Sarah Barragan Tarin, 94, passed away March 27. She was a longtime seamstress who had been employed at Fort Bliss. She is survived by her children Henry Barragan and Esther Dominguez 26 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. Burial was private.

Gladys P. Foote Chouinard, 92, passed away on March 21. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Gladys and Robert La Belle of El Paso, 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchldren. A memorial service took place at the Royal Estates in El Paso and burial was in Chicopee, Mass.

Maybelle Lease Cisneros, 74, passed away March 19. The longtime resident of El Paso is survived by Alton L. Snyder of Las Cruces; her children John W. Cisneros Sr., Patricia Cisneros Nasser and Joy Cisneros Haan five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She donated her remains to the Texas Tech Medical School and a memorial celebration will take place at her home in Las Cruces on April 21.

Faith Kitty Cleveland, 80, passed away March 23. She resided in El Paso from 1971 until 1989 and was a teacher with the Socorro Independent School District. She is survived by her children Ellis Cleveland Jr., Myra Price, Ann Sikes, Jo Marie Thompson, Ellen Fannin, Sandy Cleveland and Austin Tuffy Cleveland 15 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Graveside services were March 29.

He retired from Mountain States Telephone Co. in 1971 and is survived by his wife Edith Cox, sister-in-law Mary Jay, brother-in-law Tom Harrison, sister-in-law Dolores Harrison and several nieces and nephews.
