Homer Edward Fouty, 81, of Dayton died Wednesday, April 9, 2014 in Cleveland. Mr. Fouty was born November 28, 1932 in Frame, West Virginia to parents Homer D. Fouty and Minnie Harper Fouty. He was retired from the United States Air Force, had worked for the United States Postal Service, and was a charter member of the Tarkington Prairie Baptist Church.
Services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 12, 2014 at the Tarkington Prairie Baptist Church with Rev. Silas Hare officiating. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Friday evening at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland. Private interment will follow at Restwood Memorial Park in Lake Jackson, Texas.
Mr. Fouty was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Lena (Thompson) Fouty, parents, and four brothers. He is survived by his children, Linda McIntyre Megules, Rita Terrell and husband Rick, Homer Fouty Jr. and wife Sylvia, Dennis Fouty and wife Linda; grandchildren, Lindsey Buckmaster and husband George, Taylor Terrell, Lauren Fouty, Jonathan Fouty, Isaac Fouty and wife Jacqueline, David Fouty and MaryHelen Fouty; Great-grandchildren, Caroline Fouty, Annabelle and Ashley Buckmaster; sister, Margaret Hoffmann; brother-in-law, Allan Pearson and loving friend, MaryAnn Evans.

Evie Lee (“Dottie”) Jones died on April 9, 2014 at age 94.
She was born at Call, TX in 1919 to George Washington Edgar and Evie Line Roebuck Edgar. Her family moved to Daisetta in the oil boom days and Dottie lived in the Daisetta area since she was two years old.
She was preceded in death by her parents and by three husbands: Walter Odos Hughes, Sr. (divorced in 1939, died 1969), Jesse L. Speed (died 1967) and Alvin (“Dood”) Jones (died 1996). She was also preceded in death by one son: George Mitchell Hughes, Sr. (died 1995). She is survived by four children: Walter O. (“Buster”) Hughes, Jr. (wife Billie Jean) of Batson, Norma Faye H. Hickman (husband Lloyd) of Kilgore, Linda Jan S. Pack (husband Dean) of Mandeville, LA and Edgar L. (“Bud”) Speed of Raywood. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, eleven great-great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives.
Her family will receive friends at Faith & Family Funeral Services on Saturday April 12, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., with the service of remembrance starting at 2:00 p.m., officiated by Reverend Leslie Gains. Interment will follow at Guedry cemetery in Batson.

Lynda “Margaret” Ricks Neuman, 73, of Morgan, died Tuesday, April 8, 2014, at the Providence Medical Center in Waco.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, April 13, 2014, at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at Magnolia Park cemetery in Dayton. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday, at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton.
Margaret was born March 6, 1941 in Cleburne, to parents; Bonnie L. “B.L.” and Ada Blan Bryant Ricks, a former resident of Baytown, and has resided in Morgan for the past 14 years. She was a graduate of the Dayton High School class of 1959, a retired head librarian for Arco of Channelview, and a member of the Church of Christ. She was also a member of Beta Sigma Phi and bridge clubs. She enjoyed playing games, antiquing, gardening, and quilting.
Mrs. Neuman was preceded in death by her parents and brother: Terry Lee Ricks, Sr. She is survived by her husband of 54 years: Franklin “Franky” Neuman of Morgan, sons: Lynn “Todd” Neuman and wife Cathey of Dayton and Michael “Tracy” Neuman of Livingston, sisters: Florence Higginbotham of Dayton, Bonnie Lyrette of Houston, and Mildred Bryant of Alto, grandchildren: Michael Tra’ Neuman, II, Heather L. Neuman White and husband Cory, Erica G. Neuman Yarbro and husband Colton, Travis Neuman and wife D.D., and Trinity Neuman, six great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Robak
Marion Francis Robak, formerly from North Kingstown, RI, currently from Liberty, Texas, died Friday evening April 4, 2014.
She had lived in North Kingstown for 62 years, prior to moving to Liberty.
Marion was born on August 2, 1922, in Lanesboro, MA., the daughter of the late James and Grace Drew.
She graduated from St. Joseph’s high school in Pittsfield, and worked at Eaton Crane, in Pittsfield during WWII.
Marion and her late husband, John K. Robak, were married
at St. Mark’s church in Pittsfield on August 30, 1945. They lived in Key West, Florida, prior to moving to North Kingstown, RI.
Marion was a communicant of St. Francis de Sales church in North Kingstown, and one of the founding families when the parish started. Marion deeply loved her family and friends, and staying in touch with them through the years. She enjoyed writing, gardening, baking, decorating, and playing the organ.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Kathleen Martinez, of Liberty, Texas, her loving daughter-in-law, Dale Robak, and her loving son, Alan Robak, both of North Kingstown (formerly, from Uxbridge, MA), six loving grand children, John, Matthew, and Stephen Robak, and Christopher, Robert, and Marion Martinez, and three loving great-grand children, JayTon, Sean Alan, and Traevon Brooks.
Visitation for Marion will be held Monday April 14, 2014 from 5-8 P.M. and Tuesday April 15, 2014 from 5-8 P.M. at Allison Funeral Service, 1101 N. Travis Liberty, Texas . A funeral mass will be celebrated Wednesday April 16, 2014 at 10AM in Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church. Burial services will be held in St. Jospeh’s cemetery in Pittsfield, MA.
Duncan
Dustin C. Duncan, 53, of Dayton, died Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at his residence.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 11, 2014, at the Kenefick Southern Baptist Church with services concluding thereafter. Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton.
Dustin was born December 18, 1960 in Beaumont, to parents; Ray and Marie Alvis Duncan, a former resident of Vidor, and has resided in Dayton for the past 24 years. He was an operator for Spectra Energy of Mt. Belvieu, CFO of Street Dream Creations, member of Kenefick Southern Baptist Church, life member of the NRA, and contributed to Locks of Love. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and being at the beach.
Mr. Duncan was preceded in death by his parents, daughter: Delana M. Duncan, and brother: Michael Duncan. He is survived by his wife of 33 years: Deana Ford Duncan of Dayton, son: Dalton Duncan of Dayton and Dusty Duncan of Dayton, brothers: Tony Duncan and wife Linda of Arizona and Rex Duncan of Crystal Beach, sister: Debbie Zambardino and David Longbottom of Ennis, his co-workers and family at Spectra Energy of Mt. Indio Dennis Gregory Cosek, 58, of Cleveland, died Thursday, April 3, 2014, in Houston.

