Roy O. Wooldridge, 80, of Andrews passed away Sunday February 27, 2005 at his home in Andrews.
Memorial Services will be 2:00 Wednesday, March 2, 2005 at Andrews Church of Christ. Mark Wilson will officiate.
Roy was born July 11, 1924 in Greenwood, Texas. He moved to Andrews in 1946 from Carlsbad, New Mexico He married Norma Wood June 10, 1946, in Eunice, New Mexico. He worked for the city of Andrews for many years as the Landfill operator. He was a member of Andrews Church of Christ. Roy loved Trucks and Cars. He was an avid wrestling fan. He loved to grow and shell pecans and He always had some for friends and family when they stopped by. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them.
He is survived by: Wife- Norma Wooldridge of Andrews; 1 Son-Roy Wooldridge of Midland; 2 Daughters-Becky Lewis of Andrews and LaQuita Kortje of Allen, Texas; Two Brothers-Charlie Wooldridge of Tularosa, New Mexico; Lynn Wooldridge of Carlsbad, New Mexico; Don Wooldridge of Muskogee, Oklahoma; Three Sisters-Nona King of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Pat Maturro of Albuquerque, New Mexico; and Jerri Horine of Roswell, New Mexico; Six Grandchildren and Two Great-Grandchildren.

Katie "Kay" Gabriel, 88, of Andrews passed away Monday October 31, 2005 at Permian Regional Medical Center in Andrews.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Friday, November 4, 2005 at McNett Funeral Home Chapel. Dr. Jeff Donnell, Pastor of First Baptist Church in Andrews will officiate. Burial will be in Andrews West Cemetery.
Kay was born August 2, 1917 in Converse, Louisiana to George Robert and Alpha Sebren. She moved to Andrews in 1947 from Louisiana. She married "Dave" Monroe Gabriel on November 18, 1961 in Andrews. She was a homemaker and longtime member of First Baptist Church in Andrews. She was also a member of the Philresters Club. She enjoyed her children and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by; her parents; three brothers and two sisters.
She is survived by: Two Daughters- Bonnie Hitch and husband Donnell of Andrews; Shirley Parker and Husband Doyle of Ruidoso, NM; One Step Son- Monty Gabriel of Indiana; One Sister- Jewell Higginbotham of Port Allen, Louisiana; Five Grandchildren, Thirteen Great-Grandchildren and Four Great-Great-Grandchildren.

Gerald Seavey, 60 of Andrews passed away Thursday October 27, 2005 at Permian Regional Medical Center in Andrews.
Memorial Services will be 10:00 AM Monday at McNett Funeral Home. Rev. Alvin Petty will officiate.
Gerald was born March 20, 1945 in Rockland, Maine. He married Rita Miller on December 20, 1985 in Wytopitloak, Maine.
He worked in a Paper mill for 21 years and then Moved with his wife to Andrews in 2001 from Maine.
He loved to Paint and was very good at it. he enjoyed gardening.
Gerald was a member of the Permian Regioal Medical center Auxillery and was named the volenteer of the year in 2004.
He is survived by- Wife - Rita Seavey of Andrews,Three Step-Sons - Peter Guiette , Paul Guiette and Michael Guiette all of Maine. Grand daughter- Star Gray of Maine.
Aunt and Uncle - Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Pietroski of Maine; Step-Mother Annie Seavey of Maine and a special friend - Doris Roberts of Andrews.

Graveside services for Joseph F. Rutar, 95, of Hereford will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, October 26, 2005 in the Andrews Old Cemetery.
He passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2005 at B.S.A. Hospice Inpatient Unit in Amarillo.
He was born November 21, 1909 in Lucerne, Switzerland to Joseph Rutar and Alosia Mikich Rutar. He had worked as a salesman for Speck Distributing in Cleveland, Ohio. He moved to Andrews in 1974 from Cleveland and then to Hereford in 2003. He married Margaret Ann Schrump Rutar and she preceded him in death. He married Jo Claire Rutar and she preceded him in death. He was married to Juanita Harrison Rutar. He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 sister: Louise Stelbasky.
He is survived by his 1 son: Roger Rutar and wife Terry of Amarillo and his wife: Juanita Harrison of Odessa.

Graveside services for Alma Rose Heller, 86, of Robstown, Texas will be 10:00 AM Monday, October 24, 2005 in the Andrews Old Cemetery with Rev. Alvin Petty, Pastor of Wesley United Methodist Church in Andrews, officiating.
She passed away on Friday, October 21, 2005 at Doctors Regional Medical Center in Corpus Christi.
She was born December 14, 1918 in Meriker County, Minnesota to William Rahn and Bertha Rannow Rahn. She was a homemaker and a past member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Hector, Minnesota. She was preceded in death by her parents; 3 sisters; and 5 brothers.
She is survived by her 1 daughter: Genevive Heller Youngers of San Antonio; 3 sons: Melvin Heller of Andrews, LeRoy Heller of Fullerton, California, and Harold Heller of Hector, Minnesota; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and several great great grandchildren.

