Clara Street was born May 2, 1904, in Throckmorton. She has joined her husband of 54 years, William Ezra Street, in heaven with Jesus. He was a professor of engineering at Texas Tech University, Texas A&M University and Louisiana State University. They also owned a ranch in Nashville, Ark.
Clara devoted her life to serving her Lord, her family and others, and enjoyed canasta, 42 and a good joke. She was a Christian for 81 years and a member of Lakewood Village and Western Hills Church of Christ. She was wife, mother, grandmother and friend extraordinaire. Her delightful humor and personality will be dearly missed.
Survivors: Daughter, Louise Street Beagle and her husband, Charlie, of Fort Worth; daughters-in-law, Patsy Kelley and her husband, Ray, and Xuan Robbins and her husband, Scott; grandsons, William Street of Fort Worth, Dan Street of Texarkana, Texas, Robin Street of Chicago, Ill., Dwight Beagle of Justin and Dwayne Beagle of Fort Worth; granddaughters, Konita Boyd and K Leigh McClendon, both of Longview, Linda Costello of San Diego, Celeste Thomas of San Angelo and Beff Kay Kent of Fayetteville, Ark.; 15 great- grandchildren; four sisters-in-law; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends who will miss her greatly.

Mildred Irene Traer was born in Albany, Okla., on March 5, 1923. She had lived in Burleson for 11 years and had formerly lived in Fort Worth for 45 years. Mrs. Traer was a member of Boulevard Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening, knitting, crocheting, sewing and handicrafts.
She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Survivors: Her husband of 54 years, John W. Traer of Burleson; daughters, Patricia Ann Butler of Burleson and Gale Benoit of Parker; brothers, Wendell Johnson of Durant, Okla., and James Johnson of East Texas; sisters, Maxine Hernandez of Grand Prairie and Frances Anderson of Durant, Okla.; two granddaughters; and four great- grandchildren.

BENBROOK -- Heather Alyssa Van Horn, a newborn, died Thursday, May 1, 1997, at a Fort Worth hospital.
Graveside service was Tuesday in Cisco.
We all mourn the death of our beloved little angel, Heather Alyssa Van Horn, on May 1, 1997.
Although we were not able to enjoy her presence here on earth, we are at peace in knowing that she is in the wonderful care of our loving Savior, along with all the other angels who have passed before her.
Survivors: Her mother and father, Laurie and Jerry; her sister, Taylor; and several grandparents, great-grand- parents, aunts, uncles and cousins, all who love and miss her very much.

GRANBURY -- F. Lynn Vaughn, 60, a farmer and rancher, died Wednesday, May 7, 1997, at a Fort Worth medical center.

Mr. Vaughn was born Oct. 9, 1936, in Cleburne. He married Jane Talia Ferro on March 15, 1975, in Mambrino, Texas. He was a member of Mambrino Baptist Church. He owned and operated Vaughn Irrigation for over 20 years. He was a Dekob Dealer for 15 years. He enjoyed flying, hunting and fishing. He attended Cleburne and Godley schools and was a longtime resident of Hood County.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mozella Bowser, on Jan. 12, 1994.

Wilma Baker was born March 3, 1902, in Elmer, Okla. She was a member of Paluxy Road Church of Christ. She was a Granbury resident for 18 years and was formerly of Santa Rosa, Calif.

Ray Cooper Baucom
FORT WORTH -- Ray Cooper Baucom, 91, a retired I.B.E.W. electrician, died Wednesday, May 7, 1997, in Fort Worth.
Funeral: 11 a.m. Saturday at Greenwood Funeral Home. Graveside service: 2:30 p.m. Saturday in Staggs Prairie Cemetery in Mineral Wells.
Ray Cooper Baucom was born Aug. 23, 1905, in Paducah, Ky. In 1906, a large contingent of the Baucom family immigrated to Texas, most settling in Palo Pinto and Parker counties. As a young man, he lived in Cleburne for several years before moving to Fort Worth in 1940. At that time, he lived across the street from the Brooklyn Heights Methodist Church. The pastor, the late Rev. Frank Smith, was salvaging materials for the new edifice, Grace Methodist Church, being built on Calmont. Watching Rev. Smith working in the hot sun, Mr. Baucom stated, "That man needs some help." So saying, he contributed many hours of labor in the construction of the present facility and its annex. For more than 30 years, he was a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Survivors: Wife of 62 years, Ruth E. Baucom of Fort Worth; daughter, Sara Beth Baucom-Jones of Anaheim, Calif.; sons, Robert H. Baucom of Arlington and Ray S. Baucom of Bedford; sister, Mildred Penny of Houston; sister-in-law, Lola Baucom of Lubbock; six grandchildren; nine great-grand- children; three nieces; and three nephews.

Grace Barbara Brown
FORT WORTH -- Grace Barbara Brown, a homemaker, died Thursday, May 8, 1997, at a Mineral Wells hospital.
Graveside service: 10 a.m. Saturday in Greenwood Memorial Park.
Grace Barbara Brown (Mrs. R.E. Brown) was born in Lawrence, Kan., the youngest of 12 children born to Charles and Barbara Nemec, who are now deceased. She graduated from the University of Kansas, where she received her teacher's degree. She moved to Fort Worth in the 1930s.
She was a past member of the board of directors of the Camp Fire Girls in the 1950s, the Fort Worth Literacy Council in the 1960s, the Fort Worth Boys Club, Ridglea Country Club and Fort Worth Garden Club. Mrs. Brown served as a past chairman of the Westside United Way in the 1950s and past president of the Carlton Study Club. She was also a member of River Crest Country Club, Fort Worth Lecture Foundation, Woman's Club of Fort Worth and All Saints Episcopal Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, R.E. "Bob" Brown, owner of Western Wholesale Lumber Co., and her parents, Charles and Barbara Nemec.
Survivors: Daughter, Nancy Brown Hopkins of Fort Worth; and grandson, Charles Lee Hopkins Jr. of Fort Worth.