Indio was born November 14, 1955 in Alexandria, VA, to parents; William Nicholas Cosek and Darlene Rose Hanks. He was a self-employed carpenter. In his spare time he enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
Mr. Cosek was preceded in death by his daughter, Jennifer Mae Cosek. He is survived by his parents, William N. and Darlene R. Coleman G. Carter, 83, of Kenefick, died Tuesday, April 8, 2014, at his residence.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 12, 2014, at the Kenefick Southern Baptist Church with graveside services at 1:00 p.m., at Grandview Memorial Park in Pasadena. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton.
Coleman was born June 4, 1930, in Palestine, Arkansas, to parents; George and Ruth Meatte Carter, a former resident of Pasadena, and has resided in Dayton for the past 45 years. He was a graduate of the Galena Park High School, attended Texas A&M, and received his Jurisprudence Degree from the South Texas College of Law. He was a veteran of the US Army with service during Korea, member of the Kenefick Southern Baptist Church and the Bar Association for 50 years. Mr. Carter was also a former Pasadena City Council member and City Attorney for Friendswood. He also enjoyed gardening, and tending to his land.
Mr. Carter was preceded in death by his mother: Ruth Meatte Carter, father: George Carter, Sr., wife: Gayle Carter, sister: Marilyn Carter Black, and brothers: George Carter Jr., Bob Carter, and Doug Carter.

Patricia Anne Edmonds, age 39, died April 6, 2014 at the Baptist Hospital in Beaumont, Texas with her loving Family at her side.
Anne was born on July 9, 1971 in Charlotte, North Carolina to Jerry Devon Barnhill and Patricia Anne Marshall-Barnhill.
Anne grew up in Liberty, Texas where she attended Liberty Schools and graduated from Liberty High School.
After High School, Anne became a homemaker and mother. Anne had two son's Trot Lee Gibson, Jr. and Avery Wayne Gibson, both of Dayton, Texas with Troy Lee Gibson, Sr.
Anne married
Clarence Connie Edmonds and to this happy union Anne had two children, Jessica Renee Edmonds and William Lee Edmonds.
Anne also enjoyed being outdoors and taking in God's beauty on earth and loved spending time with her precious family and friends.
Anne is preceded in death by her loving parents Patricia (Pat) Anne Barnhill and Jerry Devon Barnhill.

Waldrop
Kristina Kelly Waldrop passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, April 4, 2014, after a long and courageous battle with cancer; she was 50 years old. Kristina was born November 10, 1963 to Cal and Diane Kelly in Longview, Texas. As the daughter of a Methodist minister, she lived in many East Texas towns during her childhood including Union Ridge, Pine Hill, Diana, Teneha, East Houston, Orange, China, and Daisetta. She was a 1982 graduate of Hull-Daisetta High School and attended Lon Morris College in Jacksonville, Texas, where she was a member of the Lon Morris Chapel Choir. Kristina married
Timothy Kyle Waldrop of Tyler, Texas on March 7, 1987.
Kristina was an avid traveler and hostess, and served as a role model of courage and adventure for the numerous friends she made over the years. Her hospitality, southern charm, and exuberance for living will be greatly missed by all.
Kristina is preceded in death by her father Reverend Cal Kelly, grandparents E.C. and Hazel Irene (Lovie) Daigle and Edgar and Louise Kelly, all of Beaumont, uncle Ed Kelly of Ruston, Louisiana, and cousin Mike Kelly of Austin, Texas. Kristina is survived by her husband Tim of Tomball, daughters Lauren Elaine Waldrop of El Paso and Lizabeth Anne Waldrop of Tomball, mother Diane Daigle Kelly of Cedar Park, sister Elaine Kelly-Diaz of Leander, niece Hayli Grace Salinas, also of Leander, uncles Allen Daigle and James Kelly, cousins Ron Kelly, Kathy Kelly, and Michelle Bartholomew, and a host of very special friends.
