COEBURN -- Carl Jack Fulcher, 76, died Sunday, Nov. 29, 1998, at his home.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce Owens Fulcher; a son, Jerry Fulcher, Appalachia; a half-brother, Gene Flanary, Coeburn; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Arthur C. Goodman
Arthur Conrad Goodman, 79, of Bristol Nursing Home, died Monday, Nov. 30, 1998, in the Bristol Nursing Home.
He was a native of Bakersfield, Calif., and had lived in the Bristol area most of his life. He was a carpenter and was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Goodman.
Survivors include three daughters, Vada Mae Kelsey and Velma Jane Stout, both of
Johnson City, and Elizabeth Smith, Blountville; two sons, Harold Conrad Goodman,
Johnson City, and Robert Willard Goodman, Piney Flats; three brothers, James Walter Goodman, Bluff City, Herman D. Goodman, Blountville, and Arnold Rose, Bristol Tennessee; four sisters, Dema Campbell, Violet Campbell, Rava Keen and Dolly Rose, all of Blountville; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

OAKWOOD -- Trula Mary Jessee, 74, died Monday, Nov. 30, 1998, in a Russell County hospital.
She was a native of Buchanan County, and the widow of Artemas Jackson Jessee.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Roger (Kathy) Calhoun, Beaufort, S.C.; two sons, Roy Ross Jessee, Richmond, and Randolph Junior Jessee, Oakwood; four sisters, Mrs. Florine Ferrell, Richlands, Mrs. Marie Charles, Ms. Nancy Baldwin and Mrs. Nell Campbell, all of Oakwood; a brother, Ed Baldwin, Whitewood; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Virgil E. Neal
BLOUNTVILLE -- Virgil E. Neal, 79, of 264 Highway 75, died Sunday, Nov. 29, 1998, in Bristol Regional Medical Center.
He was a lifelong resident of Blountville, a retired employee of Morrison Moulded Fiberglass Corporation and a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, serving the Pacific Theatre of Operations and assigned to the famous Battleship Laffeyette.
He was a member of Blountville United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Jessie Neal; a daughter, Jean Neal, Blountville; two sisters, Mrs. Ida Hale, Elizabethton, and Mrs. Ada Hawks, Nashville, Tenn.; two grandchildren; and three nieces and nephews.

BLUFF CITY -- James Russell Payne, 85, of 313 Harr Drive, died Monday, Nov. 30, 1998, in Bristol Regional Medical Center.
He was a native of Moore County, N.C., had lived in Bluff City for 40 years, and retired from Raytheon with 25 years of service. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, in Bluff City.
Survivors include his wife, Mamie Payne; a daughter, Treva J. Wright, Lawrenceville, Ga.; a son, James Norman Payne, Raleigh, N.C.; a sister, Katie Petty, Sanford, N.C.; a brother, Lawrence Payne, North Wilkesboro, N.C.; two granddaughters; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

MARION -- Robert Ray Roberts, 48, died Sunday, Nov. 29, 1998, at his home.

BRADSHAW, W.Va. -- Mabel L. Rowe, 71, died Sunday, Nov. 29, 1998, in a Grundy hospital.
She was a native of Paynesville, W.Va., a homemaker, was affiliated with the Family Worship Center, Jolo, W.Va., and was the widow of the Rev. William T. Rowe Sr.
Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Jake (Joan) Nealen, Avondale, W.Va., Mrs. Dale (Linda) Davidson Whittenburg, Muncie, Ind., Mrs. Charles (Sharon) Rose, Jewell Ridge, Va., and Mrs. Warren (Judy) Thomas, Bristol Virginia; a son, John R. Rowe, Bradshaw, W.Va.; two sisters, Mrs. Lorraine Hershey, Baltimore, and Mrs. Carol Key, Bristol Virginia; five brothers, John R. Love, Vinton, Va., Lawrence Love and Lacy Love Jr., both of Bristol Virginia, Lonnie Love and Leslie Ray Love, both of Deel, Va.; 21 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and several step-great-grandchildren.

Richard Charles Rudnik, 69, of Bristol Tennessee, died Sunday, Nov. 29, 1998, at his home.
He was a native of St. Paul, Minn., and grew up in Forest Park, Ill. He lived in Roselle, Ill., before moving to Bristol in 1996.
He received his bachelor of arts degree from Rockford College and his master's degree from the University of Chicago.
Survivors include his wife, Anna Louise Bardill Rudnik; two daughters, Kathryn Partain, Bristol Tennessee, and Debra Rudnik, Chino, Calif.; a son, Richard Rudnik, Roselle, Ill.; and a sister, Judith Smith, Miami, Fla.

Freda P. Sironko
Freda P. Sironko, a resident of Bristol Nursing Home, Bristol, Tenn., died Monday, Nov. 30, 1998, in Bristol Nursing Home.
She was a native of Texas and had lived in West Virginia and Ohio before moving to Bristol in 1985.
She was a member of Gary United Methodist Church, in Gary, W.Va., and the widow of Barney E. Riggs and Andy Sironko.
Mrs. Sironko was the oldest alumni of Stonewall Jackson College, in Abingdon.
Survivors include three stepdaughters, Rosemary Burns, Snellville, Ga., Kathy Lloyd, Richmond, and Nancy, of Ohio; a brother, Lionel H. Pruner, Bristol Virginia; several step-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

POUNDING MILL, Va. -- Talmadge Eugene "Tal" Breedlove, 85, died Tuesday, Dec. 1, 1998, in a Richlands hospital.
He was a native of Russell County and had lived in the Pounding Mill area for the past 42 years.
He was a retired miner from Jewell Ridge Coal Corporation, Jewell Valley, Va.
He was a member of UMWA Local No. 7327 Jewell Valley wnd was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia Gosnel Breedlove; three sons, Jerry Breedlove, Bluefield, Va., Larry Breedlove and Mark Breedlove, both of Pounding Mill; a sister, Mrs. Ellen Dye, Swords Creek; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Carter St., died Sunday, Nov. 29, 1998, at her home.
She was a native of Sullivan County and a member of Bluff City Baptist Church.
She was the widow of Hubert Chappell.
