MADISONVILLE — Graveside services for Robert G. Riley, 87, of Madisonville are set for 2 p.m. Thursday at Madisonville City Cemetery in Madisonville.
Elton Haley will officiate.
Visitation will be Thursday from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Madisonville Funeral Home.
Mr. Riley died Tuesday at Madison St. Joseph Health Center.
He was born in Santa Anna, Texas. He was a retired Texas Department of Criminal Justice guard and a member of Hwy 90 Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann Lou Janson Riley.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Rector Riley of Houston and his wife, Patricia Adams of Tulsa, Okla.; two sisters, Edna Shery of Abilene and Cloys Deck of Coleman, Texas; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Edna Bolenbarr
Sept. 17, 1923 — June 12, 2000
NAVASOTA — Graveside services for Edna Bolenbarr, 76, of Navasota are set for 4 p.m. Thursday at Oakland Cemetery in Navasota.
The Rev. Donald Kasper of Trinity Lutheran Church in Navasota will officiate.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m. at Nobles Funeral Chapel in Navasota. A prayer service will be Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the funeral chapel.
Mrs. Bolenbarr died Tuesday afternoon at Canterbury Villa of Navasota.
She was born in Anderson and was a homemaker. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thornton Bolenbarr.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Don and Pam Bolenbarr of Brenham and Raymond and Ella Bolenbarr of Navasota; one sister, Christine Molitor of Anderson; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Felicitas Aguilar

Services for Felicitas Aguilar, 106, of Alice, Texas, are set for 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Church in Alice.
Burial will be in New Collins in Alice.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Home in Alice.
Mrs. Aguilar died Sunday in Alice.
She was born in Charcas Estados, San Luis Potosi, Mexico. She moved to Texas in 1918 and to Alice in 1921.
She was preceded in death by two husbands, Matias Rosales and Simon Aguilar.
Survivors include three sons, Ted Rosales of Hearne, Brigido Rosales of Alice and Johnny Gomez of Arizona; four daughters, Guadalupe Monday and Concha Quintana, both of College Station, Maria Elizardo of Amarillo and Santos Ybarra of Harlingen, Texas; 44 grandchildren; 129 great-grandchildren; 140 great-great-grandchildren; and 50 great-great-great-grandchildren.
Loween Maxwell

Graveside services for Loween Maxwell, 87, of Rockdale are set for 11 a.m. Friday at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Rockdale.
The Rev. Don Box will officiate.
Mrs. Maxwell died last Thursday at Richards Memorial Hospital in Rockdale.
She was born in Rockdale and was a high school teacher.
She was preceded in death by two husbands, Norman C. Malechek and H.D. Maxwell.
Survivors include two stepsons, Sid Maxwell of Boerne, Texas, and H.D. Maxwell of Kerrville, Texas; and one stepdaughter, Julia Pettigrew of Stafford, Texas.

Dorothy Regini ‘Dottie’ Buescher

Services for Dorothy Regini “Dottie” Buescher, 75, of Bryan were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Hillier Funeral Home.
The Rev. R.L. Cole officiated. Burial was in Restever Memorial Park in Bryan.
Mrs. Buescher died Tuesday at St. Joseph Regional Health Center.
She was born in Louisville, Ky., and moved to Bryan in 1981. She was a retired telephone operator and a member of the Order of Eastern Star and the Pioneer of Galveston.
Survivors include her husband, Lee Roy Buescher of Bryan; two sons and one daughter-in-law, W.C. “Scooter” Regini of Bryan and T.N. “Timbo” and Sharon Regini of North Zulch; one daughter, Virginia L. Cole of DeFuniak Springs, Fla.; two nephews; one niece; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Andre Lee ‘Rusty’ Treybig

Services for Andre Lee “Rusty” Treybig, 46, of Brenham, Texas, are set for 2 p.m. Friday at Brenham Memorial Chapel.
The Rev. Cecilia Smith will officiate. Burial will be in Florida Chapel Cemetery between Round Top, Texas, and Warrenton, Texas.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the chapel.
Mr. Treybig died Monday at St. Joseph Regional Health Center.
He was born in Texas City, Texas. He owned Mad Hatter Comics bookstore in Brenham and was a member of Alcoholics Anonymous.
Survivors include his father, Calvin A. “Cotton” Treybig Sr. of Texas City, one brother and sister-in-law, Calvin A. “Buddy” Jr. and Sheila Treybig of Texas City; one nephew; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Albina Tracy Matcek Surovik

