FORT WORTH -- Lester Jones Jr., 74, a retired plumber and building contractor, died Monday, June 2, 1997, at a local hospital.
Funeral: 11 a.m. Saturday at Gospel Temple Christ Holy Sanctified Church. Burial: Skyvue Memorial Gardens. Wake: 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the church.
Lester Jones Jr. was born May 9, 1923, in Texas. He served in World War II as a first sergeant in the Army. As an engineer in the service, he helped build the Burma Road in India.
Mr. Jones was a deacon and Sunday school superintendent and built Gospel Temple Christ Holy Sanctified Church.
Survivors: His wife, Hilda Jones; sons, Lester Ray Jones, Billy Glen Jones and Chester Smith; sister, Mary McKenzie; six grandchildren; six great- grandchildren; uncle, Corneilus Mills; aunt, Annie Mills; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relations and friends.

WEATHERFORD -- Diane Binion Kemp, 45, an employee of Texas Butane, passed away Monday evening, June, 2, 1997.

Diane Binion Kemp was born July 2, 1951, in Fort Worth. She was the loving daughter of Nell and J.P. Binion and graduated from Weatherford High School.
She attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock and received a bachelor of science in home economics in 1973.
Rusty and Diane Binion Kemp were married on May 29, 1971, and had celebrated their 26th wedding anniversary last month.
Since 1974, Diane had been employed by Texas Butane and was a posse sweetheart in 1968. She had been an active member of Baker Baptist Church.
Survivors: Husband, Rusty Kemp of Weatherford; sons, Kaleb V. Kemp and Zane Z. Kemp, both of Weatherford; parents, Nell and J.P. Binion; sisters, Barbara Osborn of Claude and Janis Dove of Seminole, Texas; brother, Mark Binion of Weatherford; numerous nieces and nephews; and three great-nieces.

Francis I. McGrath was born June 12, 1919, in Beloit, Kan., and had resided in Hurst since 1968. A World War II veteran, he served in the Air Force for 20 years and retired in 1961. He was also a civil service employee and retired from the Federal Aviation Administration in 1981. He later worked part time for the Hoover Co.
Before his illness, he was a member of the Senior Fort Worth Golf Association and was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. In addition, he was actively involved at his church, St. Paul United Methodist Church in Hurst.
Survivors: Wife of 46 years, Willie McGrath of Hurst; sons, Francis I. McGrath Jr. and his wife, Jenna, of Denton and Mark A. McGrath of Arlington; daughter, Susan Jane Overcash and her husband, Danny, of Richland Hills; sister, Charlotte McGrath of Euless; four granddaughters; and two great- grandsons.

Annie Bell Farrar Mooney was born Aug. 19, 1918, in Arlington to the late Ray Farrar and Maggie Johnson Farrar.
She attended Booker T. Washington public school in Arlington.
When she settled in Fort Worth, she united with Macedonia Baptist Church.
At her demise she was a member of Greater Rising Star Missionary Baptist Church, where she served untiringly for 29 years in various auxiliaries. She was vice president of the Senior Usher Board, president of the Senior Missionary Society and president of B.T.U.
Currently she was a member of American Legion Auxiliary 838 and had served as president of American Legion Auxiliary 918.
She was a loyal employee of the Ben Fortson family for more than 30 years.
Survivors: Sons, Vernon E. Mooney Jr. and Donald Calvin Mooney, both of Fort Worth; daughter, Beverly J. Mooney of Fort Worth; brothers, James T. Farrar and Lillian Farrar, both of Grand Prairie, and Porter Oliver of Fort Worth; brother- in-law, Fletcher V. George Douglas Moore was born Feb. 17, 1935, in Fort Worth, where he was raised. He was a member of Corinth Baptist Church under the pastorage of the late Rev. B.B. Johnson. He recommitted his life to Christ at Jerusalem Temple Church of God in Christ, under Elder Don V. Nobles. He graduated from the historical I.M. Terrell High School in 1951. He was a prestigious waiter at Shady Oaks Country Club for many years. He retired from the Woman's Club of Fort Worth after 27 years.
He was preceded in death by his father.

FORT WORTH -- Charles T. "Jack" Moseley, 82, a retired industrial engineer, died Tuesday, June 3, 1997, in Fort Worth.

Charles T. "Jack" Moseley was born Oct. 19, 1914, in Wapanucka, Okla. He moved to Fort Worth in 1939 and worked as industrial engineer manager for Montgomery Ward for 37 years. He served in World War II in the Army Air Forces from 1942 to 1944. Jack served as range officer for Haltom City Gun Club for many years. He was the son of the former John D. and Josie Mosley of Hobart, Okla.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Clara "Mickey," earlier this year.