Rachel Marie Sanders, 79, of Andrews passed away Sunday, October 16, 2005 at Permian Residential Care Center in Andrews.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday at McNett Funeral Home Chapel. Moody Connor will officiate. Burial will be in Andrews Old Cemetery.
Rachel was born June 5, 1926 in Quanah, Texas to W.O and Marie Worley. She married Dr. B.D. "Don" Sanders January 19, 1944 in Seminole, Texas.
They moved to Andrews in 1954, and opened an Optometrist Office where Rachel helped Don begin his practice. She enjoyed playing bridge, golf, liked to work crossword puzzles, and loved being with her family. She was a member of Andrews Church of Christ.
Her parents, her husband, Don, in 2001; and four brothers preceded her in death.
Rachel is survived by: Her Daughter-Suzanne Blackburn and husband Les of Andrews; Her Son- Kip Sanders and his wife Loy of Andrews; Granddaughters- Christy Bright and husband Jeff of San Angelo; Jennifer Sanders of Midland; Grandson-Trey Humphrey and wife April of Andrews; Great-Grandsons - Michael and Kyler Bright and Ryan Humphrey; Great-Granddaughter - Shayden Sanders.

Funeral services for Marvin Joe Anderson, 64, of Andrews will be 2:00 PM Monday, October 17, 2005 at McNett Funeral Home Chapel in Andrews with Pastor Bobby Bell of Tree of Life Foursquare Church in Odessa, and Pastor James Anderson, Brother, of Venus, Texas officiating. Burial will follow in the Andrews North Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Joe Hestand, Delbert McNiel, Joe Glen Hestand, James Buchanan, Kenny Orson, Daniel Anderson, and Cody Anderson.
He passed away on Friday, October 14, 2005 at Permian Regional Medical Center in Andrews.
He was born November 17, 1940 in Old Glory, Texas to Dan Anderson and Agnes Lorene Reed. He married Margaret Jean Aubrey on June 7, 1959 in Paducah. He farmed in Rule, Texas until they moved to Andrews in 1978. He worked as a roughneck for MGF Drilling and Cactus Drilling in Odessa. He was a Baptist.
He was preceded in death by his father; 2 brothers; and 1 sister.
He is survived by his wife: Margaret Anderson of Andrews; mother: Agnes Anderson of Rotan; 3 sons: Alan Anderson of Rule, Terry Anderson of Andrews, and Stewart Anderson of Rockport; 1 daughter: Tammy Sumruld of Odessa; 4 brothers: Danny Anderson of Rule, James Anderson of Venus, Garland Anderson of Bryson, and Calvin Anderson of Lexington, Kentucky; 2 sisters: Anita Yarbrough of Cordova, Alaska and Melba McNiel of Snyder; 12 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.

Juanita Luna Chacon, 80, of Andrews passed away Friday October 14, 2005 at Midland Memorial Hospital.
Rosary will be 5:00 PM Sunday at McNett Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM Monday October 17, 2005 at Our Lady Of Lourdes Catholic Church Father Rodriguez of Midland will officiate. Burial will be in Andrews West Cemetery under the direction of McNett Funeral Home.
She was Born March 30, 1925 in Sharp, Texas She married Victoriano Luna in 1941 and they moved to Andrews in 1947 from Morton, Texas.
She was a Homemaker and in Andrews she was know as "The Burrito Lady" because she mad delicious burritos and sold them to the people and businesses in Andrews. She tried to retire several times but, everyone kept asking for her burritos.
She enjoyed working in her garden and helping people, and she loved to play Bingo and visit Casinos and she liked to travel.
She is survived by: 5 Sons-Severo Luna of Lancaster, California; Jose Luna of Houston, Texas; Gilbert Luna of Stanton, Texas; Alfred Luna of Reno, Nevada; Ernest Luna of Dallas, Texas; 4 Daughters- Olivea Galindo of Odessa; Beatrice Saldivar of Andrews; Delores Roberts of Ft. Worth, Texas and Adelina Meraz of Andrews; One Brother- Jesus Guerra of Corpus Christi; and One Sister- Defina Morales of Corpus Christi, Texas; 29 Grandchildren; 36 Great-Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great Grandchildren.

She passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2005 at Permian Regional Medical Center in Andrews.
She was born August 11, 1923 in Leary, Texas to Elmo Hurley Page and Cora Elizabeth Brewer Page. She was raised in Texarkana, Arkansas and graduated from Texarkana High School. She married Emory Echols Penny on January 23, 1943 in Texarkana, Arkansas. They moved to Andrews in 1957 from Texarkana, Arkansas. She worked for E & M Home Equipment in Andrews as a clerk for 16 years. She loved to play the piano, paint, made porcelain dolls, travel, go camping, loved the mountains, and was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Her husband preceded her in death on February 20, 2005. She was a member of Means Memorial United Methodist Church, where she was a member of the Wesley Sunday School Class.
She is survived by her 2 sons: Donald Penny and wife Pat of Arlington and Glenn Penny and wife Sue of Andrews; 4 grandchildren: Beverley Nichols, Emory D. Penny, Jerry Penny, and Jason Barkley; and 13 great grandchildren.

She passed away on Friday, October 7, 2005 at Permian Residential Care Center in Andrews.
She was born May 8, 1924 in Thurber, Texas to Charles Franklin Mosley and Lura Cantwell Mosley. She married Paul Keith "Cotton" Harris on August 20, 1948 in Hobbs, New Mexico. She moved to Seminole in 1951 and then to Andrews in 1972. She loved to shop, help with the elections in Andrews, and was involved in the WWII 381st Bombers Unit Reunion. She was a homemaker and a member of the Means Memorial United Methodist Church in Andrews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years on May 8, 1992; her parents; 1 sister; and 1 brother.
She is survived by her 1 son: Randall K. Harris and wife, Sue, of Andrews; 1 sister: Carol Lynn Watkins of Jal, New Mexico; 1 brother: Charles Ray Mosley of Kermit; and 2 grandchildren: Shawn Micheal Harris of Odessa and Anthony Dobs Harris, GSM3, US Navy, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
