Private family services for Phyllis Hughes, 87, of College Station will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of Callaway-Jones Funeral Home in Bryan.
Mrs. Hughes died Wednesday in College Station Medical Center.
She was born in Worchester, England, and had lived in College Station since 1974. She was a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Vastine Hughes.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, William V. Jr. and Tracy Hughes of Navasota and Jonathan and Laura Hughes of Bryan; a daughter, Elizabeth Hughes of College Station; and three grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 906 George Bush Drive, College Station, Texas 77840.
Katherine Melugin Thomas

Services for Katherine Melugin Thomas, 87, of Corpus Christi are set for 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Chapel at Seaside Memorial Park in Corpus Christi.
Dr. Vernon Elmore will officiate. Burial will be private.
Visitation will be from noon to the time of the services Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Thomas died Friday in Sherwood Health Care Center in Bryan.
She was a homemaker and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Corpus Christi for 54 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Porter Thomas.
Survivors include two daughters and a son-in-law, Elaine and Robert Vernon of College Station and Michaele Lawson McClung of New Port Richey, Fla.; a brother, Harold H. Melugin of Wichita, Kan.; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

ALHAMBRA, Calif. Services for Lena Wiemer, 84, of Alhambra are set for 10 a.m. Tuesday at All Souls Catholic Church in Alhambra.
Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery in South San Gabriel, Calif.
Arrangements are under the direction of Pierce Brothers Simone DuBois Mortuary in Alhambra.
Mrs. Wiemer died Thursday.
She was born in Alhambra and was a former resident of Bryan. She was an Avon dealer for more than 25 years. She was president of the Mothers Club in California and was a member of the Italian Community Federation.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond Wiemer of Alhambra; two sons and daughters-in-law, Donald and Debra Wiemer and David and Tina Wiemer, all of California; two sisters, Janie Watson of Bryan and Camilla DiGiovanni of Upland, Calif.; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Services for Josephine Josie Mirabella, 89, of Bryan are set for 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Bryan.
The Rev. Steve Kana of St. Anthony Catholic Church will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan.
Mrs. Mirabella died Saturday in St. Joseph Skilled Nursing Center.
She was born in Morgan City, La., and had lived in Bryan for most of her life. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marion Mirabella.
Survivors include a daughter-in-law, Claudia Mirabella of Alaska; a brother and two sisters-in-law, Brazos and Josephine Arcotta of Cameron and Lena Arcotta of Bryan; a brother-in-law, Pat Ponzio of Bryan; a grandson; a niece; and numerous other nieces and nephews.

James Terrell Floyd

MADISONVILLE Services for James Terrell Floyd, 53, of North Zulch are set for 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Madisonville Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Rock Prairie Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.
Mr. Floyd died Sunday in Madisonville.
He was born in Yreka, Calif., and had lived in North Zulch for eight months. He formerly lived in Beeville, Texas, where he worked as a security officer for the prison system. He was a Baptist.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Deborah Floyd.
Survivors include his mother, Earlene Floyd of North Zulch; a daughter and son-in-law, Angela K. and Damian Ruffino of Houston; a stepdaughter, Jennifer Priest of Beeville; and a granddaughter.

She was born in Oletha, Texas, and had lived most of her life in Robertson County. She was a member of the New Baden Baptist Church and was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by a son, George David Hughes.
Survivors include her husband, George Hughes of New Baden; a son and two daughters-in-law, Donald Glen and Peggy Hughes of College Station and Jan Hughes of Easterly; a brother, James K. Calhoun of Franklin; a sister and brother-in-law, Rose and Calvin Varner of San Marcos, Texas; a sister-in-law, Winnie Hughes of Pasadena, Texas; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives.

Mr. McMillan died Sunday in Bryan.
He was born in Big Spring, Texas, and had lived in Caldwell for 20 years. He was a member of Harmony Baptist Church, where he was a member of the choir. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps military Police during World War II and was retired from Maxwell House Coffee.
Survivors include his wife, Willie McMillan of Caldwell; a son and daughter-in-law, William and Christi McMillan of Tyler, Texas; two step-sons and a daughter-in-law, Bobby Simons of Caldwell and Ray and Cindy Simons of Alvin, Texas; a daughter, Christina Larado of San Antonio; two step-daughters, Ronnie Andrews and Debbie Pevehouse, both of Caldwell; a brother and sister-in-law, R.E. and Sis McMillan of Bossier City, La.; two sisters, Ann Bross of Abilene, Texas, and Patsy McMillan of Ocola, Fla.; a sister-in-law, Verma McMillan of Bossier City; 21 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Slafka died Sunday in the Bremond Nursing Center.
He was a lifelong resident of Bremond and was a member of St. Marys Catholic Church and the Polish National Alliance.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Cecil Anne Slafka; and a son, Johnny Slafka.
