Goldie Juanita Huffstetler was born Feb. 8, 1921, in Altus, Okla. She was a member of Faith Assembly of God Church of Granbury.

Wayne Kelley
STEPHENVILLE -- Wayne Kelley, 71, a retired employee of the Texas Department of Highways and Transportation, died Wednesday, July 2, 1997, at a Stephenville hospital.
Funeral: 10 a.m. Saturday at Stephenville Funeral Home. Burial: Lingleville East End Cemetery.
Wayne Kelley was born March 31, 1926, in Lingleville.
He was a member of Lingleville Baptist Church, a founding member of the Erath County Sheriff's Posse, a 20-year member of the Stephenville Volunteer Fire Department and a member of the Erath County Livestock Association.

FORT WORTH -- Walter Charles Harrison Kerr, 93, a retired physician, died Wednesday, July 2, 1997, at his daughter's home in Fort Worth.

Dr. Walter Kerr was born Dec. 30, 1903, in Peoria, Ill.
He was a graduate of the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine in 1933. He practiced medicine in Picher, Okla., until 1953. After moving to Fort Worth in August, 1953, he practiced medicine specializing in arthritis and rheumatology until he retired in 1983. Dr. Kerr was a member of the Tarrant County Medical Society and the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis.
Dr. Kerr was a dedicated physician, loving husband and father, a member of the South Side Lions Club more than 40 years and a member of Central Christian Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Genieve Garman Kerr.
Survivors: Daughter, Ellen Kerr and husband, Lee Unger; son, Walter C. Kerr Jr. and wife, Ann; grandsons, Walter C. Kerr III and wife, Anita, and David Kerr and wife, Lori, of Fort Worth; great- grandson, Walter C. Kerr IV of Fort Worth; and wonderful nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

NORTH CANTON, Ohio -- Vera M. Mann, 81, a retired nurse, died Wednesday, July 2, 1997, in North Canton, Ohio.

Vera Mann was born Oct. 17, 1915, in Russellville, Ark.
She lived in Benbrook from 1956 through 1976. During that time she was president of Benbrook PTA and also served as election judge in Benbrook for many years. She moved to Dallas in 1976, then to Ohio in 1992.

Asa Monzingo was born May 7, 1920, in Hollis, Okla., to Earl and Arlie Davis Monzingo. He married Virginia Henley on Feb. 24, 1947, in Weatherford.
Mr. Monzingo served in the Army Air Forces and Marine Corps during World War II and the Korean War. He retired from the military in 1962. He was a member of First United Methodist Church and the Masonic Lodge.
