AZLE -- Hubert R. McBride Sr., 86, who was retired from Swift and Company, died Friday, May 23, 1997.

Mr. McBride was born Jan. 23, 1911, in Salem, Ark.
He lived in the Veal Station Community for 50 years. He was a Mason 62 years and a member of Lodge No. 92. He owned and operated Papco Construction for a number of years. He was married 651/2 years. He worked for Swift and Company 37 years.
