WELSH - Peacefully, in hospital on November 5, of Davis Crescent, Langley Park. William (Billy), aged 74 years. Dearly beloved husband of the late Vera, much loved dad of Lynne and Martin, dear father-in-law to Clive and Janet, a devoted grandad to Michael, Mark and Emily, dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend.
