Jessie Johnson was born April 2, 1914, in Clarksville.
She was a Baptist.

Teresa Keefer was born Feb. 21, 1950, in Fort Worth. Teresa was a 16-year employee of Coca-Cola Bottling Company of North Texas, Fort Worth. She went to be with the Lord after a lengthy battle with leukemia.
Teresa was preceded in death by her daughter, Angela Kay Cathey, her mother, Ettie "Jo" Jenkins, and her brother, Milton Jenkins.

Matthew Lewis was born June 16, 1924, in Elgin to the late Matthew C. Lewis and Annie Eliza Mays Lewis. He grew up there and attended public school, and graduated from high school in Cameron. He then attended Prairie View A&M College.
He was an Army veteran of World War II. When he settled in Fort Worth, he united with Baker Chapel A.M.E. Church, and was a member of Class No. 8. He was a loyal employee of Proctor & Gamble.
Survivors: Wife of 32 years, Mrs. Mary Lee Lewis; brothers, Simeon Lewis and Joseph Lewis, both of Oakland, Calif.; sisters, Mrs. Ruth Morris of Fort Worth and Naomi Lemons of Davilla; in- laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
