STEPHENSON - Fred M.B.E., aged 87 years, formerly of Woolley Hill, Woodland and Raby Moor, Staindrop, died peacefully at Beaconsfield Court Nursing Home, Barnard Castle on October 9, after a long illness bravely borne. Beloved husband of the late Gladys (nee Sayer), much loved dad of Anthony and Paul, a dear father-in-law and brother-in-law and a loving grandad and great-grandad.
