FRANKLIN Graveside services for Clarence Eugene George, 85, of Franklin are set for 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery near Franklin. Dwain Steinkuehler of Bryan will officiate.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at McCauley Funeral Home in Franklin.
Mr. George died Monday at St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan.
He was born in Sparks, Okla. He was a self-employed heavy equipment operator and was a resident of Franklin for the past 17 years, having previously lived in Houston. He was a member of the New Baden Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy George of Franklin; two daughters and one son-in-law, Opal Hilton and Colleen and Tom Hobbs of Houston, all of Houston; four sons and three daughters-in-law, Leo George of Georgia, Allen and Nancy George of Midwest City, Okla., Chuck and Teresa George of Savannah, Ohio, and Larry and Dee George of Hockley; a stepson and stepdaughter-in-law, Kenneth and Rose Marie Pierce of Garland; two sisters, Clara Jensen of Perkins, Okla., and Kathy Eaton of Stillwater, Okla.; two brothers, Virgil George of Oklahoma City, and Leroy George of Surprise, Ariz.; ten grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and two stepgrandchildren.

A memorial service for Ramunas Juozas Motekaitis, 61, of College Station is set for 5:30 p.m. Thursday at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. A funeral Mass is set for 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Nativity Church B.V.M. in Chicago. A wake service will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday at Brady-Gill Funeral Home in Chicago. Burial will be in the St. Casimir Cemetery in Chicago.
Local arrangements are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan.
Mr. Motekaitis died Monday at St. Joseph Regional Health Center.
He was born in Kaunas, Lithuania. He was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, where he played the organ. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Brazos Valley P.C. Club, Brazos Valley Organist Guild and the Chemical Society. He was a researcher and instructor in the chemistry department at Texas A&M University.
Survivors include his wife, Veronika Motekaitis of College Station; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Kazys and Ramune Motekaitis of Chicago, Liudas and Lina Motekaitis of Lithuania and Bronius Motekaitis of College Station; a daughter and son-in-law, Milda and Lawrence DeVoe of New York City?.; his mother-in-law, Lucija Tijuenelis of College Station; a brother, Manigirdas Motekaitis of Chicago; and one grandson.

Services for John Weldon Ames, 49, of College Station are set for 2 p.m. Saturday at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan. The Rev. Bob Richers of First United Methodist Church in Bryan will officiate. Burial will be in the College Station Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. to service time Saturday at the funeral home.
Mr. Ames died Tuesday at College Station Medical Center.
He was born in San Antonio and worked for the city of College Station and the College Station Wal-Mart. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his mother, Verda Ames-Barron of Bryan; a brother, Dave Barron of Troy, Ala.; two sisters, Peggy Calliham of College Station and Vivan Moss of Midland; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
Mr. Aguirre died Tuesday in Centerville. He was born in Harlingen and lived in the Normangee area since 1950. He was a ranch worker and a Catholic.
He was preceded in death by his wife.
Survivors include his son, Willie Aguirre of Centerville; two daughters and a son-in-law, Mary Weaver of Centerville and Lupe and Andy Botello of Normangee; his sister, Salomea Tamez of Robstown, Texas; 18 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Rolan died Monday at her home in Bryan. She was born in Houston. She resided in Bryan since 1993 and was a member of Reliance Baptist Church.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the family present from 7 to 9 p.m.
Mr. Pickett died Wednesday in Porter.
He was born in Galveston and was a meter reader for the Houston Water Department in Houston, where he lived for 66 years. He then moved to Leona and later to Porter.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lida Odell Pickett. Survivors include his son, Jessie L. Pickett of Conroe; two daughters and sons-in-law, Betty and Wayne Owens of Conroe, and Teresa and Clifford Stroud of Centerville; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Itha Lane Jones.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Henry Foster.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Vann Walker.