CALDWELL — Services for Albina Tracy Matcek Surovik, 100, of Bryan are set for 10 a.m. Saturday at Strickland Funeral Home in Caldwell.
The Rev. Henry Beseda will officiate. Burial will be in New Tabor Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Surovik died Tuesday.
She was born in New Tabor community in Burleson County. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Snook Brethren Church, the church’s Christian Sisters organization and New Tabor S.P.J.S.T. Lodge #17.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Surovik Jr.
Survivors include one son, Frank D. Surovik III of Lyons, Texas; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Annie Daniels of Cooks Point, Texas, Adele and T.C. Houston of Cooks Point and Agnes and Raymond Dehart of Bryan; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren; and one great-great-great-grandchild.
A.E. Nightingale

Services for A.E. Nightingale, 80, of College Station are set for 2 p.m. Saturday at Memorial Funeral Chapel in College Station.
Joe Taylor will officiate. Burial will be in College Station Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.
Mr. Nightingale died Tuesday in College Station.
He was born in Millville, N.J., and lived in Bryan for 34 years. He was one of Texas A&M University’s first floriculture professors and advisers. He supervised the university’s floriculture greenhouse. He was a member of the American Society for Horticultural Science and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Babe Nightingale of College Station; one son and daughter-in-law, Glenn and Barbara Bailey of Cherry Hill, N.J.; three sisters-in-law, Audrey Baker of Dunbar, S.C., Opie Painter of Liberty, W. Va., Swannee Chamberland of St. Albans, W. Va.; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.
Memorials may be made to the Arthur E. Nightingale Memorial Scholarship through the Texas A&M Horticulture Sciences Department.

Mary Dunlap Anderson
June 22, 1904 — June 13, 2000
Services for Mary Dunlap Anderson, 95, of Bryan are set for 3 p.m. Thursday at First Presbyterian Church in Bryan.
The Rev. Tom Estes, who is a former co-pastor of Covenant Presbyterian Church in College Station, will officiate. A private burial will be in College Station Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Thursday at Hillier Funeral Home in Bryan and from 2 to 3 p.m. Thursday at the church.
Mrs. Anderson died Tuesday in Bryan.
She was born in Breckenridge, Texas, and lived in Bryan for 72 years. She attended the University of Texas. She was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church, formerly A&M Presbyterian Church, where she was in the choir and was a vacation Bible school teacher. She was past president of United Church Women. She served on the city of College Station committee that consolidated College Station public schools and chartered the city.
She was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. Norman Anderson.
Survivors include one son, Fred Graydon Anderson of Bryan; one daughter, Mary A. Wicker of Bryan; two daughters-in-law, Carol McCullogh Anderson of Bryan and Patricia Nichols Anderson of Bryan; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Antonio ‘Tony’ Lopez Cruz

Services for Antonio “Tony” Lopez Cruz, 46, of Livingston, Texas, are set for 10 a.m. Saturday at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan.
The Rev. Ruben Menchaca of Templo Buenas Assembly of God will officiate. Burial will be in Rest-Ever Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday and from 8 a.m. to the time of the services Saturday at the funeral home.
A prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Mr. Cruz died Wednesday in a Galveston hospital.
He was born in Bryan and was a longtime Bryan resident.
Survivors include his father, Enedino Cruz of Elsa, Texas; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Gloria Lopez, Linda and Freddie Naranjo and Melba Lopez, all of Bryan; a grandmother, Rafela Cruz of Elsa; and two nieces.

Mrs. Dickson died Saturday in College Station Medical Center.
She was born in Brazos County and was a homemaker. She was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church.

Dickson of Anderson; two sons, Joseph Taylor of Temple, Texas, and Lawrence Taylor of Rosharon, Texas; five step-sons and two daughters-in-law, Anthony Dickson and Darrell Dickson, both of Rosharon, Freddie and Shirley Roberson of Houston, J.H.
