OWASSO, Okla. - Lester Dean Rice, 64, of Owasso died Saturday, Feb. 28, 2004, in a local hospital.
Mr. Rice was born April 3, 1939, in Fort Riley, Kan. He was an employee of American Airlines, a Mason, a member of Central Baptist Church and retired from the Navy.
Survivors include his wife, Janice Bell Rice of Owasso; three daughters and two sons - in - law, Pam and Noel Bennett of Bixby, Okla., Angie and Bob Harmon and Michelle Rice of Owasso; one brother, Fred Rice of Beaumont, Texas; one sister, Ramona Rice of Georgia; and four granddaughters.
Services will be 2 p.m. today at Central Baptist Church, Owasso. Arrangements are under direction of Monery Funeral Home.
MARY FINN
LAKE CHARLES, La. - Mary Earleene Finn, 88, of Lake Charles died Sunday, Feb. 29, 2004.
Mrs. Finn was a graduate of the Conservatory of Music in Kansas City.
Survivors include three sons, C.M. Finn of Lake Charles, Daniel Finn of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Robert Finn II of Kansas City, Mo.; two daughters, Patricia Trussell of Lake Charles and Veronica Walker of Kansas City, Mo.; two brothers, Melvin and Theodore Thompson of Kansas City; one sister, Madeline Messick of Kansas City; 10 grandchildren; and nine great - grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Holy Cross Cemetery, Texarkana, with the Rev. Gerald Priest officiating. Burial will be under direction of Johnson Funeral Home, Lake Charles.
MARGIE McCORD
HUGHES SPRINGS, Texas - Margie McCord, 81, of Hughes Springs, died Sunday, Feb. 29, 2004, in a Linden, Texas, hospital.
Mrs. McCord was born March 14, 1922, in Marietta, Texas. She was retired from Barrett Cafeteria and a member of Hughes Springs First Baptist Church.
Survivors include one brother, Edward "Buster" McCord of Hughes Springs; two sisters, Evelyn Lovelady of Rusk, Texas and Joyce Lovelady of Hughes Springs; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Reeder - Davis Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Mickey Rorex and Ricky Vestal officiating. Burial will be in Hughes Springs Cemetery.
The body may be viewed today at the funeral home.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Troy Preston Pyron, 79, of Texarkana, Texas, died Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2004, in a local nursing home.
Mr. Pryon was born Jan. 21, 1925, in Linden, Texas.
Survivors include one brother, Homer Pyron of Marshall, Texas; and his friends at Texarkana Nursing Center.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Monday in Hillcrest Memorial Park with the Rev. Ed Eaton officiating. Burial will be under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home.
EUNICE BIUS
Eunice E. Bius, 84, of Texarkana, Texas, died Friday, Feb. 27, 2004, at her home.
Mrs. Bius was born July 23, 1919, in Akron, Ohio. She was a former teacher at Kent State University, a member of the Methodist Church and a World War II Navy veteran. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry T. Bius.
Survivors include one daughter, Donna M. Bius of Asheville, N.C.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Monday in Hillcrest Memorial Park with the Rev. Danny Barrett officiating. Burial will be under direction of Texarkana Funeral Home.

Mrs. Wilson was born Aug. 7, 1910, in Cass County, Texas. She was a homemaker and a member of Laws Chapel Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie Wilson in 1980; and one great - grandson, Chad Williams in 1988.
Survivors include two daughters and sons - in - law, Doris and R.F. Williams of Bivins, Texas, and Joyce and Junior Rosser of Atlanta; five grandchildren, James Roland Rosser and Johnny Rosser of Atlanta, Gina Runnels of Bivins, Gaylon Williams of Midland, Texas, and Rana Ball of Maud, Texas.

Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at East Funeral Home, Downtown, and 10 a.m. Tuesday at Mangum Funeral Home Chapel, Center, Texas. Burial will be in New Hope Cemetery under direction of Mangum Funeral Home.
