Leora Hulme was born Sept. 14, 1897, in Grosbeck, Texas. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Richland Hills. She moved to Fort Worth in 1916.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William, in 1982.

FORT WORTH -- James H. Lees, 82, a retired director of shipping with Tandy Corporation, died Tuesday, May 13, 1997, in Fort Worth.

James H. Lees was born March 21, 1915, in Hyde Park, Mass.
He worked for Tandy Corporation 35 years, starting in Boston, Mass., then moving to Fort Worth. He was a member of Glen Garden Country Club. He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Lees, and a son, Thomas E. Lees.

EULESS -- Emidio Joseph Lima, 88, retired chief mechanic for United Airlines from 1937 through 1950 and a maintenance engineer for Central/Frontier Airlines from 1959 through 1973, died Sunday, May 11, 1997, at a Bedford hospital.

Emidio Lima was born July 15, 1908, in Lisbon, Portugal.
He was a Baptist, a Marine Corps veteran of the expeditionary forces which went to Haiti and a Mason of Reliance Lodge No. 776, AF&AM in Forest Hills, N.Y.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Merle Elizabeth East Lima.

She was a beloved mother and grandmother.

FORT WORTH -- Richard Joseph Lynch, 80, a concessionaire/caterer and founder/owner of Joe Lynch Amusement Enterprises, died Monday, May 12, 1997, in Fort Worth.
Funeral: 3 p.m Wednesday at First Christian Church. Burial: Rose Hill Memorial Park. Dr. James Cobb will officiate. Richard Lynch will lie in state at First Christian Church from 2 to 3 p.m. Wednesday.

Richard Lynch was born July 9, 1916, in Fort Worth.
He was a native and lifelong resident of Fort Worth. He was a former chairman of the board of First Christian Church and Elder Emeritus. He was a member of the Petroleum Club, Colonial Country Club, East Side Lions Club and former member of the Fort Worth Club. He attended Central High School and graduated from Texas Tech. He served during World War II in the 17th Bomb Group as a captain flying B-26s in North Africa and Sardinia, Corsica, Italy, France and Germany, and received the Distinguished Flying Cross for the liberation of France and the French Medal of Honor, the Croix de Guerre. He flew a total of 73 missions.
In 1945, he entered the catering and concession business, Joe Lynch Amusement Enterprises. He was the oldest concessionaire at the Dallas Fair Grounds, being there 25 years. He also was at Baylor Stadium and did major golf tournaments all over the U.S. He did more than 30 U.S. Opens and PGAs.
Survivors: Wife of 58 years, Lorena McElyea Lynch; son, Jack Russell Lynch and his wife, Eva, of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Jack Russell Lynch and Jopseph Walter Lynch; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Moore; and nephews, Rusty, Kenneth and Marty Moore.
