She was the widow of Charles Hyden DeBusk.

Creasy, Bristol Virginia, Bob Creasy, Chilhowie, and Jim Creasy, North Carolina; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

NICKELSVILLE -- Vivian Castel Frazier, 91, of Route 1, died Thursday, Nov. 19, 1998, in Brian Center Health & Rehabilitation, Weber City.
She was a native of Wise County, had resided in Nickelsville, was a homemaker and a member of Gillenwater Freewill Baptist Church.
She was the widow of Hobart V. Frazier.
Survivors include a daughter, Jo Ann Vicars, Nickelsville; two sons, Harold Frazier and Billy Jack Frazier, both of Weber City; four grandchildren, Linda Frasier Compton, Gary Dale Frasier, Robin Vicars McConnell and Billy Harold Vicars; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

OAK RIDGE -- Florence Dingus Hall, 86, died Wednesday, Nov. 18, 1998, in Methodist Medical Center, Oak Ridge.
She was the widow of Lonnie Robert Hall and a charter member of First Freewill Baptist Church, Oak Ridge.

She was a native of Lee County, had lived most of her life in Wise County, was a homemaker and a member of West End Baptist Church, in Big Stone Gap.
She was the widow of Will Neeley.
Survivors include two daughters, Deborah Rhymer, Moore, S.C., and Barbara Fig, Knightdale, N.C.; two sons, Tony Neeley, Monroe, Va., and Donny Neeley Big Stone Gap; two sisters, Pauline Larmoyeux, Oak Ridge, Tenn., and Betty Hood, Big Stone Gap; five grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

SALTVILLE -- Vivian Phipps Routh, 84, died Friday, Nov. 20, 1998, in Bristol Regional Medical Center.
She was the widow of Kendall Routh, and a member of the Madam Russell Methodist Church, the Fidells Circle of Madam Russell Church, the Smyth County Animal Welfare Legion, and a of Saltville Senior Citizens.
Survivors include a son, Harry M. Routh, Houston, Texas; two sisters, Zella Taylor, Augusta, Ga., and Glen Gobble, Roanoke; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

CASTLEWOOD -- Nannie Vencill, 89, died Thursday, Nov. 19, 1998, in Russell County Medical Center, Lebanon.
She was a native of Russell County, the widow of Clarence "Bunn" Vencill and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include a daughter, Peggy Vencill Damron, Covington, Ga.; three sons, John Harvey Vencill, Turlock, Calif., Teddy Ray Harve Vencill, Coeburn, and Harold Dean Vencill, St. Paul; ten grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

ABINGDON -- Mary Glenn Via, 42, died Friday, Nov. 20, 1998.
She had lived most of her life in Abingdon and was of the Methodist faith.
Survivors include her mother, Margaret E. Via, Abingdon; a sister, Marsha V. DeLong, Abingdon; and a half-brother, Ronnie E. Via, Staunton, Va.

Fred R. Begley
WEBER CITY -- Fred Raymond Begley, 72, died Friday, Nov. 20, 1998, in Indian Path Medical Center.
He was a native of Scott County and retired from Tennessee Eastman Company in 1986 as a supervisor in the Acid Division.
He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps during World War II and was a sergeant in the U.S. Army with occupational forces in Germany.
He was a member of Holston View United Methodist Church and served as lay leader and held many other positions in the church.
He was a veteran of foreign wars and a member of Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons, the Scottish Rite of Free Masonry, the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, the Jericho Temple, The Most Worshipful Grand Lodge, the Scott Commandery No. 13, Knight's Temple and the Gideons.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Dorton Begley; two daughters, Patty Sampson, Gate City and Debbie Trivett, Bristol Virginia; four grandchildren; two sisters, June Brickey, Kingsport, Marie Anderson, Ft. Blackmore; two brothers, Joe Begley, Ft. Blackmore, E.C. "Bill" Begley Jr., Kingsport and several nieces and nephews.
