Funeral: 10:30 a.m. Monday at Southside Church of Christ. Graveside service: 3:30 p.m. Monday in Nocona Cemetery. Visitation: 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday.

Mr. Thomas was born Jan. 14, 1925, in Corsicana.
"Hoppy" grew up in Nocona. He served three years in the Navy during World War II on the USS Tomahawk. He received five Asiatic-Pacific Medals and one Phillipine medal.
He belonged to the Southside Church of Christ in Fort Worth, the Texas Association of Appraisal Districts with the designation of Registered Professional Appraiser, and was a member of the Texas Assessing Officers. He retired in 1990 from Pritchard and Abbott, Inc., a Valuation Consulting firm in Fort Worth. Since his retirement, he served faithfully two days a week in the Southside Church of Christ Food Pantry.

Joseph Ainsworth Tilley III was born Feb. 25, 1963, in Fort Worth. His education consisted of the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird Campus) in Glendale, Ariz., in 1988; Texas Christian University in Fort Worth with a degree in finance in 1986; and Fort Worth Country Day School in Fort Worth in 1981. Previously he was a presidential appointee in the Agriculture Department during the Bush administration. He was a member of the Fort Worth Club, Steeplechase, Kappa Sigma fraternity and the Beefeaters Club.
Mr. Tilley was a loving husband, son, brother and friend.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis Jones Tilley.

Joseph Benson Titus was born in Sewickley, Penn.He lived in Indianapolis until he joined the Army during World War II.
He was a graduate of Shortridge High School. He attended the University of Missouri and graduated from Baylor University in Waco in 1950. He retired from the `Star-Telegram in 1983, where he had worked as a reporter, copy desk chief, rewrite man, assistant city editor, editorial writer and columnist. He previously worked for the defunct Fort Worth Press' and the `Bergen Record' in Hackensack, N.J.

Annie Mae Williams was born July 27, 1914, in Mansfield, La. She lived in Houston and was a member of Progressive New Hope Baptist Church until her health failed. She moved to Fort Worth in March of 1995 to live with her daughter. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sullivan J. Williams, in 1993.

Col. Lohn Yoder was born Feb. 18, 1921, in Garden City, Mo. He graduated from Aransas Pass High School in 1939 and attended college at Schreiner Institute in Kerrville, and the University of Maryland. He was a commissioned officer, having enlisted in July 1942 and retiring in 1962. During World War II, he served two years in the Sothwest Pacific. Following his military retirement, he worked in financial management at General Dynamics in Fort Worth, with DPC Consulting and Project Management Performance.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Elizabeth Burke Yoder, and a son, Lohn Franklin Yoder, Jr.

James A. Zachary was born June 3, 1920, in Wichita Falls. He attended Texas Wesleyan University, where he played football. He worked for Georgia Pacific for 25 years as a wholesale salesman of building materials and retired in 1982. He spent his retirement years on Eagle Mountain lake with his wife, Betty, who preceded him in death Dec. 28, 1995. He served on the Azle school board from 1970 to 1973. He coached PeeWee Football and Baseball for several years and was instrumental in organizing the Azle Youth Association and Stinger Field. He was a loving and dedicated husband, father, grandfather and friend who will be truly missed.

Darlene J. Blakeney was born Oct. 31, 1942, in Hermiston, Ore., where she was reared and educated. She graduated from Hermiston High School and attended business college in Pendleton, Ore. Darlene married Thomas E. Blakeney on June 26, 1970, in Dallas. They moved to Auburn, Wash., in 1975, and resided there until 1982, when they returned to Bedford. They moved to Spanaway in 1995. Darlene enjoyed bowling and loved birds and animals.
