Mr. Collins was born July 18, 1930, in Pamona, Mo.
He served in the Navy during World War II. He married Earldean McCarty on May 29, 1959. He worked for Bell Helicopter for 15 years before becoming self-employed.
Kenneth's memory and joy of life was with family and grandchildren. His influence and love will be missed.
Mr. Collins was preceded in death by two sons, Timmy Hughes and Tommy Martinez.

Myrtle Evans was born Aug. 16, 1903, in Brownsville, Tenn.

Frances Anne Farmer
FORT WORTH -- Frances Anne Farmer, 76, a homemaker and beloved mother and grandmother, died Friday, July 18, 1997, at a local hospital.

Frances Farmer was born May 17, 1921, in Detroit, Mich. She worked for Packard Motor Co., until World War II, when she served in the Women's Army Air Corps. She married Air Force Captain Bob Lukeman in 1946. They had three children and moved to Fort Worth in 1951. In 1961, she married John Marsh Farmer, from a pioneer Parker County ranching and farming family, and had one child. They lived and farmed in Dell City from 1971 to 1985.
She was preceded in death by her brother, James Drennan of Redford Township, Mich., sister, Mary Drennan of Detroit, and her husband of 29 years, John Marsh Farmer of Dell City and Parker County. She was a member of the Dell City Chamber of Commerce and on the staff of the Hudspeth County Herald.

Johnny V. Flores was born July 3, 1932, in Fort Worth.
He was a Fort Worth native and a veteran of the Vietnam and Korean wars. He made his residence in San Antonio while serving in the Army and retiring there.
Mr. Flores was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elpidio Flores; and brothers, Manuel V. and Rudy V. Flores.

Kenneth Harlow was born May 17, 1908 in Callahan County. He was a 1931 graduate of Daniel Baker College in Brownwood. He had lived in Fort Worth for 40 years. He retired from Swift & Co. in 1973 after 34 years of service. He had been living with his daughter in Fayetteville, Ga. since the loss of his wife, Ruth, in 1992.

Wayne Eugene Ingram
FORT WORTH -- Wayne Eugene Ingram, 75, a noted Fort Worth portrait artist, died Saturday, July 19, 1997, at a Fort Worth hospital.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Tuesday at Greenwood Funeral Home.
Wayne Ingram was born June 25, 1922, in Amarillo. He attended Texas Christian University and the Chicago Institute of Art, and served in the Second World War as a naval aviator. In 1944, he married Marilyn Leeper and eventually settled in Fort Worth-Dallas community. His portraits are represented in private collections across the country and include two sitting presidents.
Survivors: Wife, Marilyn Ingram; sons, Gregory Wayne Ingram and wife, Kimberly; daughters, Lindsey Ingram Norwood of Dallas and Alison Ingram of Austin; and grandsons, Bowen and Blake Ingram.

Fred Thomas Jeter
WEATHERFORD -- Fred Thomas Jeter, 76, a rancher and agriculturalist, died Saturday, July 19, 1997, at a Weatherford hospital.
Memorial service: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Central Christian Church in Weatherford.
Fred Jeter was born Jan. 24, 1921, in Gladewater. He served 31/2 years in the Army during World War II in the European theater. He went into service as a private at Camp Wolters and was the company bugler. He received a Battlefield Commission in Germany of 2nd Lieutenant. He was engaged in five major battles and received a bronze star and numerous other medals.
Mr. Jeter was a member of Central Christian Church of Weatherford, the Masonic Lodge, a charter member of Suez Temple Shrine in San Angelo and a member of the Sons of Texas Republic. During the time he lived in Odessa, he served on the First Christian Church Board, the Symphony Board and the Odessa Junior College Board and remained active in city and church.
He built many houses in many West Texas towns. His first career choice was farming and raising cattle and that was what he was doing in later life.

Robert Kay was born Aug. 30, 1918, in Electra, Texas.
He was a graduate of Electra High School and retired from the Air Force after 30 years. He was a prisoner of war for 3 1/2 years in Japan and the Philippines. He was a 51-year member of Electra Masonic Lodge 1067, a lifetime member of the Retired Officer Association and a member of Ridglea Country Club.
