 11 grandchildren.
Services were held in Pittsfield, Mass. May 16, and interment was in St. Joseph’s cemetery.

Olga Stockle
STOCKBRIDGE — Olga Stockle, 97, of Stockbridge, died early Thursday morning, July 25 at Eden Park Nursing Home in Rutland.
She was born June 26, 1905 in Hamburg, Germany; the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vilhelm Metzler. She grew up in Germany, coming to New York City on the SS Frederik VIII in 1920 with her parents and brothers and sisters; and living there until moving to Stockbridge in 1944.
She was married
to William B. "Willie" Stockle Sept. 11, 1937 in New York City. He died in 1997.
She had worked tatting lace in New York City, and enjoyed reading, playing pinochle, and watching soap operas.
Survivors include her son, Arthur Stockle of Stockbridge; daughter, Lillian Green of Stockbridge; sister, JoHannah Foman of New York City; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her brother, Arthur Metzler and sister, Martha Burns.
Funeral services were held Monday morning, July 29, at the Gaysville Baptist Church, with Rev. Paul Dinger, officiating. Andrea Mills was the pianist and reflections were offered by Judy Pierce from Park House.
Burial followed at Mount Pleasant cemetery in Stockbridge. Pallbearers were Ed Hack, Roy Bensen, Doug Kefer, Greg Picarello, C.G. Morey and Jay Wilson. Calling hours were held Sunday evening at the Day Funeral Home in Randolph.

Toma Lee Clark
HUDSON FALLS, N.Y. — Toma Lee Clark, 26, of Main Street, died unexpectedly Sunday, July 28, 2002.
Born Feb. 3, 1976, in Keene, N.H., he was the son of Carol Clark of Malta, N.Y.
He was a self-employed painter and carpenter, who enjoyed drawing, fishing, hiking and camping. He was of the Methodist faith.
He was predeceased by aunt, Irene Gifford; and grandfather, Eugene Kelley, Sr., and a cousin, Jeremy Howard Lee Eddings.
Besides his mother, Carol Clark of Malta, he is survived by his children: Daniel Clark, Maria Clark and Shyanne Clark, all of Hudson Falls; one sister, Lila Roselle of Malta; his grandmother, Lucille Kelley of Gansevoort, N.Y.; an aunt, Vicki French and her husband, Steven of Royalton; an uncle, Milton Gifford Sr. of Gansevoort; and several other aunts, uncles and cousins.
Calling hours were held Wednesday, July 31, at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., in Hudson Falls.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 1, at the funeral home, with the Reverend Virginia Cornell, pastor of Trinity United Methodist Church in Wilton, N.Y., officiating.
Burial will follow at Moss Street cemetery in the town of Kingsbury, N.Y.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Trinity United Methodist Church, 155 Ballard Rd., Gansevoort, N.Y., 12831.
