Nelda Boyd was born Nov. 28, 1946, in Dallas.
She was a member of North Richland Hills Baptist Church and Beta Sigma Phi. She was a graduate of Richland High School and had a degree in criminal justice from Tarrant County Junior College.

Elmore T. Cox
CROWLEY -- Elmore T. "Tommy" Cox, 79, a retired automotive inspector, died Tuesday, June 3, 1997, in Crowley.
Memorial service: 1 p.m. Friday at Arlington Funeral Home. Officiating will be the Rev. Dennis Daniels. Family visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Elmore T. "Tommy" Cox was born May 1, 1918, in Cleveland, Ohio, and had resided in Arlington for 42 years. He married Mary Margaret Huber of Fort Worth on Jan. 9, 1942, and was a devoted husband and father. Tommy served in World War II in the Army and was a member and past commander of American Legion Post 233.
An avid bowler, he participated in the sport until his latest illness. He was a past president and life member of the Fort Worth Bowling Association and was elected to its Hall of Fame in 1979.
Tommy retired from General Motors in 1982 after 33 years' service.

Elwood Evans was born March 31, 1919, in Kansas City, Kan.
He was a Mason and member of the International Association of Machinists. He served his country during World War II in the 97th Infantry, commanded by Gen. Patton. For many years, until he was physically unable, at Christmas he provided a full dinner to 50 to 60 needy families.
He was the owner of Speedway Enterprises.

Mrs. Gibson was a charter member of the Fort Worth Genealogy Society and a member of the Scottish Clans, DAC, DAR, Daughters of 1812, UDC and DRT.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Byron P. Pattie, in 1982.
