WISE - Dr. Arthur Wise M.A., aged 97 years, of Richmond, formerly of Bishop Auckland, died peacefully at home on July 28 following years of ill health, borne with great patience and after a short final illness. Dearly loved and loving husband of Elizabeth and a much loved father, grandfather and friend.
