Betty Lou Honaker Gillooly, 52, of 166 Honaker Drive, Bristol, Tenn., died Friday, Jan. 8, 1999, in
Johnson City Medical Center.
She was a native of Lebanon, had lived in Bristol for the past ten years, was a disabled nurse and was of the Pentecostal faith.
Survivors include her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William A. Honaker, Lebanon; a brother, William A. "Bill" Honaker Jr., Lebanon; four nieces; and four nephews.

Anna B. Goforth
BLOUNTVILLE -- Anna Belle Goforth, 78, died Wednesday, Jan. 6, 1999, at her home.
She was a native and lifelong resident of Sullivan County, retired from Raytheon, and was a member of Tri-City Evangelical Methodist Church. She was the widow of Verlin Goforth.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Shirley Jean Tibbits, Pontiac, Mich.; a son, Roy Lester Goforth, Piney Flats; two sisters, Mrs. Ethel Dove, Gray, and Mrs. Virgie Jones, Michigan; three brothers, Ray Shaffer, Gray, John Shaffer, Michigan, and James Nelson Shaffer, California; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

GLADE SPRING -- Mrs. Olga McThenia Goff, 73, died Saturday, Jan. 9, 1999, in Johnston Memorial Hospital, Abingdon.
She lived most of her life in Glade Spring and was a member of Byars-Cobb United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Arthur L. "Punk" Goff; a son, Christopher L. Goff, Bronxville, N.Y.; a sister, Evelyn M. Hale, Glade Spring; two granddaughters, Emma Goff and Margaret Goff, both of Bronxville, N.Y.; a nephew; and a niece.

Daniel J. Haga
Daniel J. Haga, 84, of 10090 Reedy Creek Road, Bristol, Va., died Saturday, Jan. 9, 1999, at the home of his daughter.
He was a lifelong resident of Washington County and retired from TVA.
He was a member of Clear Branch Baptist Church, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, and a prisoner of war.
Mr. Haga was preceded in death by his wife, Ellen Haga.
Survivors include a daughter, Norma Blaylock, Bristol Virginia; a sister, Etta Goodman, Bristol Virginia; a step-grandson, Michael Blaylock, Blountville; and several nieces and nephews.

RICHLANDS -- Mr. Roma R. Hays, 72, of 3051/2 Delaware Ave., died Friday, Jan. 8, 1999, in a Richlands hospital.
He was a native of Ethel, W.Va., had made his home in the Richlands area for the past 40 years, and was a retired miner with Jewell Smokeless Coal Corp., Vansant. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of the Richlands Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Ruth Keen Hays; two daughters, Mrs. Mike (Brenda) Cantrell, Christiansburg, Va., and Mrs. Kokie Richardson, Richlands; four sons, Rhiannan "Smokey" Hays and Denvin Hays, both of Richlands, John Hays, Virginia Beach, and Randy Hays, Salem, Va.; a sister, Mrs. Margie Sage, Grundy; a brother, James Hays, Cedar Bluff; and eight grandchildren.

LEBANON -- Raymond L. Jordan, 61, died Friday, Jan. 8, 1999, in Russell County Medical Center.
He was a native of Wise County, had lived most of his life in Russell County, and was an employee of W-L Construction Company for over 20 years.

CEDAR BLUFF -- Miss Lucinda Elizabeth O'Quinn, 91, of Old Kentucky Turnpike, died Friday, Jan. 8, 1999, in Columbia Clinch Valley Medical Center, Richlands.
She was a native of Council and had resided in the Bristol area for many years before moving 11 months ago to Cedar Bluff where she resided with her sister. She was a member of the Belle Meadows Baptist Church, Bristol Virginia.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Florence Coleman, Cedar Bluff; and several nieces and nephews.

Carey M. Penley
NORTON -- Carey Mildred Penley, 33, died Thursday, Jan. 7, 1999, in Fredericksburg, Va., from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was a resident of the Fredericksburg area and attended the Freedom of Worship Church in Norton.
Survivors include two sons, Kingsley Lynn Enevoldsen, Fredericksburg, and John Preston Enevoldsen, of the home; a daughter, Christian Marie Enevoldsen, of the home; her parents, Eckle and Loretta Penley, Coeburn; four brothers. Eckle Penley Jr., Stafford, Va., Sam J. Penley, Statesville, N.C., James M. Penley, Charlotte, and Matthew Penley, Coeburn; two sisters, Genevieve Elliot, Fredericksburg, and Charlotte Lee Turner, Charlotte; and several nieces and nephews.

KINGSPORT -- Randel C. Smith, 82, of 610 Rogan St., died Friday, Jan. 8, 1999, in Wexford House.
He was a native of Bristol Tennessee and had been a resident of Kingsport for the past 42 years.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, a graduate of the University of Tennessee, a loyal Tennessee Volunteer fan and a Mason. Mr.
Smith was self-employed in the home improvement business.
He was a deacon at First Christian Church.
Survivors include his wife, Penny Austin Smith; a daughter, Carla
Smith Jenkins, Church Hill; two sons, John R. Smith, Memphis, and Gary A. Smith, Richmond; seven grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.

GATE CITY -- Zella Marie Alley Williams, 78, of Route 1, died Friday, Jan. 8, 1999, in Norton Community Hospital.
She was a native of Scott County, a homemaker and a member of Bellamy's Community Church.
She was the widow of Robert Lee Williams.
