FORT WORTH -- Ennis Daniels, 54, a press machine operator, died Friday, May 30, 1997, at a local hospital.
Funeral: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Greater St. Stephen First Baptist Church, 3800 East Berry. Burial: Skyvue Memorial Gardens. Visitation: 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
Ennis Daniels was born Jan. 29, 1943. He was a graduate of Texas College and moved to Dallas to work for Parkland Hospital and Texas Instruments.
He moved to Fort Worth in 1980 and worked for General Dynamics. He retired after five years at Adams Laboratories.
In 1990 he graduated from ATI.
He was a trustee at Greater St. Stephen First Baptist Church, sang in the men's choir, and was an advisor and care cell leader.
Survivors: Wife, Wilma Scott Daniels; wife's children, Bridgette McGriff and husband, Anthony, Earl Gratts Jr. and Dwaine Gratts and wife, Kayron; mother, Mildred Daniels Henderson; stepfather, M.R. Natalie A. Dickerson
FORT WORTH -- Natalie A. Dickerson, 70, a homemaker, passed away suddenly Saturday, May 31, 1997, in Fort Worth after a brief bout with cancer.

Natalie A. Dickerson was born Nov. 23, 1926, in Chicago. She was a member of Hemphill Presbyterian Church and had been a member of First Presbyterian Church since 1985.
She was an active member of Presbyterian Women at First Presbyterian Church and a loving mother and grandmother.

ARLINGTON -- Ernest J. Encalade Sr., 67, a retired longshoreman, died Saturday, May 31, 1997, at a medical center.

Mr. Encalade was born April 28, 1930, in New Orleans, to Justin and Theresa Encalade. The family moved to Corpus Christi in 1959, and then to Arlington in 1987 to be near their son, daughter-in- law, and grandsons. While in Corpus Christi, he served as a deacon at Lexington Baptist Church and continued in that ministry at Rush Creek Baptist Church.
Ernie's life was focused around his family, his church family, friends, and most importantly, his God, whom he took joy in serving.
Ernie was dearly loved by all and will be greatly missed.

FORT WORTH -- James C. "Jim" Fails, 68, a patent attorney and retired partner of Wofford, Fails, Zobal and Mantooth, died Sunday, June 1, 1997, at a local hospital.

James Fails was a graduate of Texas A&M University and Southern Methodist University Law School. He had served as a pilot with the Air Force and had worked as an engineer and patent attorney for Mobil Oil Co. before entering private practice in Fort Worth.
He was a member of Unversity Baptist Church and a member and past president of the Fort Worth Founders Lions Club.

Erma Flournoy
FORT WORTH -- Erma Flournoy, 72, who was a nurse for a Veterans Administration Hospital in Dallas, died Friday, May 30, 1997, at home.

Erma Baylor Flournoy was born Jan. 29, 1925, in Lexington, Lee County, to the late Charlie Baylor and Bessie Thompson Baylor. She graduated from Doak Springs High School and later received her nursing education at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Dallas where she was employed until her retirement.
Mrs. Flournoy was a former member of the New Bethel Baptist Church of Leo Community. When she settled in Fort Worth, she united with Shiloh Baptist Church where she was active in the Missionary Society. She served as past president, was a former choir member, Sunday School member and delegate to the National Baptist Convention, Women's Department.

GRANBURY -- Raymond E. France, 68, a pipe fitter in construction, died Saturday, May 31, 1997, at a Dallas hospital.

Raymond France was born Nov. 12, 1928, in Booneville, Ark. He worked in construction for Brown & Root Construction Company in Houston. He had lived in Granbury 13 years. He served in the U.S. Army from 1948 to 1952.
He was preceded in death by parents, Audrey Morris and Ora France.

Last year, she was honored as a 50- year member of the Eastern Star organization, having served in the past as Worthy Matron of the J.T. Charnley Chapter in Alexandria, La.

Frances Wayman Hogan
FORT WORTH -- Frances Wayman Hogan, 94, a retired teacher, died Sunday, June 1, 1997, in Fort Worth.

Frances Wayman Hogan was born April 16, 1903, in Chicago. She moved to Fort Worth in 1908 with her family.
She was a vital and energetic person throughout both her private and professional life.
She was a teacher with Fort Worth ISD for 30 years and spent 22 years as girls physical education director.
She was a good athlete excelling in swimming and a past president of the Texas Association of Health, Physical Education and Recreation.
Frances Hogan was also an active volunteer at All Saints Episcopal Hospital and involved with beginning the Childrens Museum, now the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History.
She was a member of St. Andrews Episcopal Church and preceded in death by her husband, N.J. "Pug" Hogan in 1984.
Survivors: Daughter, Joy Markum of Fort Worth; granddaughter, Rachel Markum of Fort Worth; grandson, Eric Markum of Fort Worth; one great-grandson; nephews, Martin W.
