In addition she had principal roles in informational films, television commercials, a TV movie called "Just Kids", and the TV hit "Three's Company". She also taught acting classes at a Hollywood Studio for three years.
After much soul searching, she decided to return to San Antonio where her family still lived. She then founded Southwest Audits, Inc., an insurance auditing business which two years later was making a profit and was debt free. The company eventually extended into 28 states.
Her independent spirit, lifelong principles of hard work and determination had brought many rewards, and she became less involved in her company's active management.
