CHILTON - January 28, suddenly in hospital, of The Broadway, Darlington. Leo, aged 75 years, beloved husband of Joyce, much loved father of Paul and Gillian, dear father-in-law of Jill and Jon and loving grandad of Joanna, Emma, James and Laura. Funeral Friday, February 2. Friends please meet for service in St. Thomas Aquinas Church at 10.15 a.m., followed by private interment. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, may be sent for The Parkinson's Disease Society, c/o Seaton Leng and Son Ltd., Bondgate, Darlington, DL3 7JR.

CHURM - January 26 (suddenly, at home). Alf, aged 84 years, of Bede Crescent, Newton Aycliffe, beloved husband of the late Agnes re-united again, a dearly loved dad of Patrick and Kathleen, a dear father-in-law, also a much loved grandad of Adrian and great-grandad of Amy. Will be sadly missed by all family and friends. Funeral Tuesday, February 6. Would friends please meet 10.30 a.m. for Requiem Mass at St. Mary's R.C. Church, prior to committal at Darlington Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations if so desired in lieu to The British Legion. A plate will be provided.

Gary, aged 46 years, a beloved husband of Noreen, a devoted dad of Lee and Mandie, also a dear brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Funeral Friday, February 2. COOPER - (nee Young) January 29, peacefully in hospital, of Darlington (formerly of Barnard Castle). Edna, aged 77 years, dearly loved wife of the late Nelson, much loved mother of David, Phillip, Julie and Diane and a loving grandmother and great-grandmother. Funeral Monday, February 5. Friends please meet for service in The Assembly of God Pentecostal Church, Corporation Road at 10.00 a.m., followed by cremation. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to the Church.

Mary (nee Meek), aged 92 years, beloved wife of the late Harold, dearly loved mam of Cynthia, beloved mother-in-law of Peter, also a dear sister and aunt. Funeral Friday, February 2. DONEATHY - Olive (nee Salvin), aged 86 years, formerly of Sunnycrest Avenue, Richmond, died peacefully at Nightingale Hall Nursing Home, Richmond on January 28. Beloved wife of the late Stephen (Don) and a dear aunt and great-aunt. Funeral service at St. Mary's Church, Richmond on Monday, February 5 at 11.30 a.m., followed by interment in the cemetery. John Robert, aged 81 years, beloved husband of Millie, dearly loved dad of Graham, dearest father-in-law of June, much loved grandad of Mark and Nicola, also a loving great-grandad and brother. Would friends please meet for service at Rosa Street Methodist Chapel, Spennymoor on Tuesday, February 6 at 1.15 p.m., followed by cremation at Durham.

Reuben, aged 81 years, beloved husband of the late Joyce, dear father of Alan, father-in-law to Pat also a dear grandfather and great-grandfather. Will friends please meet for service in Bishop Auckland Methodist Church at 2.00 p.m. on Friday, February 2, followed by interment in Witton Park Cemetery.

GOTT - January 30, peacefully in hospital, with his family around him, of Garden Lodge, Bow Street, Thornley. Jack, aged 76 years, beloved husband of Cora, a dearly loved father of Trish and Alan, a dearest father-in-law of Colin and Mary, a much loved granda of Alan, Lisa, Michael and James, also loving great-granda of Josh. Cortege leaving residence Wednesday, February 7 at 10.30 a.m. Friends please meet at Durham Crematorium for service and cremation at 11.00 a.m. Afterwards friends are invited for refreshments.
